I guess in a pinch this is a car wash that offers multiple levels of service but I won't be back. I was in the airport area and the inside of my windows were very streaky and the car could use a general wash. I didn't have crazy expectations but for the $23 highest tier wash I wasn't thrilled. Pulling in was easy and the line moves quick even tho it was long. The workers communicated well and it was a nice walkthrough where you can see your car going through. There was a clean rest room and the clerk at the end was polite and helpful. When I walked out to the car it looked nice and as I first drove away it seemed fine from inside, however when the sun hit the windshield it was slightly cleaner but even more streaked with towel marks. The dashboard was dusted but not actually cleaned, but more so the exterior was not even truly clean. Best Car Washing service I've ever been to. I can't understand how they're able to do such a good job in such a short amount of time. I own an Audi and have issues with brake dust. My front wheels get near blackened over time. Typically I have to deal with it myself, and it's kind of a pain to do it. These people did washed my car, waxed my car, hand dried it, revived my rims, and did interior work in what seemed like seconds. Only paid $19. Bravo. read more

I would recommend this place if you want a basic car wash and a quick wipe on the inside. I went and paid the most money that you could for a car wash because I was driving cross country and I wanted a clean car for the trip. My car hadn't been cleaned in a long time and it really needed it. They ran it through the car wash and they vacuumed and did a pretty good job of vacuuming. But they went in and wiped all of the leather down and the dashboard and the doors and the windows and when I got in it just was dirty. It was so disappointing. I guess I would go back to drive through the car wash if I was in the area but I would not go out of my way for an interior clean because this just didn't do the job. read more

Avoid. Cleaned car on own when got home. Vacuum inside is 15 seconds and incomplete and they wiped inside windows with dirty rags with no attention to detail for just 20 seconds. Car was still dusty and dirty in most places after. Watched all cars get treated to this speed and incomplete service. I would not call this full service. Curmudgeon woman inside collecting payment and questioned when people asked for receipt which may make one think about how handling taxes and payroll (speculation only). Workers could not communicate with you since indicated did not speak English. No attention to detail AVOID. read more

There are now three (!) carwashes within a two mile radius, but having tried the two "newcomers" I'll definitely stick with the venerable Airport Carwash on Airport Road. It is a classic full-service outfit. Two fellows vacuum and pre-rinse and at the other end of the chute two more guys do the windows and towel dry. Great care is taken by these guys, to the extent of lowering each window a couple of inches to wipe the top edge. Impressive. While Airport may be short on blinking lights and glitter, the job is top-notch. And there's no complimentary (read: do-it-yourself!) vacuuming, either! I give 'em high marks! read more

People have asked me if I had my vehicle detailed following visits to Airport Car Wash. The staff is not at all chatty because they are totally focused on making your car prisitne. Plus, ACW has that classic set up with the windows so you can watch the whole process like a 5 year-old. You'll definitely leave humming a certain classic disco tune... PS. Tip these guys well, they deserve it. Tip inside or outside--tips from both jars are pooled at the end of the shift and split equally. Convenient AND fair. read more

I love coming here! I'm surprised by all the bad reviews honestly! $15 for full service is great! They are fast and do a decent job cleaning the inside of my car - for what you pay for. I'm sorry - but you can't expect a super detailed cleaning for that price. It beats paying the same price for just an exterior wash at like every other car wash I've been too. My expectations for this business were misplaced, as my experience would definitively show. I arrived at around 2 p.m. on a beautiful Sunday. The center console was crusted with spilled coffee and the carpets cried out for a vacuum. It was truly the perfect opportunity. Pocket bulging with tax return spoils. No more perfect day for a car wash. I was ready to throw my money at these people. And to sweeten the deal, I'd received several glowing referrals. I was ready to start slicing G. Washingtons out like money on a mandolin. Based on the way I was treated, however, I supposed they didn't need it. I'm apologetic only because those funds could've gone to a more deserving business - or back in my butt pocket. I pulled my car around back and parked in line. There was one other person in front of me, but no one behind me. I decided to get out of my car and shuffle some things from the back seat to the trunk. I was still waiting for the crew to confirm my wash type and pull the car through after I finished the shuffle. Sitting in the drivers seat, I was approached by two workers. I got out of the car ready to talk to them. They asked my wash and handed me a laminated card. But what I did next was unconscionable. I left a CD in its case and water bottle in the center console. The worker poised to drag the floor mats out and shake them with vigor, only to stop and scoff at my obliviousness. For shame, Alex. The workers carried on, vacuuming out the floors and upholstery. I noticed the job wasn't very thorough. I paid 18 dollars for this? Maybe things will improve after the car wash. For several minutes, the slightly bothered workers guided the car through the wash bay. I didn't notice how they did it but the car looked clean, and intact, with no obvious revenge induced damages. The remaining workers hand dried and cleaned the interior dash, windows and coffee-crusted center console. At this point I could only be grateful for their speed, feeling more than ready to leave and reflect on the past minutes experience. I tipped each guy a few dollars. Every one is talking about the new owner and not in a good way. They had a problem with the chain that pulls the cars through and so I waited about 15+ minutes. When I asked him for a small discount because of the wait he got all cocky and said what you want it for free. No not free just maybe take a dollar off the 14 that I paid. Nope he said I didn't tell you to wait. What a jerk because of him the other guys got no tip. Take a dollar just to show good business and I would have given it back plus more. read more

