Jimmy is a professional, a man of God, a pererson with integrity, and a humble heart. Quickly did he offer to make things right and I gladly gave him the opportunity. He checked my file and clarified the financing wonky loan statement by the finance company. Everything was cleared after I spoke with the goofy finance company. After I explained to him my first day experience and my zoning situation, Jimmy refunded me $419. Jimmy when beyond and with persistence to make thinks right and have a happy customer. She stated that Anthony would come out the very next morning and see all options available. The very next morning, Anthony had completed a thorough and detailed estimate with pictures attached. The pricing was a lot lower than I even imagined, especially after dealing with another AC service provider (which I will never do business with again after the great service and pricing from Anthony and the crew). Was scheduled to have work start by 9/1 but received a call from Anthony advising that his crew would be out a day sooner to help with the heatwave. A new AC unit and furnace were installed along with everything that goes with it. They even did some drywall work! Anthony and the crew at Diamond Air are our go to ac and furnace providers. They stand behind their work and their great customer service makes it easy to do business. Shout out to Howie as well. He came out in February to check something another ac company scared us about. He explained there were no issues and helped put us at ease. The other company wanted us to pay for services we did not need but Howie was about honesty, not profit.

I saw all the amazing 5 star reviews for True Blue and noticed a common theme. Honest, fair, professional, informative, nice, competitive pricing. All 100+ very positive reviews and not a single negative review. As we all know, that's essentially nonexistent when dealing with the public in any capacity, particularly when it comes to the HVAC service industry. I gave them a call to schedule an estimate. Lisa answered and was amazing with accommodating my schedule and with all subsequent correspondence. Shane came out a couple days later, educated me on the new systems, patiently answered all my questions and took his time explaining in detail my options (I ended up going with the Bosch/heat pump. Quietest compressor I've ever witnessed). Shane sent over a quote that was less than another quote I had received and with many more upgraded options including a $2K federal tax credit. Much more overall value for my money. Shane's crew (Kevin, Rudy & Brandon) came out on the scheduled date and time and handled business to perfection. Removed my old stuff, installed the new equipment and made sure everything was working flawlessly before leaving that same day. The enter process was seamless. Like so many others, I can't recommend Shane and True Blue Heating & Air Conditioning enough for anyone looking to replace their HVAC system. Their website listed evaporator coil cleaning as included, but the office said it was extra. I sent a screenshot, Jon personally responded, thanked me for catching the error, said they would fix the website, and honored it at no extra charge. They came out today and thoroughly cleaned both my condenser and evaporator coils with no extra charge. It's refreshing when a company actually stands behind what they advertise. My issue ended up being a bad capacitor on my condensing unit. Cory and Jesse diagnosed it within a few minutes and had the repair complete within 30 minutes. The cost for the repair was reasonable / fair and aligns with the industry standards. I have been in and around the construction industry most of my life. Once arrived, he was able to identify the problem, which was electrical related, and had the air back on within 30 minutes. He determined that there was no leak of refrigerant at all, but a simple electrical problem. Daniel and Eric were the two technicians that came out to service my units. Daniel was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Before he started, he let me know what he was going to do to deep clean the units and remove the mold and gave me another option just in case it didn't work.
