My visit went very smoothly today and the store was next to Bed, Bath, and Beyond and close to a number of other stores, so it was extremely convenient. Guessing the layout of the store is the only real surprise. They had two magazines I wanted and I was able to avoid the stinky coffee area, which was wonderful. Checkout was ever so quick and smooth. Prices are not discounted but they/we have to pay for all the people using their store as a library.

The shelves are clearly labeled, and I imagine the capable staff can locate anything you ask for. The friendly cashier even gave me a free bookmark and told me the story about Spooky.