I had my car washed there today. I requested the super plus with wheel polish. What a horrible job they did! Initially, the car looked clean. Upon closer inspection , I could see dirt still on the car The sunroof looked like it didn't see a drop of water on it either. I am pretty sure that water is sprayed on all areas of the car when it goes through the car wash! Apparently the person who works the register was out today so one of the employees had to keep stopping what he was doing to cash out customers. Perhaps that was the issue today. I went to use it and the owner said he wasn't honoring it. Yes he had paperwork from the courts to back it up, but just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. Ever since their new management has taken over the quality as plummeted tremendously. My boyfriend took my car there yesterday and when I got in it today my cup holders still had wrappers and crumbs in them and coffee stains were still obvious all over my middle console and dash. My floor mats were vacuumed but not very well. And my boyfriend said the cleaners gave him an attitude because he had to move some stuff out of the way. Last year I spent a heck of a lot of money washing my brand new car when I should have been coming here instead. I pulled up and the attendant asked what I wanted. I had no idea except that my coworker raved about this place. I asked for the regular wash and I found out why he raves! For $14 the brushless car wash not only cleans the outside of your car but then they make sure to vacuum the inside and wash the windows and mirrors inside and out. I was amazed by the level of shine my car had when it was completed for such a cheap price. They have various package options ranging from $9 and up depending on the level of clean you are seeking. I went there yesterday to get my car washed (interior/exterior) and I was sort of in a rush and was surprised on how quick they cleaned my car. I have a suv and I payed for everything to be cleaned(the royal super clean or whatever it's called)+2 because I have a SUV... when I got in my car there was dust on the dashboard, the mat on the driver side was wiped down, the one on the passenger side had a puddle of water that I had to take out and dump, the cup holders, the part where my car charger is had crumbs and dust still, the inside of the doors including the window buttons had dust, and the mats in the backseat were still dirty....I asked one of the guys to wipe down the cup holders and section where the charger was and he said one second then went to it and wiped it down very quick still leaving crumbs and putting the bottle cap I had in the cup holder in the passenger side of the door. I had to take out the cup holder part and wipe it down myself. Plus there was some things under the passenger seat and under the mat that wasn't vacuumed. There wasn't any effort in this and that was very disappointing. I appreciate fast service but not when it's a sloppy job. You can be fast and efficient too, especially when it's 3 guys to a car. Overall it was a waste of money going there and the worst part is is that I tipped before fully checking everything. I'll help my credibility by stating that the wash I bought was the $19 "royal" wash. Perhaps it was because they were really busy, but they didn't do as good of a job as I expected. I could see that the employees were very rushed and it showed on my car's body. There were small dirt spots on my car that the wash didn't catch that they didn't bother to clean off. The cleaners left several dirty water spots on the body and the door, and the windows had major streaks. I'll be fair and say that they did a good job on removing the salt that was layered on my wheel rims and the wash was quick. Except speed and a thorough job don't always go together which is true in this case. read more

I pride myself on having a clean car and get my car washed at least once a week. I have been to many car wash places from brushless to hand washed. I As in past reviews I pulled in and wasn't even greeted with a hello just a gazing stare until I picked my wash (royal) I was given a card to give to the cashier. I stuck around for a minute outside and two gentlemen vacuumed my car in about 15 seconds barely bending down to vacuum the mats. The main reason I ordered the expensive car wash was so my rims and tires were shined. They did a nice job washing the windows and drying the car; however, the console was hardly even wiped. When told my car was all set I asked if they did the tire shine ( keep in mind I was there the entire time since it came out of the wash). I got a huh? Then asked again and angrily he told me "I did!" I think the management needs to have a talk with their staff about customer service.... I went to Airport Car Wash on Post Rd yesterday, March 22, 2017 just to get an exterior car wash. When I looked at my passenger side card door next morning there was a scratch going down the entire side of the car practically. Went there today and the owner said there was no other complaints from yesterday (of course..) and there was nothing he can do about it. This is a brand new Jeep! Also suds were still all over the car from the car wash and the wipers just wipe it away. I will never come here again! Very pricey also- $11.00 for SUVS. read more

Horrible! The guy driving my car into the wash went so fast and hit the grate so hard my car actually jumped. I was told somebody would "talk to him". Then I got my car and there was still soap all over it and it was barely vacuumed when I paid for the most expensive wash and was told all of that was included. Absolutely horrible service.
