I believe we're under warranty so I was dealing with the girl at the counter, it was her first day. She called the manager over the manager, didn't ask me my name Pretended to get on the computer and tell me that my warranty couldn't be found and I need to bring a paper receipt well my warranty supposed to be under my phone number and I don't know I might not have been dressed the best and I was actually giving a homeless man. He changed from the chain and bar that I had purchased. Perhaps I was written off as a less of a person than himself, the girl at the counter had my phone number and was supposed to call me if she was able to dig up my warranty. I believe Marty is in charge of all the warranty work through steel. I believe that that's his name and he's been OK to deal with. I haven't brought this up to him yet because I'm so bent out of shape that I feel like I might not be able to convey my feelings with any tactwhatsoever. The store is very clean and the help is very attentive. You obviously won't have as vast as a selection as the superstores like Fleet Farm, Menards, Lowes, etc., but they have the standard stuff you would need. In my recent visits, my purchases included a Weber grill, propane, Dot's Pretzels, soda, paint, tape, grass seed and more.

Plus, there's just SO much there beyond groceries. When in the area, I'd definitely prefer to go to this Moorhead one over the Fargo Target. Though it's much smaller so it doesn't have near as much, it's also way less busy than the Fargo one. The Fargo one is insane at all times of day, plus they tried some weird remodel so that it's more like a department store now and it just epically failed. So yeah, I'll stick to Moorhead.

They sell prefinished shiplap to Menards. The product does not hold up the moisture. Nowhere on any…read moreshelf tag at Menards does it say not to use in the bathroom the product was up six months and it started to bubble. It turns out the finish is a plastic finish on top of wood. I contacted Menards and was told to contact the manufacture. I sent all the information and then after many months, they wanted more and more and more. I was never paid back for my damage product. The wall had to be taken down and replaced with real wood. Do not buy anything from this company their customer service thinks.
