At the time, she had gotten three quotes and the one she received from Rob was by far the most professional and organized one and when she asked Rob any questions, he was quick to respond and he has happy to explain anything. Her roof turned out so well. Start to finish, it was a wonderful experience for her. Because of this, I decide to contact Rob and his company when I needed work done in my basement due to water damage. Rob was readily available to come over and give me a quote and explain what needed to be done and the best way to go about doing it. Rob sends everything needed such as quotes and invoices through email, and this made it so easy for me to use as verification with my insurance company to receive payment. I was extremely impressed by all of the communications I received from him and it was very easy to make changes and adjustments to everything. Had my skylight in my bedroom replaced last month because of a leak. When I initially contacted Rob, he came by and inspected the window, didn't see where the leak was coming from, chaulked around the window and we hoped for the best (no issues for a few months and he didn't even charge me for his time). With the rainy winter we had, I again noticed some leaking, Rob came out again, placed a tarp on the roof/skylight. We proceeded to purchase a window and wait for better weather to come. Last month he came out with a few of his guys, replaced the window within a few hours. I love the natural light that comes in the room, no leaking noted. I've waited a little while to post this due to I've been looking for any issues with the roof I had replaced. I can honestly say I have none. The whole experience with Robert and his crew was flawless. Lol, I pretty much never use that word. The call to him, estimate and completion was perfect. Right down to the extra time they spent finding old roofing nails in my stone driveway and stone walkway. No easy feat. It was very much appreciated.
