Be weary of this dealer the workmanship of their mechanic is pretty shoddy. They are leaving wiring plugs between the cab and frame so they get pinched instead of putting the connector back in its bracket. The lock clips were removed and never reinstalled. They are also leaving wiring laying against the exhaust pipe so it melts. The mechanic broke parts and never replaced them, I asked gor the cover that was supposed to be installed covering the exposed wires that plug into the module, after some time they gave me one that was broken. I talked to the service manager about the way the wires ect was done and he told me pretty much to F Off it seams like they are making sure you are a repeat customer. I recently had a bad experience with a oil change company when they broke a relay and it stopped my power steering from working. As a result I called Airdrie Dodge to get a new part as I wanted to support my local businesses In Airdrie and the guy in the parts department told me that there was no part like I described and to take my business elsewhere. After calling around to different dealers I was able to locate the part at Varsity Chrysler and had the guys at the lube centre to go pick it up. Every time I goto this dealership I am told they don't have the parts and to go elsewhere. I will never buy anything from them again. So much for supporting local business. read more

This is the worst dealership that I have ever done business with. From the salesmen to the finance department and then to management, my wife and I were mislead, lied to via text, email, phone call and then in person when we worked on a deal. We were cheated on our trade in deal and then they sold my trade in which had a lean to me on it which is illegal in more ways than I can count. The finance team and GM ignored our phone calls and emails and withheld payment for 10 business days. The sales management team do not uphold their promise or stand true to a mistake they made, instead they decided to try and force my wife and I out by ignoring our Correspondence and in closing, The GM and Principle is extremely rude, unethical and a total bigot. He treated my wife and I with absolute disrespect after ignoring his team's mistakes and shut down our personal complaints with rude comments and ignorant references to tax and how we are not "treaty people" who have "those cards" This place has no Business etiquette, ethics or integrity. read more

Typical dealer tactics of selling an extended "state of mind" warranty on a used vehicle stating that you'll get half of the money back on if warranty is not used. Four years later I go to submit a claim for half the dough back and find out that early on the dealership put a small amount of service work done on the truck through warranty, which then cancels outs the cashback return because an insurance claim was made. Never intended to use the warranty unless it was something major. The service department even forged service invoices and receipts as they are different than what I received from the dealer. My invoice and receipt show no insurance claim made and their invoice shows an insurance claim. Shady place...should have taken them to small claims court. No recourse from AMVIC as they don't pursue the dealerships on insurance claims, and the dealerships know it. Stay far away from Airdrie Dodge. read more

Worst customer service went in on Saturday December 20th 2014 at about 2pm spoke to reception who accused me of being rude when I asked to speak with a manager. She finally paged Dale Roach who was the general sales manager who didn't even want to hear my issue and became extremely rude. I Bought a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 less then a year ago and after what appeared to be a burnt out headlight I proceded to replace it to find the wiring inside the headlight assembly had caught Fire as I explained this to the manager and showed him the headlight he laughed and said nothing he could do even with extended warranty minus telling me to just not drive. Not sure what I was supposed to do he then asked me to leave as I was getting upset as he would not take anything seriously and he wouldn't direct me to what I should do minus not drive it !! he wasn't willing do do anything to fix the issue or put me in touch Touch with anyone to discuss the safety hazard of this. So while leaving he had his sales people follow me out and act like mobsters with cameras to take my picture as he didn't want to deal with the issue and didn't want me to come back to his work place. I understand on a Saturday there is not much he could do but his rudeness was not needed when it's his crappy product that was defective. I wouldn't send a $300 winter beater to these guys. Integrity beyond the norm. The wife and recently visited Airdrie Chrysler to purchase a 2013 Chrysler 300. I told our salesman Ron Ballantyne. I had a 2013 Jeep to trade and $3000 as a budget. They couldn't see the Jeep because it was in Calgary for hail repairs. Ron took down the Jeep info and presented the deal to the sales manager. We waited and I was sure I hadn't put enough on the table for the deal. When Ron returned and told us the deal I could not believe how honorable they had both acted. They could have taken the $3000 and I would have thought I had a good deal. They let us have the car for $1000 difference. That my friends is how people in the industry should act. If you are looking for a new or used car go see them. I give them five stars only because that is the limit. read more

