Within a very reasonable amount of time I was greeted with a extremely energetic and fantastic service supervisor Robert M and Josh D. They were absolutely astonishing and fully prepared. After a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, Robert proceeded to explain with friendliness and no pressure the option I had to resolve my issue. Within 1 hour I was back in business and my AC system was working better than it ever had before. So this is my second estimate they came out almost immediately in fact they came early they said…read morethey were going to be here in between 12-1 And then they updated it and say they were going to be there in between 11:00 and 12:00 so needless to say they arrived earlier than was originally scheduled which was fine by me I told him what the problem was I told him that he was the second quote they immediately went up and said we got to check it out of course and they found a bad relay they replaced that relay and the AC immediately started working I ended up getting charged $160 bucks The other company the first quote wanted to charge me $3,160 And they couldn't fix it today which was technically Saturday, so basically $3,000 more than Randolph's I actually shook the guy's hand and I said thank you so much for being so honest. We even discuss that it had to be under $2,500 because that was the limit on the credit card and they didn't even charge me but $160.

My parents actually gave them a call to clean out our ducts cause it's been literally 20 years…read more It's just a couple, they were so so so nice! They speak English and Spanish they took about 5 hours for a two story house it cost about $1,200 for the deep cleaning they did. They went into every vent in the house and vacuumed it even the dryer vent. I've never been able to see into my vents till now lol. They also changed the vent filters, they said after this they can some every 6 months for maintenance which would just cost I think 300-600 depending on the work load. I do recommend tapping things over because your house will be filled with dust after.... Like a lot lol so be prepared to clean up after because obviously there's gonna be dust all over. I would recommend getting this done on a day you have nothing to do and in the morning so you have the rest of the day to clean! Over all we will be calling them for the maintenance we think it's a great price and they really were sooo kind and nice!
