DO NOT USE AIR DUCT RESCUE. I hired Air Duct Rescue to clean my air ducts on Friday, and immediately afterward my AC stopped working during an extremely hot summer weekend. Whether they caused the issue directly or not, the timing was too significant to ignore, and their response afterward was completely unacceptable. I contacted them on Monday and explained that my AC had stopped working after their service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Initially, they refused to send anyone out until Tuesday, despite the fact that my family had been without air conditioning all weekend.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After further discussion, they called back and said they would send someone that afternoon. Later, I received a text stating that a technician would arrive between 2 PM and 5 PM.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No one showed up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]At 5 PM, I called to ask for an ETA. I was told they weren't sure when the technician would arrive and that it might be 6 PM or 7 PM.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After waiting all afternoon, I told them that was too late and asked them not to send anyone. They agreed and said they would instead send someone the following morning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then, at approximately 7:30 PM, a technician unexpectedly arrived anyway. Not only did they ignore my request not to come, but the technician rang the doorbell and pounded on the door hard enough to wake my jet-lagged parents and my 3-month-old baby. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disrespectful of my family's time and circumstances. We used Airduct Rescue to fix a clog in our dryer vent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was easy to setup an appointment and they provided great communication via text so you knew when someone was coming out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Julio was professional, informative and friendly. He found an abandoned birds nest in our vent and was able to quickly unclog and remove. It was a great experience. I had a dryer that stopped working. Apparently, the outside vent was clogged with leaves and dirt. They arrived promptly and did a great job! My dryer is now working. Below is the vent before and after. Get your dryer vents cleaned as it is such a fire hazard! It was a good value too! read more

The two guys that came out and did my service did a good job although they did not show me any of the junk that came out of my vents or a video I could hear them clanging around in the vents with the equipment for quite a while I'm pretty sure they did a good job although I cannot verify it [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am disabled air quality seems to be better that's why I can give four stars[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] they did show up they did the work the price was reasonable. read more

Since they did not respond after a week on their site quote menu, then I contacted them. They had received it but had not acted after a week just for an email "quote"! I was scheduled the next day; technician was late, but of course that's not unusual. What's unusual was the MESS LEFT & DAMAGED TO DRYER METAL DRYER HOSE. See photos. One of the worst companies to get your Air duct service done. I am new to this and purchased a home 16 months back when I first called Steven Airduct my first question was as the house is new is the service required they said no and said usually it is recommended for 4+ years and above to be done service. But later they said we can come and check which they did and everything is looking good they said nothing else is required to be done. They sent me an invoice of $150 now which they never spoke about when I asked then they said it's a company policy. As shown on the website video there will be a camera nothing as such they do when they come for a visit. They will just use a phone camera and take the pic and show us. If it's a company policy why did they say they will come and check and why did they not inform me that they will charge for the visit? My actual appointment was on the 22nd and as the technician was not available they rescheduled it for the 30th of March then I should also charge a no-show fee. What they said and when nothing is promised it is ridiculous to pay this money. read more