Horrible experuence yet again! This would have been trip 5 or 6 for the same issue, still not resolved and now told to "just deal with the noises" the jeep is only a yr old and 32,000km and ive been brining it in for the last 6months trying to get ut fixed. Now my keyfod doesnt work to lock or unlock, even with videos of it not working they wont fix it as "it doesnt happen here so nothing we can do" Ive had my windshield re-sealed already, heating/cooling modular system replaced, sun/moon roof retracked........ This was my first time in AB with mine RV, I experienced in breakdown with my Sprinter motorhome I slowly made it to Airdrie Chrysler location. To find out if nobody was interested in helping me to solve my problem. I knew what was wrong with my RV I acquired a new intercooler turbo hose. The service department was not interested they were actually very disrespectful. After talking to several people I make my way to parts department, in contrast to the service department They were very helpful in finding the part for me. Which I picked up the next day. To serve the partner told me I have to wait 4 days before They have the time to put on. I install the part myself took me approximately 15 minutes that's all. Isn't it sad that they have such a problem giving good service. But have all the time in the world if you want to buy a car and put your money on the table. Terrible dealership. If you want to get ripped off and lose a LOT of $$$ this is the place for you! I went in over the weekend to look at a new Cherokee. Slightly disappointed with the power even in the V6 but decided it would be adequate. Nobody available to do an appraisal on my 2011 Chrysler 200 that I wanted to trade in. Our salesman Jim Prizeman asked us to return for the appraisal at a later date. I drove back to Airdrie (from Calgary) 2 days later with the car I wanted to trade in. That's where everything went sideways. After waiting almost an hour for the appraisal process (the test drive took 15 minutes and Jim came along with us telling us where we can and can't go no Highway allowed too worried about the windshield). After the waiting I was insulted and overwhelmed by their greed! 2011 Chrysler 200 trade offered was $4000. I can't find a Chrysler 200 for less than $9000 anyplace in Canada dealer or private sale. The GM dealership next door has a 2011 Chrysler 200 they are asking $18,850 for. Canadian Black Book says Trade in Value is Low=$5025 High=$7110. Canadian Black Book says Average Asking Price=$10,664 Average KM=70,001. Actual sold vehicles from CBB all 2011's 190,000km=$6500 105,000km=$7,800 88,000km=$9,795 81,000km=$10,987 80,000km=$11,995 These are all actual final sale prices. Given that these vehicles sold for what they did I feel that the Low=$5025 and High=$7110 that Canadian Black Book quotes seems right in line with the market values realized. Airdrie Dodge is TOTALLY OUT TO LUNCH if they think I'm going to trade in a vehicle that easily sells for $8000-$10000 for $4000. They said they have this "software" that evaluates and gives prices for our market. Jim said the rental companies are dumping lots of these on the market and driving the price down. Hmmmm, I guess only the rental companies right around Airdrie bought 200's then as other dealerships seem to value this vehicle grossly higher than Airdrie Dodge. The worst thing was at the end when I grabbed the paperwork (trade in quotes and photocopy of MY registration) and Jim said I can't take those, and rudely/forcibly snatched then out of my hand. What do you mean I can't take these I said. It's a photocopy of MY registration and trade in details of MY car. That's MY personal information. I snatched the paperwork right back from Jim and said Yeah, what are you gonna do about it, as I walked out the door! I realized then WHY Jim really didn't want my to have the paperwork The complete insult of a totally lowball offer is memorialized there. I have on paper the actual proof of just how greedy and cheap this dealership is. Why else would he care if I took it? It's all my info! If I was happy with the numbers and said I just want to take this home and show my wife I'm sure they would have no problem with that. This was a waste of time, very same day I made an appointment with Raj at Crowfoot Chrysler and they gave me an appraisal of $6500 on the exact same trade in to purchase the exact same Cherokee, only difference was that Crowfoot had the exact color I wanted (Airdrie didn't have stock on my favorite color). Make the drive to Calgary, more dealerships!!! These guys are the only Chrysler in town in Airdrie and they sure act like they know it! WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY !!! Warning airdrie dodge your bait and switch dealer I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram and traded in my 2013 that I had also bought from airdrie dodge. When arranging the deal that was agreed upon I was offered a lifted truck similar to my 2013. I was given a trade in value of 35,000$ so I gave a deposit and was excited to get my new truck. Upon signing the deal I was told that in reality I was only given 24,000$ for my trade in even though the market value is 35,000. I tried to back out of the deal but I was told that I would not get my deposit back. I don't like to give money away so I accepted the truck that I did not want. Please be aware of this bait and switch method and do not fall prey to this type of business. As far as I can see I was ripped off by 11,000$ which is similar to the price of the lift and accessories, and hope that they can't do this to anyone else. read more

THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE. They have no respect for female truck owners at all. I have to go in with my boyfriend to get any amount of decent service. Which is garbage as I am the owner of a 09 Dodge Laramie. I've been to them a couple times and every time it's been garbage. I have gone in looking for a part for my truck. I went to the parts department where the girl behind the desk was useless and even admitted that she knew nothing about parts. WHY WOULD YOU BE WORKING IN THAT DEPARTMENT THEN. I then went to the service department and tried to explain the problem I was having to see if he agreed and they rudely interrupted me and would not listen to what I had to say and told me that the only answer was to bring it in. An other time I went in, thinking I should give them an other chance, they helped every male costumer before me. Including ones they had to walk right passed to get to because they came in after me. Finally when I was the only costumer left they offered me some assistance. They replaced my front drive shafts, even though its a U-joint problem and did not replace the U-joints as well as did an oil change. When I went in to pick my truck up the oil change light was still on my dash because they never erased the code as well as my steering was loose. I could wiggle my steering wheel from side to side and it would not more the tires unless I really cranked it over. I brought it back and they had a mechanic come out and take a peek. Right away he said it need to go in and up on the lift. 30 mins. later they returned my truck and said there was nothing wrong with it, but obviously they did something as the loose steering wasn't a problem anymore and the mechanic after looking at it got it in right away. WHY LIE ABOUT IT. If there was a mistake made they should have owned up to it. Not a great way to earn trust from a costumer. On top of all that bullshit the original problem is still a problem, if not more of one now. Spent $1500 for nothing. One of my friends just had they're truck in at Airdrie Dodge and when they returned it to him there was damage to the outside which wasn't there when he dropped it off and they refused to fix. He as well has more problems now then he did before he even brought it in. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND AIRDRIE DODGE TO ANYONE! They also refuse to look into or deal with any of the recalls on my truck. Which I'm not a 100% sure but I think that maybe illegal as it puts my safety at a huge risk. (Airbags and front end steering linkage) They are so terrible they are honestly making me considering getting rid of my Dodge trucks and buying a Ford. That would mean selling 3 dodge trucks. (2 laramies and a SRT 10) I will also be writing a letter to Dodge Canada, letting them know how terrible this place is, especially if you are a female. read more

We recently traded in a vehicle, we agreed on all the numbers before we drove 3 hours to do the deal. When we sat with the salesman, the numbers did not match what we agreed upon via text message. We were told that it'll be corrected when we meet with the finance department. When we met with the finance department, the numbers were still off, as they were charging us a price before GST when we were guaranteed that the price included GST. The finance department then tried to walk us through the sales agreement and we continued to question the numbers, he kept telling us "just ignore it, I know it looks weird, but it'll work out". So we signed everything and left with the new vehicle. When we got home, we reviewed everything and it just didn't make sense. We tried to reach out the salesman, the sales manager and the GM and were ignored for a week. When the GM finally called us, he was rude and multiple times said "well you signed the agreement, so too bad" and continued to tell us that we sounded educated so we should have known better to sign the contract. Last time I checked, no matter how educated I am, it's not up to me to understand how car dealerships work, especially when the staff kept telling us that the numbers look weird, but it'll work out. I will never do business with this dealership again! I have not bought a vehicle from them I am referring to their service, but given my experience I will never buy a vehicle from them. I found them to be very dishonest and zero integrity. If their factory trained technicians can't find a problem after searching for 10 days then I would say there's an issue with Dodge as well. The fact that they charged over $2000 to look for this problem and that problem was never completely fixed is just wrong. I know electrical issues can be tricky but it shouldn't all fall on the back of the owner, that's why I brought it to the so-called experts! When the vehicle was returned the keyless entry did not work anymore but it did before they had it. They refuse to take responsibility and want to charge over $500 to fix! I have triple gold star service purchased and went in over a issue with my leather seat. After first attempt to repair failed I returned and Melissa took pictures saying she needed to send then in for approval for what repair need to happen. Two weeks later with no word I call Melissa and she says its been busy and hasn't sent them in yet. I then asked to speak to service manager Steve and told story to him and he assured me he would get back to me tomorrow. Two days later no call, I call him back and he says they called, I asked what number since I have no calls he gives me number from 5yrs ago. I said how in the world can your have old number when I been in several times with my new number and been called back on it(pretty sure they looked and read back old number). He claims they always ask that info when you come in, well if that were the case would they have not called my new number? Then when asked what the resolution is he gives me some lame thing about punching a hole in my leather seat and bungee strapping it back! Perturbed I ask for FCC number and he gives me a old number that doesn't work. After this experience I definitely wont return to Airdrie dodge and don't recommend them. read more

