My brother and I ended up buying 2 full sized mattress that will be delivered in 2 days - free of charge if you're close in proximity!! Pricing was also GREEEEEEEAT!! They sell at wholesale prices so it will not cost you an arm and a leg. Great service and incredible pricing by Mattress Station (MS) and the owner, Tran. We were referred by family members as the best value mattress store in the SGV. Tran was very knowledgeable about finding our perfect beds. We were looking for two twins and a cal-king. One of the twin beds needed to be ~7 inches to fit in our trundle/day bed, and MS already had some in stock. I've shopped at other mattress stores in the past and got sick of the car sales style pitches in pricing. Even though these other stores have high reviews on Yelp, I think their prices are way over-marked to make you feel like you're getting a good deal. MS offers WHOLESALE direct pricing. If you don't mind having generic beds, MS offers great value in your mattresses (no one looks at your bed brands anyways, just make sure the quality/materials is good!). Tran also speaks multiple languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Teo Chew, Vietnamese and maybe even more! Was in need of a new twin mattress since my current one is 15ish years old. My girlfriend highly recommended this spot and took me here yesterday. Walked in and the owner, Tran was helping another customer out but enthusiastically told us to feel free to check out and sit on the mattresses. We told her of what type of mattress size we were looking for and she showed us 3 different twin size mattresses to try out. I went for the standard twin with the one-sided cushion ($99). Two-sided was ($110) and the very basic twin was $89. Didn't need anything fancy and Tran didn't try to up sell me on something more expensive or that I didn't need. Delivery came the next evening. Driver was helpful and quick! Service by both Tran and the driver was exceptional and I highly recommend checking this place out for solid, factory price mattresses. Service was great. The lady/owner seems pretty knowledgeable of her products. We got a twin bed and they won't sell any warranty on it because it was to close to Thanksgiving/Black Friday. We were referred by a friend so we had to check it out. We wanted a more firm twin mattress so we tried it a few and narrowed it down to one. So far so good. Will see if any issues come up. The bed is for my 4 year old so hopefully he can't do too much damage to this mattress. Worth checking out to compare prices and no pressure hard selling, which means great service. read more

First and foremost, the owners of Mattress Station are good peoples. They work hard and it shows....in fact it seems like they're open 24/7/365. We were shopping for some bed frames and the owner helped us narrow it down to 2 perfect frames, among a sea of choices. I was down for whatever with the purchase until my wife told me how much she paid for it....I was pleasantly surprised. What a bargain! Now we can use the extra bread from the furniture budget to buy fancy sheets. The owner delivered it himself (mind you, those were heavy boxes....powerful) and it arrive on time, undamaged. Tran is very knowledgeable about mattresses. She answered all the questions we had regarding mattress construction, the number of coils and box spring vs box frame. My boyfriend's old mattress is a Sealy Posturepedic with pillow top. He was looking for a replacement because this mattress got way too hot (even in the winter) and uncomfortable for that reason. Tran was helpful in explaining the various types of mattress materials regarding temperature regulation and what would be suitable. Overall, we didn't feel as though we were being swindled and she was even cool about negotiating the price. He ended up purchasing a Bamboo pillowtop. He has had it for a week now and is very happy with it. The bed is actually very good. It stays cool with or without a blanket; no more night sweat! Would definitely recommend to a friend. read more

After being unable to reach a compromise with the store, I took the initiative to file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Even with the mediation provided by DCA, the store was still inflexible and kept switching back and forth on what they said. They said they never promised to resolve the issue. WRONG. The first time we contacted them, the lady said someone would come down and inspect the mattress. We waited an entire day and no one came. She then said people were busy and to try again the next day. We came to the store the next day and she completely changed her stance, saying we now have the bring the mattress back and can only get it fixed instead of being replaced. The store basically told DCA that they never said what they said in the first phone call. After several back and forth exchanges, the store finally told the mediation officer that they would refund us the money if we bring back the mattress back ourselves. Hearing this, we figured that since we still needed a bed anyway we would be willing to compromise by exchanging the defective mattress for different one and paying any difference plus any delivery. We went to the store after the contact with DCA to try to talk to the lady and reach a compromise, however she was completely standoffish. First, we weren't even given an opportunity to let them hear our offer. The lady was complaining (multiple times) about the fact that we complained to DCA and wrote this review, and that I didn't even bother to discuss this issue with them before doing so. Um, no. I called you to try to resolve this and you weren't willing to exchange/refund, so I told you I would be filing a complaint and write this review. I even called you back to let you know that I did so. Please don't be so ridiculous to assume that I shouldn't have the right to do so. Second, she was interrupting us and kept saying to just bring it back and don't bother with anything else. Okay, we were there to try and work out something, so thanks a lot for not taking time to hear what we have to say. Just a heads-up, they know this review exists and are pissed about it, so keep an eye out for fake positive reviews. read more

Highly recommend. I'm from out of state so I needed a cheap mattress for a year. The owners were extremely nice and adorable. I ended up getting a firm queen size mattress for less than 150$! They have a great selection and they seem very honest. They mentioned that they have a sale every year where any sized mattress is only 99$! Too bad I missed it. read more

Nice little store. Not a gigantic show room but they had what we we're looking for... A cheap twin mattress that didn't feel like a plywood board. Owners super nice and great product. Smelled a little chemically when we opened the mattress but I guess that goes away later. Oh and beware even though Yelp says they take credit/debit card they do not. CASH ONLY. So today I took my dad here to look at queen mattresses. He was very satisfied. The pricing was very good and customer service was good as well. I came here before with my younger sister and she bought a foam bed and the bottom box for $500 something plus delivery. My dad spring bed, bottom box and bottom railing was all for only $390. Plus shipping of course. You cant beat that. Everywhere else is like $500 and up. Overall, I would totally recommend this place to others. read more
