This review is a bit overdue for I have purchased my mattress a year ago but I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. Initially I got the Bamboo Dream Queen Mattress medium soft, tried it out for a week and I felt it was too soft for me . I gave Mattress 33 a call and I went with the medium firm which was just right for me , a la Goldilocks . The initial purchase was a bit different since they don't have a showroom at their location so I kind of just winged it when they asked what type of firmness I'd like . They did let me in the back of the warehouse and I got to feel a couple different types of mattress with my hands. They have many levels of firmness so I recommend you find what's right for you even after it has been delivered and you got to sleep on it for a bit . Although the product price was fair , I appreciate the service given from both mattress deliveries . They were very understanding when I requested my mattress to be firmer so they had a new mattress made for me while exchanging the one I originally bought . I hope this post helps someone with their decision to give this place a shot and get great sleep with their mattress . We were greeted by Dean, the owner. The showroom was equipped with a huge selection of beds to roll around and test out. Wonderful. We visited the showroom and Dean (the owner) was kind, helpful, and engaging. We all know the dread of purchasing a mattress based on the short time spent trying it out in a showroom, but Dean made us comfortable by explaining his guarantee and making it clear he ultimately wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We purchased two of the "Pure 12" in Twin XL and two corresponding adjustable bases. Delivery was within a couple of days, and the delivery guys were great. They set up everything- which was so helpful because it was our first time using adjustable bases. The first night, the mattresses felt a little too firm, so we contacted Dean & he immediately switched them out for a slightly less firm version of the same mattress, which turned out to be perfect. We especially appreciated the idea that because they make the mattresses themselves, the firmness is customizable, and we didn't have to start from scratch with an entirely different mattress. We've had our new mattresses for about a month now and finally look forward to getting into bed again. One last thing- the value is amazing. When a local business provides an equal (or better) product than the national brands for a much better price, I consider the decision to purchase from them a no-brainer. My mother in law wanted a firm bed, so the owner Dean said he would make one for me with the foam inserts. It was a awesome price and he also included the delivery. Once we received the bed, she slept it on for a couple of days and said it was too soft. I was dreading to call Dean back and asked how much it would be to get a new one build without the foam. He said no worries, we will pick that one up and get you a new one, no charge!! I was like what? As promise he delivered the new bed and my mother in law is happy. I purchased a mattress from dean few months ago but didn't have an opportunity to use it until this week. First off, these guys are manufacturers. When you go there it's an actual factory, not a warehouse; there are people in the building in back stuffing mattresses. They make you your mattress if you don't want what's there and you're willing to pay an extremely modest mark up. Dean made me a mattress with the specifications I asked for then I came back 3-4 weeks later (I live out of state) so that I could do a fitting with my new mattress. It was perfect for me so changed nothing but had the option of adding more firmness or softness. So they're not really a retailer. One look at the showroom and factory you realize you're not in a department store. As such, they sell mattresses they produce to retailers (I know because my mattresses was included in an out of state shipment and Dean's local retail account /purchaser actually delivered it to me. I am so glad I found this company. Initially I had a few disappointment because the location was a warehouse and I kept asking when they would have the showroom up and running as I didn't want to buy a mattress without trying it. Long story short they ended up having a fundraiser in a high school where they set up temporary showroom in the gym so I went and tried the beds. I picked a mattress and custom with a cool top. Delivery was just as promised. After trying for a few nights I realized it was firmer than I anticipated and I told myself to give it a month. A month passed and still it was too firm. I felt really bad but I texted Dean and he put in an order for an exchange for the same bed but slightly softer. He doesn't give you a hard time with exchange like other online mattress companies. I have to say I love love love my mattress and one of my relative that is quite picky with mattresses used it yesterday and said she couldn't believe how comfortable it was.
