As a career surgeon who owned and operated a surgery center for decades, I am well aware of what good patient service requires and what it should look like. You should take care of all aspects of the service you provide as if YOU were the patient. I can say that Airrosti provided me with zero customer service and after at least 5 contacts initiated by me, they wouldn't even set up an appointment despite my assurance that I would self pay and not use Medicare. Further, they stated their provider was not certified to care for anybody over 63 years of age. I suggest you avoid this extremely frustrating practice and take your care needs elsewhere. read more

I came to Dr. Hali Deters after a consultation at my local CrossFit gym. I wanted to increase my mobility/range of motion as was impacting my ability to do certain exercises and movements effectively. She was able to pinpoint the problem(s) and provide a plan that resulted in significant improvement overall both in office and at home work. Specifically focusing in on what was required to not just stretch but also activate both parts of the muscles to stabilize my movements significantly and increase my range of motion. For example I continued to stretch and roll out after exercise but could not get parallel on Squats and she was able to identify my issue as ankle mobility and help me treat specifically that issue to finally unlock progress. Dr. Hali Deters at Airrosti Bellevue is an amazing chiropractor. I went to Hali for a lower back pain. I chose Hali because my husband had very satisfactory treatments for his neck & shoulder area. Hali is extremely professional and knowledgeable. During every visit, Hali explained clearly about the reason behind the issue and how she would treat it. Then she used manual therapy on the pain area and guided me how to do the rehab exercises for the self-maintenance in the future. Hali's manual therapy worked as magic. I can tell she must have a very solid training background; and it's also because she was always able to identify the issue quickly and accurately. I was so impressed that the pain level could be reduced by at least 70% - 80% after the first visit. The rehab exercises are very helpful too. Easy to do at home; efficient and effective. My back pain is completely gone, and my range of motion was largely improved during the 6 months. As a results, I'm thrilled to see the significant progresses in my swimming skills and other exercises I do regularly. I've never gone to Physical Therapy because I had no idea what it involved. Alex and Christian are the dream team. For the first half (~30 mins) Alex will identify the problem areas and then you have to concentrate on breathing while he applies a lot of pressure to those areas for relief. Not gonna lie this part hurts, but enduring a couple minutes of this pain is better than dealing with it all day. For the last half Christian will provide realistic exercises to help the problem areas. Alex and Christian are very patient and really educated me on my injury. I admitted I did not do some of the exercises because it was hard to do at my desk. Christian immediately came up with modified versions I could do easier at work. Their goal is to make the exercises fit in with your daily routine so you have better success. I learned a lot about my muscles during our sessions, which is helpful for my thinker brain to prevent any further issues. Thank you Alex and Christian! read more

Nice providers and nice facilities. I would have given them a 5 star review but they ended up charging me over $100 than what they originally quoted me. I went twice and paid in full at the end of each treatment. A few weeks later I got a bill. I called billing, they confirmed that I paid the quoted amount but there was a mistake on their part with insurance so I ended up paying the extra $100+ even though the billing rep agreed it didn't feel right. It's a bummer because I would have gone back but I don't appreciate being quoted one price and charged another. read more

Stephen and Dr. Shiau are THE bomb. I've had my fair share of hook-you-up-to-a-TENS-unit-and-book-the-next-appointment sort of places but this is nothing close to that at all. These guys really collaborated as a team to fully assess my shoulder issues and had such a thorough understanding of what was going on. I love that they also took the time and had a ton of patience to help me understand too. Dr. Will and Stephen took great care of me when I came to see them about a nagging ankle injury suffered playing soccer. They quickly pinpointed my issue (achilles tendonitis), described in plain terms what was going on, and prescribed a series of therapeutic treatments to help strengthen the affected area and the contributing muscle groups. Their bedside manners were both excellent, and each showed a genuine interest in my recovery and treatment. They clearly enjoy their work and it shows in their positive attitude. For those with chronic pain such as my 20 years with low back pain you must give Airrosti a try. It is a short 3-4 visit treatment plan which was a welcome relief after years of weekly visits to a standard chiropractor. After 3 visits my chronic pain was gone. That was a year ago. I suffered from Golfers elbow and after just one session I felt much relieved and in two sessions I feel no pain at all. So back in early 2015 I had a Level 2 LCL Sprain on my knee. My doctor told me I needed to only get physical therapy to heal up, but usually that could be up to 3-4 months of therapy. I was discussing with a co-worker of mine about wanting to get back on the soccer field sooner than later and she suggested Airrosti here in Bellevue. She said that they specialize in getting you back to doing your sports or activities sooner than later. It's like what professional athletes go to when they need to heal up faster. So I gave Dr. Wheeler a call and he got me in right away. I was surprised as he was able to see me that day! Well he looked at what I needed done and told me he would have me back on the field after 3 visits. And I'm not talking 3 visits in 3 months. 3 Visits in like 2 weeks. He worked on my knee for 3 visits and by the time that was done, I was back playing soccer and feeling great! It's crazy how fast I healed up! Ever since my experience with Dr. Wheeler, I've referred over 15-20 of my soccer friends and co-worker on any injury or pain symptoms. Dr. Wheeler will not work on you if he does not think he can help. Of all the people that I referred 100% of them were blown away by the results. I first heard of Airrosti through my trainer. I was highly skeptical that they could do much more than 2 physical therapists, the physiatrist, and a chiropractor had with my back pain. I began to think, after 2.5yrs of pain, that I would live with it forever and I was at a point in which I didn't trust our medical system. I met Dr Will, he diagnosed me, and I agreed to treatment. After the first visit I started feeling relief. After about 2-3 weeks and 5 appointments with Will, I was pain free and discharged. Visits are an hour long. The first half hour is focused on movement and deep tissue to release tight muscles, the second half hour consists of working on different exercises. After being discharged, I continued to work on the exercises given to me along with working out with my trainer. As a testament to my full recovery, I summited Mt Rainier last year. I could have never done this if it weren't for Will and Airrosti. Since he fixed my back, I have seen him for shin splints while training for Rainier as well as for smaller work related injuries with ribs and back (I work with quadriplegics, so I'm constantly lifting limbs and bending over beds). Airrosti has helped me get and stay pain free. They've critiqued and worked with me and my technique. Because of them I am stronger, safer, and happier. I couldn't have done it without them! I've also learned to listen to my body and know to get in quicker to fix the issue because I trust they can help! Dr. S. Wheeler is fantastic! Dr. Wheeler really cares about his patients and follows up via phone, email and text. Airrosti is a twist on physical therapy and on chiropractic. It helps surgeons make a decision on surgery or not. And can make surgery unnecessary! I saw Dr. Wheeler for the first time for my sprained ankle from jogging. I was very impressed with treatment provided because I was able to leave his office each appointment with much improvement. I ended up going back to see Dr. Wheeler for the second time for my knee pain from jogging again, but he made knee pain go away with only two appointments. I'm happy that I no longer feel pains.
