Have been coming for a few weeks. Top notch doctors and staff. Very flexible with scheduling. Extremely affordable! My doctor is amazing as well as my physical therapist. Unfortunately due to HIPPA restrictions I cannot photograph however the facility is always so very clean. The rooms are very sound. You cannot hear discussions from other rooms or the lobby area. They do very aggressive therapy, so your healing time should be shorter. Which is nice on the wallet and your mindset. read more

He listens, asks great questions and tests for the injury impacts with patience and precision. Then he explains the injury causes and impacts thoroughly through anatomical charts, examples and demonstrating. No matter what your learning style, Dr. Aaron makes it easy to understand what caused the injury, how he will treat it, how you can own your healing process and avoid reinjury. Every treatment brings immediate relief that lasts and as you follow the rehab prescription, each treatment quickly gets you closer to full recovery. He never fails to ask if I have any more questions and is always patient when I need further explanation. He is also good humored and even when in pain, I have a laugh. Jacob is the physical therapist I used for my most recent sports injury and he is highly effective. He looked for all the ways my injury was impacting not just my sports, but daily activity and then he monitored how those were inproving each time. I injured my thumb during a workout and after 2 weeks of being in pain, a friend recommended that I try an Arrosti Chiropractor clinic. I am not of fan of chiropractors, but when I read Arrosti deals more with sports injuries and physical therapy, I made an appt at this location with Dr. Alexandra Rios. She really listened to me and went into detail about what I should expect, a plan for PT and a contingency plan if I did not get the results I was looking for. After my first session, I felt 80% better and they made it easy to continue PT at home by providing an email portal and video showing the moves we did in the clinic. After 2 sessions and continued pain, I was referred to a hand specialist who took an X-ray and diagnosed me with trigger finger and after a shot of cortisone I am pain free! Just had an appointment here. I'd call it comical. The treatment was very basic consult of seeing my shoulder strength. Followed by a thumb in the shoulder for a bit. After that they showed me 5 very basic exercises that I already do. Basically. I gave this a shot because I thought they did some deeper work. But there's nothing special about this office. Just a way overpriced physical therapist imbued with delusional confidence they can fix a real problem quickly. Dr Perez is awesome - aside from being a very pleasant and personable guy, he explained everything, put me at ease, and I was amazed at how much he relieved the tension in the muscles that have caused my knee so much problem for the past 6 years. The discomfort I experienced the first time he worked on me reduced by 1/2 the second time he saw me, though he was applying exactly the same pressure to the same places. Unfortunately I only saw him a very few times, because I was only in Austin for a relatively short while - but I am clear I am on the road to recovery, something I didn't think was actually possible. I have a set of simple exercises and foam roller treatments to perform for a few minutes each day, to support the changes he introduced into my muscles and tendons etc, and I am very optimistic, and will certainly see him some more when I return to Austin in the late Spring. read more

Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor! I came in for posterior tibial tendonitis. I had already tried NSAIDs and staying off of my ankle for months before going to Airrosti, and that didn't seem to help my injury at all. With Dr. Williams' help, I was able to keep working out while doing PT and getting on track to recovery. He explains everything really well and is always available for questions through their portal. After a couple months, my injury hasn't resolved itself, but they have been proactive in helping me find other solutions and following up about my treatment. It's really difficult to find a doctor who is committed to your recovery-- I cannot recommend them enough! read more

I went to the Westlake location. Even though this was covered under my insurance and my co-pay should have been only $30, they charged me $210- something to do with my deductible, was how it was explained. After, I called my insurance and they said that was a load of crock. I called Airrosti and they reimbursed me the $180 immediately, but what if I hadn't called my insurance- they would have just kept my $ and that is messed up. The visit was weird and unhelpful to me. The "Dr." rambled on and on and how stretching is bad, and how I should join a membership with them, etc. and only spent about 2 minutes attempting any corrections before she handed me off to someone to show me how to use a lacrosse ball to bring relief. What you need to know: 1) Terrible experience, 2) Waste of $ 3) They're crooks. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. read more

