Stopped in to just inquire on information regarding a Mediterranean cruise. Already had something in mind. After meeting with the owner Theresa she found us a better option which ended up being a fantastic cruise. Also helped book some really nice hotels in Rome and Florence that had great local flare. THE ONLY TRIP I WON'T BE TAKING IS TO AIR SEA TRAVEL! I walked in early on a Monday morning & the brunette sitting at the front gave me a look like I was inconveniencing her. There was no welcome or "good morning." I told her I didn't have an appointment & she said she had an appointment in a few minutes. I have been using Air Sea Travel's service for 10+ years. They are very knowledgable and has given us very good references at places that we have travelled to. I have used their service anywhere from plane tickets to cruises to most recently a road trip in India just recently. They have also arranged group traveling for us and our extended family as well. A few years ago we had a medical emergency in the family, they were able to assist our family in working through all the cancellation that had to be made and pointed us in getting reimbursements through the travel insurance company. We have worked with Theresa mainly, however Andrea and Julia have always helped us when Theresa is not available. The three of them do have many loyal clients they have gotten over the years and can get quite a bit of phone calls and lots of e-mails through out the day. I know when I call in, my question list can be like 10-15 minutes with several follow ups and I am sure other are the same. Just be aware and have a little patience! :) read more

We scheduled a cruise to Alaska in 2019 and it was fabulous. Julia Aguilar helped us decide on the key things we wanted to do. Since we had a great trip, we couldn't resist planning another vacation. This year for May 2020, we had scheduled a mediterranean cruise with hotels and tours in Rome and Barcelona. We were disappointed that everything was cancelled because of Covid 19. This is the worst travel agent I have ever worked with. We booked an Alaska tour with this agent. They made mistakes from day 1. I have selected a specific cabin and the travel agent switched my cabin without notifying me in advance. From there, anything can go wrong went wrong. The travel agent hardly answers our questions, she is always busy or traveling herself or seeing a dentist. Worst of all is her attitude. She spent times writing messages to excuse her mistakes. Stay away from this travel agent. I would give her a zero! read more

I have to agree with Steven A 100%. Julia has helped us throughout the years with excellent service. We, too, had an Alaskan expedition last year that Julia lined up all the details necessary. Our trip was flawless. This year we had another expedition set up and she's working tirelessly redoing that itinerary. Through the COVID19 she's worked from home and is working very hard with another trip planned on a Rhine Cruise in April 2021. I am very comfortable, that this too, will happen without any glitches. Disappointed in this Co. As soon as I walked in I got a frown. I asked the lady why she was frowning and she smiled then frowned again. I told her my plans and felt as if she really didn't want to help me. She wrote my info, said she would look up best deals and call me, and email. I was the only customer, and I wondered why she couldn't do it as I was sitting there. To this day I never received a call nor email! There were two woman working in the office and the other kept asking me question about my plans/ budget. I felt discriminated honestly! I'll never go back, nor will I ever recommend this company!
