What a great experience! I contacted Carlos this past Saturday to potentially clean out my dryer vent (which vents from my hallway up through my roof). I wasn't expecting to hear from him until Monday, but he responded Sunday and we set up an appointment for today (Tuesday). He showed up promptly (actually earlier which he called ahead of time to ask if that was okay), was finished in about an hour and my vent is so clean. Called them yesterday Sunday Feb 16th for a quote on cleaning our air ducts no reply so left a voicemail message, thinking ok it's a Sunday. Was surprised to get a call some 30 minutes later from Carlos who was very apologetic for missing my call. We spoke about my needs and he informed me of their price. Which was acceptable, to my surprise he said that the could come out tomorrow on Presidents' Day, which they did. Tom and Erida arrived slightly early, from start to finish they were totally professional, polite and informative about the procedure, they even showed us videos of what they were seeing before and after their cleaning. They used the latest equipment, prepared all areas for work and did any cleanup as needed. He texted to confirm the appointment the day before and on the morning of the appointment he texted to let me know who was coming to service us. Dryer quit putting out heat over the weekend, because that's what they do. This wasn't our first rodeo, we knew the dryer vent was clogged again and it was time to clean it out and replace the flex tube with pipe for easier cleaning in the future. A skunk got into the air ducts under our mobile home and we called Air Duct Solutions and spoke with Carlos about cleaning, sanitizing, and repairing the holes to keep anything from entering the duct again. They came out promptly and did the work. The cleaning was done well. After the repair work was done I asked Carlos how can we be sure that there are no more holes he said that the vacuum they used would show if there were any holes left. We paid $1,950. and two days later we found hot air blowing under our house. I called Carlos and he said he was sure it had nothing to do with the work they had done and they were very busy. I said we are paying to heat under the house and they needed to check on it. He said Tom would be by the next day but he did not show up. We called another company they came out and found multiple hoes in the duct (we have video) and replaced the whole line for the same price we paid Carlos for the 7 foot repair done by Air Duct Cleaning Solutions.
