Most of the cleanings had to be rescheduled last minute due to an undisclosed emergency. As long as there was communication, this is something I could live with. My final straw was a couple weeks ago - I had a cleaning scheduled which I confirmed less than 24 hours before. Around the scheduled time, I texted Elmer that our callbox was broken and asked him to text me when he arrived. After an erroneous text back stating confusion and that he was "far away", there was indefininite ghosting with no explanation. He never arrived and I didn't have time confirm an alternative option before the weekend (this was a Friday afternoon before family arrived in town for a milestone event). Stayed up half the night doing the cleaning myself. A few days later, I texted Elmer to see if he was okay and no response. Then I used my wife's phone to send a text and got an immediate response. I have all the text chains saved. I cannot in good conscience reccomend this provider.

My room closet (both) were not vacuumed, they left several cob webs in the apt after we asked for them to be cleaned, the stove side wasn't wiped down and still had grease, there are dust bunnies every where, and make the house smell like cleaner to trick you. They also used all of my paper towels, soap, step stools and supples. I pay for you to bring your stuff and not use mine. Called for an estimate on a Friday of a holiday weekend, got an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. It could have been done on Wednesday, but it rained all day. The pricing was so fair that I didn't even need to negotiate. I had not looked into chimney repair before, but a bird entering your house like it's Santa will make you consider installing a chimney cap. Inmar was on site to provide the estimate, explained the services that I probably needed, and told me I would receive an estimate via email. I received the estimate later the same day. Inmar's team showed up, explained the scope of work, gently moved our plants out of the way, and got to work. I also needed my gutter cleaned and asked if they could take care of it, since they had ladders and experience. He said he'd try to fit it in. They did. I napped in front of the fireplace while they worked. I could only hear light tapping from the brick removal process. They sent photos while the work was in progress. Great photos that I will share with you below. Inmar and his team exceeded my expectations. After struggling to find reliable contractors in the DMV, especially with HVAC, these guys are a gem (and more affordable than every other quote I got). I can already tell the air quality is greatly improved, which is great for my asthma.
