Bohdan did an exceptional job cleaning my air ducts. He arrived on time and walked around my house so that I could point out to him all the air ducts to be cleaned. He explained to me what he would be doing. During his process, he showed me the air ducts before he cleaned them and again after the air ducts were cleaned, which was a superb job. He also cleaned out my dryer vent and informed me that my dryer vent had not been connected to the dryer and showed me all the dust that had accumulated behind my dryer. He cleaned the dryer vent as well as repaired a part of the dryer vent. He was very professional, polite, and informative throughout the entire process. Great guy named Bohdan!!! Brekmar sent a young man named Bohdan who arrived an hour earlier. Before arriving, he made a call to make sure that we were home. I was already expecting him. Before he arrived, I was nervous. After he arrived and the way he walked me through with the duct cleaning process, it was very satisfying and relieving. He showed the duct before and after cleaning, in addition, he took videos and pictures to share with me later to ensure that he did a thorough professional job. Especially, the way he cleaned the washer dryer vent was amazing with all the lint coming out of the duct. Their price is very reasonable as compared to other duct cleaning business in DMV area. Due to a new HOA requirement, we needed to have our dryer vent cleaned, likely for the first time in years. The technician, Bogdan, called to let us know he'd be arriving shortly and was promptly on time. He was extremely professional, walking us through each step of the process before doing anything and keeping us updated throughout his work. He also made sure to take photos of the vents before and after so we could see exactly what had been done. Upon completion of the work, Bogdan made sure to fully clean up inside and outside so he didn't leave a mess. He also took his shoes off upon arrival and left them outside so as not to drag any mud inside, even though part of the work required him to walk around outside. Excellent service! They had a serviceman here the next day to clean our vents which had never been cleaned. As previous reviews stated, we were shown before and after pictures. Constantine was polite, courteous and very professional. He uncovered something we didn't know- our dryer vent was covered by a new deck we had put on the house 8 years ago. Today we had our air ducts cleaned for the first time . I wasn't really sure what to expect . Bohdan from Brekmar was our technician , he did a great job . He was very polite and he explained every step to us . He was efficient and neat and clean and there was no mess of any kind when he was finished . We had an issue with our dryer and believed it may have to do with a clogged duct. They were able to come the day we called. They came in and identified the issue and fixed it quickly.
