I called superb duct cleaning to fix my dryer vent. When I called to schedule the appointment they told me that they do installations and repairs as well and I was happy to hear that they do. The technicians called me 30 minutes before arrival so I had enough time to put the dogs away, they were very respectful and thorough with their explanations and gave me a lot of confidence to move forward with the installation they did for my dryer vent. They showed pictures after the installation was done, they tested for airflow and made sure the line was cleared and safe to use. Dryer vent was blocked and dryer would not function. Ben cleaned the vent and described other services I might consider. He checked the tube to the roof and together with an inspection of the roof vent. I suspected a pest control service may have put a screen on the opening. This turned out be clogged and was likely to be the cause of the clog. Ben cleaned and reassembled the vent properly and likely would prevent any further clogs. Greg took a moment to explain my problem and his plan to correct it. He cleaned the dryer and laundry room thoroughly. He promptly moved to the roof and cleaned the blockage from the dryer vent. Hi I used superb dryer vent cleaning to replace my booster fan. They did a phenomenal job arrived on time and even called me 30 minutes to put my dogs away. Very knowledgeable and fairly priced they showed me before and after pictures and gave me tips on how to avoid it from clogging again.
