Very rude staff at check-in. At the Korea airport, I explained my situation and the agent responded with disrespect. He even flashed his ID and told me to report him to corporate. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable experience

Please do not use this airline

I had low expectations for this airline, but fortunately, the flight was not bad at all. The seats were okay in comfort. It is true that most things are a-la-carte on this airline. However, I appreciate getting a large bottle of water, as opposed to the small cups other airlines give me. The food and snacks were okay in quality, and I appreciate them actually having good on this overnight flight, as other airlines (ahem, American Airlines) do not stock food on their overnight flights. The crowd, for the most part, was not too bad. In fact, only one old salt on my row had some attitude, but that was put down fast. The arrival at Miami airport was on time, and baggage claim took a reasonable amount of time. Looking back, I would not rule out flying on Spirit if I had to. The experience was decent.

I was not looking away, nor was I asleep -- I was looking directly at her and waiting for my turn. She did not make eye contact with me and focused solely on the other passengers. I am not sure why this happened. Could it be because I am Asian? I cannot find any other explanation. In my experience, I have noticed this type of behavior from Caucasian female flight attendants toward Asian male passengers on more than one occasion. I do not usually write reviews, but I felt this deserved attention, as it has become a pattern over the years of flying. It happens consistently, and only with certain flight attendants. This occurred on a flight from Santa Ana to Chicago O'Hare on May 12. Please take this seriously. Passengers of all backgrounds deserve to be treated fairly, equally, and with respect. As paying customers, we should never be made to feel invisible or overlooked based on how someone perceives or stereotypes us. Thank you.

Then, I got a notification that a stop had been added between the connection points, causing our flight to go from under 2 hours to 8-10 hours EACH WAY. In return, I only got offered $70 per ticket in flight credits. I called American Airlines to speak to a representative, and Flora was extremely unhelpful in suggesting flights which were about the same in air time at the same expensive price as a continuous 2 hour flight. I offered to let it go if they would just provide us with a meal since the flight had become horrendously long, but she kept insisting that she would absolutely not compensate us anything. To make matters even worse, she told me my only options were to just accept it or get a refund, and that I only have 24 hours from the time of my phone call before the refund offer would be rescinded. Absolutely unbelievable service. This will be my first and last time flying with them, and if I can find a similar or better flight within the next 24 hours, I will definitely be getting that refund.

As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this JetBlue Airlines experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra **$140** for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, **6K**, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking JetBlue Airlines for a similar trip in the Future. Burbank was their first LA airport; they now also fly out of LAX, Santa Monica and Orange County. I've seen the brand's fast growth, as witnessed by their ever-increasing number of destinations, subsequent increased crowding at their airport hangars, and ever-increasing costs for flights, valet parking and rental cars (JSX works exclusively with Go Rentals). JSX's main advantage over traditional commercial airlines is their more comfortable overall experience. Touted as a semi-private airline, they fly out of private hangars, thus avoiding TSA. You are only asked to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your departure. There is no online check-in available or needed, it's a simple and fairly quick process. Since the planes have no overhead bins, all bags are checked except what can fit under your seat. The waiting areas in the hangars are lounge-like, with complimentary snacks, a hot beverage machine and a flavoured-water machine. The airplanes are all small Embraer ERJ 135's or 145's with an average capacity of 30 passengers. There is one flight attendant. Beverages (including alcohol) and a snack tray are complimentary. Wi-Fi is free (Starlink) . There is one restroom at the rear; I've always found the water pressure in the sink to be very low. I've mostly flown the Embraer ERJ 135, 10 rows with a 1-2 seat configuration. Twice I've flown the 145, 16 rows with a 1-1 configuration, but these seem to not be used so much on the BUR-LAS route. I've seen the Burbank hangar go through a few modifications over the years, all for the better. The restrooms were quite pathetic in the past. The waiting area has 2 sections, one more enclosed and quiet--this area has been improved. The boarding area now has more security measures like a conveyor belt for screening your carryon. With the airline's growth, there have been some negatives. Flights have increased more than $100 each way to/from Vegas. The cost for choosing your seat also increased. Parking was always valet-only, the cost is now prohibitive. It's more economical to rideshare here, as do most folks, causing a traffic backup in their drop-off area. With more frequent flights arriving and departing, and with more destinations, the lounge can get crowded. Plus in Burbank, luggage from arriving flights is brought directly into the hangar (vs. in Vegas where passengers collect their luggage plane-side). I've only had a flight delay once. With about 6 flights/day or more to Vegas, a flight cancellation is not as horrific an issue as it would be to a destination with less flights per day. Despite their growing pains and increasing costs, I'm still a fan of JSX.

As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell AgaiN.

Due to extremely long lines and understaffing at check in, my baby and I missed our flight. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and trying my best not to completely fall apart in the airport. Chris, the manager, stepped in and completely changed the experience. He was kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate while I was having a very emotional moment. Instead of rushing me through, he took real care in helping us, rebooked us for the next day, and made sure we were okay. What stood out most was that the following day he personally assisted me again to ensure everything went smoothly. That level of attentiveness and empathy meant more than he probably knows. Travel days do not always go as planned, but employees like Chris remind you how powerful kindness and professionalism can be. Delta, please recognize Chris. He turned a really difficult situation into one I could actually get through.

My plane left Los Angeles International (LAX) exactly as scheduled, flight preparations were organized and folks got in line according to their assigned zones. Many of our senior citizens in wheelchairs were allowed first and there were a lot of staff who facilitated the departure protocols. The flight was very smooth with some bumpy ride along the mid-flight but seems comparably similar with any other flights I've taken everywhere. The stewards and stewardesses seemed not so sweet and focused, not the usual, can we offer you something"? I'd say, it's probably cultural although this are just observations on my part, since this time, I bought an economy class ticket during the last minute. Eva Air has the best food compared to other airlines that fly the SEA route, chicken pasta, Chinese-style cooking and a comprehensive fruits and sandwich galore accompanied our meals. The timeline for serving food and snacks was perfect, not so late nor early, just about right. They also seem to recognize our need to sleep and allowed quiet and dark during our flight and bathrooms were also clean and fully packed with everything we needed. One observation is the wide seats and better spacing of their plane compared to other Asian airlines, who pack their seats and seem very tight and skimpy. The stay over transition was alright although they (Eva Airlines transition staff) keep asking for printed tickets in Taiwan when some of us had difficulty activating our phones to show them our online boarding tickets. Since passengers aren't able to access anywhere, they should have a better way of not trying make us feel, we have to painstakingly look for a WiFi access (was too weak for an international airport and inconvenient to those travelers just passing by) to be able to show them our boarding tickets again! Our transfer trip wasn't too bad as we safely landed in Manila on time as scheduled, and smoothly.
