Fantastic experience all around for the cleaning of my air ducts and system. Diana explained everything thoroughly on the phone and was very professional. She answered all my questions and was very consistent each time I spoke with her. The tech, Boris, was on time and was amazing. So professional and thorough, as well, explaining everything he did and also providing recommendations for my furnaces and dryer vent. I noticed the difference in my air quality immediately and really cannot believe the difference. I called several companies before deciding on Air Duct Specialists and I am glad I did. The other companies gave me different information each time I called, were not consistent with pricing, were not certified or insured, and wanted to dismantle my furnaces to clean them. Although their prices initially appeared to be less than Air Duct Specialists, after all their add-ons Air Duct Specialists was the same or even less. I am thrilled with their service and the outcome, their consistency and professionalism. They instilled the confidence I wanted for someone to be in my home and perform this service. Super awesome. Taylor was very professional and efficient. He communicated from the very start. Taylor told me precisely what he would do and what to expect. Taylor also raved about his own company AirDuct Specialist, and how happy he is at that company. He said that they treated the staff very well and it was all about the employees. You know, when you treat the employees great, they give excellent customer service! Another big thing that I like about Air Duct specialists is that they allow you to tip at the end, which not a lot of other companies do. When you provide excellent service like Taylor did, he deserves a 20% tip easily. He also told me as the last company never gave him a 100% of his tips, this company gives them a 100% of his tip. Found this company on Angie's List and after reading some positive reviews and checking out their prices decided to go with them. I have a two story house, 4600 sq ft and there are two furnaces one is in the basement and the second one up in the attic. I wanted to clean everything at once all the vents, furnaces and main ducts and got a sanitation service as well. They also provided a free dryer vent cleaning which was a nice bonus.The technician arrived on time, inspected everything and explained me how and what he was going to do. JOHN was the best customer service experience in a LONG time. I called about a special situation with a special needs child putting items in the vent, and JOHN was willing to trouble shoot and try. I had a next day appointment. JOHN worked very diligently from 9am-1pm to clean all the vents in my 3-level house. He was able to remove a large amount of dog hair from the furnace area too, which will take some burden off my old furnace. I learned some things about maintenance from the videos he showed me too. Boris was prompt and informative. He did before and after videos. The only up-sell from what I was initially quoted was for disinfectant, which he was not pushy about. He used several processes to clean the vents, returns, furnace, and ducts. Prior reviews mention not moving back furniture or leaving dust around the house. I found this to both be true but we vacuum regularly anyway and when asked he was more than willing to help move the heavy furniture back with me. The only drawback to the service was the $530 price tag, but seemed ballpark with other NADCA certified companies. read more

We recently worked with AirDuct Specialists to service multiple condos and townhouses in our community. They came out with a large team; were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and all that we could have asked for. There was a problem with a furnace as the job was being completed. They took action to immediately get a technician out to make the repair. Turned out that the motor and blower needed replacing and they took responsibility for all of it. I had gotten several different quotes. I rarely choose the cheapest quote, because I am a firm believer in "You get what you pay for". I wanted an air duct/dryer vent cleaner who was NADCA certified; had an A+ BBB rating: & of course, was fully licensed & insured. AirDuct Specialists met that criteria. We've used Airduct Specialists a few times and John has always done a spectacular job! He is kind and courteous of our needs, especially with small children in the home. The before and after videos are a nice touch that helps us understand how dirty our ducts were to begin with and the level of service they provide when cleaning them. The technician, John showed Up on time and ready to get to work. While taking a tour of the house he noted where the supplies and return ducts were. He then explained the whole process brought in all of his equipment including guards to protect the wall moldings from his hoses and cords. Tyler and Jared both came out to clean my dryer vent. My roof has a high pitch, so a little more intense than usual. Tyler arrived first he got here an hour and a half early. The before and after videos that I was shown were excellent. The price was a little higher than expected, but they both did excellent .
