How many million profit per quarter? Never a miss out on a chance for a bank fee charge and no interest ever gained on your money.

Jennifer the so-called manager was some how listening in to our conversation and she e-mail the teller and and she told her what to tell me. The teller said "oh Jennifer just e-mail me and told me what to tell you" I was very shocked as to why Jennifer was listening to my conversation. Jennifer needs to mind her own damn business. The second branch in Airdrie. I was there earlier this year because my husband had contacted CIBC to track a DRAFT that he had wrote to some one and we were trying to get a copy of the draft for court to proved that we paid to get a job done. Jennifer was completely useless! She past it on to Janice Keys who promised us that the draft will be here in the branch in a few business days. USELESS! and false promised. I went to the second branch in Airdrie because Janice Keys said that the draft was done there, which is a blatant lie. The manager there was a complete Tyrant and completely out of controlled. I have a video that I put on YouTube for every one to see how she behaves. I told her about the importance of the draft that we need it. The witch told me that I was not allowed in the branch anymore. IT TOOK THEM TWO MONTHS TO FIND THE DRAFT! Causing us to had to spend $3500 hundred dollars. These people are USELESS and ignorant tyrants! do not bank with them, look at their review. The hysterical part of it is that they think that my husband will continued banking with them. If people don't bank there these tyrants would be out of a job. Airdrie CIBC banks are completely useless! I am writing a letter to the CEO and I am sending the video of their so-called manager so everyone can see how wise and wonderful she is.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Transparency, Inspection, and Safety Oversights…read moreMy first review was based off excitement and a smooth buying process until ... ... I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The truck was supposedly subjected to a "full 180-point inspection," covering critical components like the engine, transmission, suspension, and exhaust system. However, shortly after purchase, I noticed significant transmission issues, including harsh shifting, which should have been caught during this inspection. I was later advised that the issue stems from engine oil leaks caused by the VCT solenoid seals, a problem that's well-known with this model. These issues should have been identified before selling me the truck. To make matters worse, I was never informed about the low tire tread (4/32), and now I've been advised I need new tires soon. The dealership should have flagged this during their supposed "full inspection." Additionally, my husband was double-charged $6,000 for an extended warranty on his truck, and it took us weeks to get a hold of anyone at the dealership to resolve the issue. It was an incredibly stressful process that shouldn't have happened. But the most concerning part? His truck also had a loose steering wheel, a safety hazard that almost caused a serious accident on the highway. This issue was never flagged during the supposed inspection either. After hearing about the truck's "thorough inspection," it's hard to believe no one noticed these major safety issues. To add to my frustration, I took my truck to another dealership for maintenance and was informed that I need to consent to a transmission overhaul just to have techs take pictures of the transmission when it's taken apart and send them to the warranty provider for approval of the repair cost. If the repair cost is not approved, I'll still be left with a $1,900 bill just to put the transmission back together. If the overhaul is not approved, I'll face a $10,000 cost for the transmission repair, despite the issue stemming from the VCT solenoid seals, a problem that should have been caught in the inspection. I feel deceived, especially considering the dealership assured us that the trucks had undergone thorough inspections. These problems, especially the safety hazard in my husband's truck and the transmission issue in mine, should have been identified and addressed before selling us these vehicles. We trusted this dealership to be upfront and transparent, but instead, we've been left dealing with costly repairs and severe safety concerns. For a dealership that claims to provide quality inspections, the oversight of such major issues is inexcusable.

We bought a 2020 ford explorer from them and have had nothing but issue after issue with the SUV since then. And when we needed to get things done it was always a fight even with having coverage on the vehicle. I am NEVER buying a Ford again.
