I am looking for help in finding the correct type of attorney in order to get legal advice, even at…read moremy expense of course, when reading through the reviews I was so impressed with this law firm however I'm sure that they will not be able to help me out as I have a very very odd case where my insurance paid out or is paying out a claim under my policy when I was only a witness. The police report put her 100% at fault along with her insurance. Unfortunately we both have progressive and low limits so they decided to throw me under the bus as it was cheaper to do that for them then to do the legal right thing and investigate it with video and it doesn't make sense but paid out under my policy. My car wasn't even involved in the wreck. I was not even involved in the accident it was a one car accident anyhow when I read through Ray's review it made me sad for Ray, but it made me sadder for this law firm. When I was injured 15 years ago it took my little case four years to settle, and if this was during Covid my goodness. I only wish I could have an attorney call me even from a car, and if a Boeing 747 flu by I would wave at it. I would have been happy to even get help from an attorney to give legal advice and with all of their advertising, the video I watched, this is so far a great attorneys office, I only wished I could utilize them. Most attorneys won't take on cases these days. Ray was lucky to have found a great attorneys office.

J&J roofing came back with a quote that was half as expensive as the other company. Not only were we able to quickly schedule a cleaning, but the crew also that arrived was fantastic. They arrived right at the scheduled time, laid down tarps to cover my garden and did a fantastic job. I really appreciated that they took the extra time to clean up the bits a debris that came off the roof. We plan to have them return in the fall to install guards on our gutters and again next spring for a cleaning or at least an inspection. I've already referred them to our neighbors as well. Kudos to J&J Roofing for a job well done and we really appreciate them taking the time to respond with a quote, they landed a loyal customer.

He was also very good at fitting the new AC into the space for the old one and ensuring it was sealed and weather proofed. However, when he finished the work, he left large boxes and packing materials scattered where he opened them and filling our kitchen floor and on the dining room table. He didn't do anything to organize the mess or break down the boxes. He said most of it was recyclable and he wouldn't do anything with it. Left us to clean up after he left and figure out how to manage and get rid of these large heavy boxes. Additionally, he had put the old AC on our deck. We asked if he would recycle the old AC and he agreed - charging us an additional $200 to take it. When he put it on our deck, it left piles of black (not sure what) that we had to clean after he left. Additionally, I had purchased a new bracket to support the new air-conditioner. He decided without consulting me to use the old bracket instead. (Hopefully it last for the long run!)

From the moment I first contacted Cascade Maids, the experience was nothing short of exemplary. They integrate with Google quite well and I was able to chat with someone through GMail to explain our needs. After finding their pricing and services quite affordable, I spoke to their agent over the phone to provide our payment information. Then on the day of our booking their cleaner arrived and went to town! Luckily I was able to work from home that day so I could go about my business while the cleaner went about theirs. After about three hours or so they were done and the results were quite impressive for the amount we were charged. I got the standard service as opposed to the deep clean this time around since we didn't really need every room in the house cleaned. But next time we probably will do the deep cleaning to get that open house look. (With the deep cleaning comes an extra guaranty that if you're not satisfied they come to clean your house again for free.) Huge shout outs to Taylor, their agent, for the initial contact, all questions answered, and the post-service follow-up...and also mad props to Isamar, their cleaner, who took our house and made it ready for entertaining during the holidays. We will definitely be reaching out to Cascade Maids again for all our cleaning needs!

Otherwise this would have been a one star review. - Zero communication in the approx. 7 months it took to sell it. I had to initiate every time. -Drove from CA to Seattle to make the sale happen and he told me we couldn't move forward without specific documentation that I thought I had on the boat. After the 13 hour drive, I turned over the boat and couldn't find it. Went to my storage 20 minutes away and went through every box and every document I had (Looked for ~2 hours). Received a text that said, "Where are you?" I said, "Looking for the documentation." His reply? "Oh, I grabbed that a few hours ago." SMH -After this time suck, I went to his office to sign paperwork and he started complaining (rudely) that he's been there since 7 or 8 in the morning (it was about 7pm). I had been up and driving since about 4am, so my empathy was certainly waning. I quickly realized he was drunk, so I held my tongue, finished what I had to do, and got out of there. My friend and I had many items to give to the buyer and he just sat staring with his cocktail and cigar while we put them in his office. -After this debacle, we had to deal with the bank. I had signed over Power of Attorney, so he should have been able to expedite this. He fumbled through this process and I ended up having to contact the bank myself. He couldn't figure out who to talk to, and I ended up setting up the payoff and having the deal expedited. -Lastly, I was given a closing statement that said I was to receive about $98. A couple weeks went by and I asked him about this sum. His response was, "You've eaten it up and besides that I gave you a deal on the commission so let's just call it even." No explanation on the "eaten it up" and even though I appreciated the slight lowering of the commission percentage, it was not what we agreed on.

During the annual they found engine damage that was unreported by the previous owner and no where in the log books. I highly recommend Bosch for all of your airplane and engine maintenance.

I couldn't see anything that looked like a crack and I certainly didn't see any oil. So I hired another IA (inspection rated mechanic) to check their diagnosis. He did a dye penetrant test of the area, took pictures, and kept a careful log to ensure that everything was done properly. He also checked the area with a magnifying glass. Guess what, there is no crack! Note to reader - this man is not some young kid fresh out of school - he is a lifetime aircraft mechanic that has MANY years of experience. It can only be assumed that Bosch Aviation tried the ole "woman taking her car to a mechanic for an oil change and getting an engine overhaul" trick. They thought they were going to score a $15,000 payday on this one. Guess again.. you ripped me off for $1400 and threw your integrity in the trash. Bummer for you.