I was experiencing chronic daily upper back and neck pain. The type that is very common due to laptop and smartphone habits. I went to Dr. Williams at the I-35 location near E Riverside Drive, his treatment partner who developed my home rehab routine was Jacob. These guys were a super dynamic duo! While it took a little more than 3 visits to conquer my pain, they did succeeded in about 6 visits. I was part of the delay because I wasn't sticking to the specific prescribed home rehab routine. Jacob was able to adjust the routine in a way that made it more realistic for me and I am now committed to continue with the exercises to maintain the progress. With time they will be less necessary as I will have developed the muscle strength and balance to support healthy posture. Dr. Williams used a chiropractic technique that did not involve cracking or jerking, but something more like deep fascia massage. He asked enough questions to really understand my specific pain points and track progress. He also answered a ton of questions from me, to help me understand the underlying mechanics involved in the condition and treatment. Reading the airrosti reviews, I didn't think that it could be possible that this place could relieve me on my insane back pain so quickly. But strung up on sleepless nights and not being able to walk, I came into airrosti to see dr.finale about two weeks ago. I went to see Dr. Aaron Williams in 2019 for back pain I was experiencing. He came highly recommended. After Dr. Williams examined me he diagnosed my problem as piriformis syndrome. He told me he could have me in good condition with four sessions. Each session would cost $220 and not be covered by insurance. I felt better after both the first and second session, but my pain increased after the third and fourth session. I asked Dr. Williams if I might have a more serious problem and asked about getting an MRI of my lower back. He discouraged me from getting an MRI and reiterated his diagnosis of piriformis syndrome. After my pain got worse, my family doctor told me to get a MRI. The test results indicated I had severe stenosis of the spine. My sciatic nerve was being strongly compressed between two discs in my spine. I ended up having back surgery, which solved my problem. I would like to think Dr. Williams was well-intentioned with his treatment and advice, but I'm not so sure about this. After the bad experience I remembered that he only asked me to fill out the customer satisfaction surveys after the sessions that I expressed progress, but not after the session that I indicated I had more pain. So take his customer satisfaction survey results with a grain of salt. read more

Went here after trying PT and chiropractors for a shoulder/neck issue. While they were more helpful and knowledgeable for me compared to other health care providers, was a waste of money. First appointment went fine. Second appointment the practitioner was 15 minutes late to start my session, then did about 5 minutes of manual trigger point work, sent me off to the second part of treatment where they basically just had me perform the exercises they had prescribed the previous session, left 20 minutes early. Considering they advertise getting a full hour hands on, one on one time and I was paying out of pocket, that was ridiculous. Would recommend finding a knowledgeable Massage therapist who does trigger point work instead. read more

After the phone call, imagine that your ankle will heal remarkably quickly so you can get about your business. Hang on to that imagined Wolverine-like healing power you're sure you possess while limping in to your first appointment, because honey: it's about to get real. A-squared (the two Aarons at this facility, Aaron Williams and Aaron Dozier) are not bad people, I'm pretty sure. But I was not sure this was true during my treatment. It's in their best interest that my ankle was sprained because I wanted to kick them in the face, which is hard to do with one jacked foot that's being tortured. Airrosti goes something like this: for 30 minutes you will be tortured. It's not because there is an excess amount of pressure applied to your injury; it's actually a soft, gentle grasp. The issue is that A1 will manipulate the fascia near your injury, especially while making small talk about things meant to keep you from jumping out the window in his office. I have never had babies but I think I would rather have babies. Before this I didn't know I could draw out the word "BALLS" for two minutes, without breathing. Following that suffering, the next 30 minutes are spent with A2 providing rehab recommendations in a friendly Australian accent. You embrace this guy because after 30 minutes with A1 anything in the whole world seems better. My sprain was awful and these sessions were the worst but I healed so quickly. I was encouraged to continue my exercises as much as I could bear, which I appreciated. Within a month and 5 sessions I was about good as new, equipped with the strengthening exercises to do on my own. The most important part: the sessions help reduce the risk of a re-sprain while doing something, and I'm always doing something. Bodies break and stuff. Be nice to yours. read more

After four years of intermittent visits to the chiropractor, acupuncturist, and message therapist that resulted in only short-term relief, I had resigned myself to a series of nagging pains in my neck, lower back, and shoulder. Airrosti was recommended to me by people I work with, after I mentioned I was dealing with some lower back / hip pain and tightness. Dr. Herman was incredibly attentive, detailed, knowledgeable, thorough, and able to diagnose my problem quickly. His treatment plan caused the issue to go away in a couple days, after I had been dealing with it for weeks without any progress. I went back for another issue (which turned out to be a herniated disc), and Dr. Herman was able to quickly identify the likely issue based on my symptoms. We tried a multitude of techniques to resolve my issue, with Dr. Herman checking in often, and consulting with other doctors to get their thoughts on the matter when things weren't progressing as quickly as he liked. While we weren't able to completely fix this second issue (managed to resolve the pain I was experiencing, which was quite high, but still had severe weakness in my calf), I certainly felt more comfortable knowing I had exhausted the options in the rehab process before looking into a surgical fix. The team at Airrosti always made me feel that me getting better quickly was their top priority, whether it was through them, or providing recommendations for others who could help.
