I've heard this is one of the main places recommended on where to go to fix your broken screens. So let me just say, I went to try them out and my experience here taught me that you really have to stay on top of your service from here, meaning keep checking in on them, because they will not check in with you. I brought a tablet in to get fixed and they told me that they would order the parts, which would only take 4-6 days to be delivered, and that they should have it fixed within 1 day. I went back in on the 7th day asking for an update (because I didn't get one). They told me that they weren't sure if the parts came in because they didn't check their deliveries. My style isn't to create problems, so I told them I would be back. I asked them if they were going to contact me when it was done, and they asked me for my information. I told them that they should have had it from when I brought the tablet in? It was very strange to me. They didn't send a receipt through email as promised either. At this point, I started to worry a bit that I was going to get scammed, but I held on to faith that they would do the right thing. My husband went to pick it up weeks later and it was ready. My husband asked why they didn't send us an update that it was done. Their response was "it should have been sent out in an email." That email never came. Did they fix the screen? Yes. It was in great condition. I am glad they came through with that. My only issue is the transparency of their process. If you're not on them, I swear they might keep your item, say it was abandoned, or that they never had it. At least that is how my experience with them came off to me. Oh, and make sure you get a receipt before you leave! I can say that that part was my fault, trusting that it would have came through email. WARNING!! If you bring your console here for repairs, make sure you thoroughly test it before leaving. I paid over $120 to have my Xbox One fixed. While it does power on now, it won't load any games. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not checking it right away and in time. When I contacted them, they refused to make it right because too much time had passed. The associate I spoke with was friendly and helpful, but after reading the technician's notes (the technician is no longer employed there), it became clear that the original problem was never actually fixed. read more

My iPhone screen had cracked from me leaving it on top of my car when I got gas and driving off without grabbing it first. I have insurance with Verizon, filed my claim, and they set me up here to get it fixed within 7days no cost. I came in, and left my phone for 1.5 hours and it's good as new. They even put a screen protector on it, what a nice surprise! When my screen cracked, it started doing this flickering light thing at the bottom of the screen for about 10 seconds and then would go away every-time I got on my phone. Well that's gone too! I rarely leave any reviews but this experience has been infuriating. While customer service was nice, they couldn't fix anything about my laptop, and actually left me with more problems! All I came in for was to figure out why my laptop camera wasn't working and to see if they could fix it, and after days of back and forth (at one point because they forgot to install a wifi driver on my laptop), not only is my camera still not working, but my computer no longer has working sound even though I did everything they told me too once I got home. i'm gonna make this short and sweet. my bfs phones display went completely white because it broke. took the phone there and waited THIRTY minutes to even talk to someone because the one guy was so focused on a guy who couldn't figure out a simple fix on his pc. finally talk to the guy, he says it's gonna take 2-3 hours to fix.. first of all, what? 2-3 hours is crazy for a phone screen but i thought well maybe they're busy. I went in for a Samsung phone repair covered by Samsung Care+ as referred from the Samsung web since they are part of the network. Horrible... Absolutely a terrible experience. I made an appointment sarurday night to get my s22 ultra screen fixed due to a dead pixel.. After confirming both appointments on Saturday and sunday morning.. I get a follow-up text from Joeseph saying come anytime.. I show up to the place, and Joeseph said "oh we don't have that screen."We won't have it for a while. "..not until the 28th or so. You would think they would have checked their inventory and reached out to their customers before having someone who would drive across town just to get their screen fixed.. Another thing is my phone is under warranty, and he said "oh you have a slight ding on your phone it might void out the warranty." I am going to have to reach out to the district manager and see what we can do... I looked at him and said,"Who has a perfect cell phone with no dings." Why would it matter? In all honesty, y'all are just money hungry and will do anything to stay in business.. . If this is how you conduct business, you shouldn't be in business.. I would stay away. I am a 73 year old Vietnam Veteran and my technical skills are not very good.. I have an old Samsung flip phone that is no longer on any phone network and is obsolete. I needed to get my photos off the flip phone.The photos are of my brother that passed away last year and are very important for me. The staff at Asurion on Rainbow helped me, and I got the photos off just fine. They did not charge me for the information on how to get my photos moved. I also had several questions about my Apple iMac computer they were able to answer for me. If I have any computer or other technical issues in the future I will be going to Asurion first. Worst experience ever from Manager Hunter. I was referred to this store by another Asurian Manager Jaret because they have the device to fix my screen protector on my Samsung Flip. Well, it turns out that he won't fix my phone because he doesn't trust Samsung will reimburse him. This has been a process that has taken 3 weeks now, and nobody wants to help because they don't like Samsungs manufacturer warranty. NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG FLIP AND NEVER PAY FOR THE WARRANTY.