Here's the letter I sent to them last year: you read and decide if you want to do business with them. ..................................................................................................... On October 20, 2008 I took my 2005 Chrysler 300 (purchased from Airdrie Chrysler with a Gold Service Plus extended warranty, September, 2005) in for its regular 3 month oil change. Later that same day(October 20, 2008) I was called and informed that the rear axel seals were leaking and would be replaced under warranty. As part of that service, I was told the technicians could mark the position of the rear end and return it to those marks after the rear axel was removed and reinstalled once the seals were replaced. Your service advisor suggested a 4 wheel alignment to ensure everything was correct and maintain the warranty. This 4 wheel alignment was not covered under warranty and would be my cost. I informed the service writer to proceed with the alignment and that I was in no hurry so there was no rush to get the various services done. Late morning October 23, 2008 I called to see how it was progressing. I was told they were performing a complimentary car wash, the repair work was completed and that I could pick the car up at any time later that afternoon. I picked the car up at approx. 16:45 that same day(October 23, 2008) and paid my cost of the invoice. Once outside it was evident the car had been washed, although there was grit and mud still on the car, in "hard to reach places" of which I have picture and video evidence. When I got the car home and parked in my driveway the sun broke through the clouds. Both my wife and I noticed very discernable swirls/streaks in the clear coat on every panel on the car. I proceeded to take pictures and videos of the damage while my wife called your establishment. We returned the car to your service department before your closing time, same day(October 23, 2008). We advised the service advisor present of what we had found and that we wished to be called the next day(October 24, 2008) so we could discuss the situation. The next day on October 24, 2008 I was called and informed that my car was finished and I could pick it up. No discussions, no phone calls had taken place with anyone. My daughter gave me a ride to pick up my car. We proceeded to find the car on the lot and inspect it. It was obvious that an attempt to power polish the 2 drivers side doors had been done, with machine swirls and streaks being evident. We went indoors and asked for Steve Forman who accompanied us outside to view the car. Steve Forman said "he only did the 2 doors because that's all his service writer said was a problem". When I said the car was not repaired to my satisfaction and I would not accept it in that condition, he said "fine, I will do nothing further to this vehicle." He placed the keys on the trunk and walked away. I drove the vehicle home and took another series of pictures and videos. While I was driving the car into Calgary on October 25, 2008, I noticed it was pulling significantly to the right. I thought it was the wind as it was blowing somewhat strongly. On the return to Airdrie October 25, 2008, the car still pulled hard to the right, even though the wind was still blowing and should have pushed it to my left. Through email Steve Forman did advise that only I could bring the car in for the alignment issue to be looked at, and once it was completed, "we would prefer you and your family take your automotive repair business elsewhere". As per the statement by Steve Forman: "fine, I will do nothing further to this vehicle" I paid a professional detailing company from Calgary to remove the swirls and streaks from the clear coat of my vehicle, which they did to my satisfaction. .................................................................................... read more

Booked a service appointment today for 0830. Told that they were busy today and with the work that MIGHT be needed on my Jeep it may not be ready until tomorrow. When I called at 1400 to find out what work was needed I was told they hadn't even touched the jeep yet and would likely not get to the diagnostic today. What is the point of making an appointment when they don't even touch your vehicle? I picked my Jeep up and I will be taking it elsewhere. read more
