So…read morelet me just say, I went to try them out and my experience here taught me that you really have to stay on top of your service from here, meaning keep checking in on them, because they will not check in with you. I brought a tablet in to get fixed and they told me that they would order the parts, which would only take 4-6 days to be delivered, and that they should have it fixed within 1 day. I went back in on the 7th day asking for an update (because I didn't get one). They told me that they weren't sure if the parts came in because they didn't check their deliveries. My style isn't to create problems, so I told them I would be back. I asked them if they were going to contact me when it was done, and they asked me for my information. I told them that they should have had it from when I brought the tablet in? It was very strange to me. They didn't send a receipt through email as promised either. At this point, I started to worry a bit that I was going to get scammed, but I held on to faith that they would do the right thing. My husband went to pick it up weeks later and it was ready. My husband asked why they didn't send us an update that it was done. Their response was "it should have been sent out in an email." That email never came. Did they fix the screen? Yes. It was in great condition. I am glad they came through with that. My only issue is the transparency of their process. If you're not on them, I swear they might keep your item, say it was abandoned, or that they never had it. At least that is how my experience with them came off to me. Oh, and make sure you get a receipt before you leave! I can say that that part was my fault, trusting that it would have came through email. I know better now if there is a next time, anywhere.

The attendant on Thursday at 3 PM was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful regarding my case. He continued to assist other people ahead of me, including walk-ins, while not informing me of my status just letting me wait endlessly. Decided to call AT&T and complete my purchase while I was waiting, that's how poor and ineffective the attendant was. It should be noted that I did have an appointment and was early and he was only dealing with one customer so he made a choice to avoid and not engage with me. I was in the office for over 30 minutes. This is the second time in recent history. The in-store experiences are deplorable, substandard, unprofessional, and ineffective, it's too bad because the people seem nice but the training in the way they're allowed to behave is completely unacceptable. It gives me no pleasure to write this. I just don't want anybody to have to waste their valuable time or go through these unnecessary frustrating exchanges. My initial appt was confirmed for 2/16 between 2-2:30 PM for a replacement of my back screen. They didn't show up until 3 PM despite texting me they were 'on the way' at 1:50. The tech said it would take 15 minutes to do the repair, almost 40 minutes later he finished. The next day I noticed that my back screen was popping out, like the adhesive wasn't installed correctly. I notified them same day and asked for them to fix it. They said yes but didn't tell me when they would. I reached out again the next day and we made an appt for the following day at 5 PM. I waited until 5:47 and they still hadn't showed. We rescheduled for the next day at 5:15. I sent a text to confirm the appt in the afternoon and they said they were 'sick' and needed to reschedule for the weekend. Final reschedule was Sunday at 4:30, which was confirmed by text message. And again they never showed up. Upon closer inspection I noticed the replacement screen they installed wasn't good quality, the camera cut outs weren't shaped correctly. Ended up going to Apple to have it fixed. Now I'm out $100 for this fumbled repair.

This was a huge problem as work and travel would have been difficult without it. Looking for a place to diagnose the issue, I went to an establishment in a plaza only to find that it was closed even though hours were listed differently. On a whim, I found Fixitup and within minutes of explaining what happened, Mike had the back of the phone open and there it was. The battery had turned into a pillow. He had to order the battery and gave a time on when the repair would be complete, same day too. On the dot of when he said it would be done, the phone was ready and working as expected.
