Absolute life saver...after seeing so many glowing reviews (whenever you see 4.9…read morestars and over 50 reviews you know someone is doing something right) I immediately reached out to Rohan after our HVAC heat stopped working on the coldest day of the year (so far!). It was after 5pm, and within a short time Rohan called me back that night and set up something that next day. I so appreciated that because not everyone returns calls after hours, and we (well I) was panicked. It's an old system and thus had multiple problems that Rohan diagnosed, one by one. Each time he did he called me downstairs so I could see what was going on. Not only did it build trust (which he didn't need to do - I could feel from the get go his trustworthiness) but it helped me to understand and learn. All of this troubleshooting required multiple trips and additional parts needed (some where he didn't leave until 9:45pm, one on a Sunday - his off day where he insisted on coming). It also required work arounds for an old system, and finding parts (who knew a Trane doesn't use universal parts?!). But all along he kept a really good attitude, and always went the extra mile. We got a new thermostat and he opened it up to make sure the wires were all put on correctly (when he didn't have to) as just one example. He cleaned everything out - coils, etc. as well. He just deeply cares about his work and clients. He even checked in later that night once things were all finally fixed to make sure all was still good. When you have a problem that you know nothing about you have to rely on others. You hope they know what they're doing, are really good at it, and are truly looking out for you. I checked up some reviews on Yelp and HVAC Guys showed up as the only 5 star reviewed provider. Curious I checked other platforms and all had glowing reviews, so I messaged the business on Yelp, and got a response almost immediately. It took me a bit to respond to him, given the chaotic household on a Saturday evening but I was made aware that there is an emergency service fee and the repair charges to fix! Rohan was on his way around 7pm! Rohan has a good demeanor and very personable. He got to work immediately and diagnosed the problem (capacitor). Within 20 mins I had my HVAC working again. He gave him quite a few pieces of relevant information about my HVAC and even cleaned the coils outside to make sure everything was tip top! The total charge was reasonable - please don't compare these with DIY costs as HVACs need some level of knowledge and expertise. They accept all forms of payment but Venmo/Zelle make it super easy to pay for the services. Highly recommended. They also offer maintenance, which is top on my list prior to me turning my heat on.

After another HVAC company later diagnosed the dampers as the actual issue, I was frustrated that my original concern had been missed. After posting my review, the owner personally reached out to discuss my experience. He apologized for the misdiagnosis and explained that the replacement parts they use are commercial-grade and higher quality than the lower-cost versions I had found online, which helped me better understand the pricing. While I still wish the original issue had been correctly identified, I appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the charges, and offer a partial refund to make things right. Although my experience with the initial service visit was disappointing, I believe it's important to recognize when a business stands behind its work and makes a genuine effort to resolve a customer's concerns. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff are highly accessible to come give a quote, and fix whatever issues you are having with your furnace and or air conditioners usually the same day you call. In comparison to the other HVAC companies in the metro Atlanta area, ACE&A has always turned out to be the cheapest. They always provide, quick and efficient service, whether it be replacing a whole furnace, fixing a compressor problem, or replacing a bad thermocouple (the part that sends an electrical signal to light the pilot light in a furnace). The only down fall, their time frame window is a little broad, for example, noon-6p.m. That's why I'm deducting a star. If I owned my own house/condo I would totally trust them in servicing my heating and or air conditioner!
