Got an email from airsoft Gi stating my Airsoft rifle I put in a order for needs conformation of my billing address so they can start placing my order . Mind you I put in the order on wednesday and didnt get an email about that till friday after the hours of when they would be available , so I called them the following monday probably about 7-9 times at 10:30 am with no answer , untill the 10th call I got through and the worker said everything looks good we will send you and email once its processed, So I thought okay cool my cousin with possible get his first airsoft gun before christmas. No after that call i went about my day and decided to check my email to see if I got any new updates and get an Email saying its out of stock , so now we are here the next day trying to get in contact with them and no one is picking up. this has probably been the worse experience ive had with any airsoft company, and I heard airsoft gi was a reputable place and website but after this treatment I probably wont return for my airsoft needs read more

So first of all hello to whomever reads this ,let's get through this ,when I want to buy a gun again it would not be through these guys worst return policy ever. I literally test fired the gun didn't want it and they would not return it . I went in there with legitimate questions about airsoft and was inquiring about some decent guns but they just shove there mayo gang garbage down your throat I get that they are circle jerking each other over there and need to make a sale that's why he offered me store credit but not a return they just want to keep that sale locked in . Lost another customer to evike and I'll be referring everybody I know else where . Oh yeah value not really seeing it here you got to be able to actually get a hold of someone on the phone if not drive an hour in traffic just for them to tell you they won't return it when they could have told me this over the phone but 10 calls later and two messages with return number no contact whatsoever is just poor customer service . Let me be clear, everytime I go to AGI, there's 1 guy in the customer area who can hardly be bothered to give you anything other than mediocre customer service and the rest of the team is making youtube videos (probably). AGI is so profitable, can you guys add in another guy/girl in the front...please. Customer service I have tried calling customer service to check on the status on a recent order and nobody ever answers the phone. I think the dude's name is Matt. It rings until the automated system says "sorry noone is available to take your call, goodbye" and I look at the clock and it's 3 I figure I'll call back at 4...*calls at 4* same issue. +order fulfillment When I do finally get an answer, I inquire about an order placed on Tuesday 5/23/23. I have the 3-5 business days shipping and I call on Thursday (4 attempts till I get an answer) just to see if theres a chance I could be opening my package at some point in the 3 day weekend. I shit you not, Matt goes..."well you have 3-5 day shipping so it will be shipped next Wednesday" the laziness radiating off the phone is astounding. Hey AGI, maybe just say screw it and change your shipping window to 5 days so your customers dont get excited with the possibility of receiving an order soon or at the very least can you just lie and say it's currently being worked on? It was the "it will be shipped on Wednesday" that pissed me off because it proves that they are just waiting for the maximum allotted time to ship, F*** the customers right? I recently purchased an item that was damaged upon receiving it. The "customer service" repeatedly spoke down to me saying it was my fault and that I didn't install it properly (I have been doing this for years.) After days of back and forth with the extremely demeaning customer service, I was told (I have screenshots of all emails if anyone cares to see) that they would be providing a replacement. About two hours later I received an email stating that they actually "decided not to" because it was the customer's (me) fault. I am absolutely appalled by their customer service and how they handled this situation over a 40$ item. I would NEVER recommend ordering ANYTHING from this company. Absolute joke. If one person reads this and avoids them, I will be happy to know I saved at least somebody from dealing with these scam artists. read more

I personally have no interest in air-soft guns but decided to join my husband and kids today. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by Justin. The kids were the first to ask him questions and I loved how he answered the kids and didn't go directly to my husband and I. I loved how knowledgeable he was about the airsoft guns and pistols. We were probably there for 1.5 hours and not once did I feel unwelcomed. Some sales associates at other airsoft shops seem to be bothered if we asked a lot of questions. I appreciated Justin bringing out his own gear to show us too. The store has many options. You can come here for body gear, bb's, magazines, etc.... I would recommend bringing in your airsoft gun if you're looking for replacement parts. They allowed us to try our part to make sure it was right. So there always seems to be a lot of grumblings going on - lets start this by saying I can only talk about what my personal experiences have been =) Website - nice, has a lot of items to browse - does need a bit of TLC on descriptions but for the most part tells me what I need to know! Storefront in Walnut CA - bit of a hidden gem - an unassuming door on the side of the road leads in to a nice showroom, test/shooting gallery, and hides a warehouse and their studios/offices. Office hours are a bit tricky 1130-530 M-F and open until 7pm Saturday as of this writing. Sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable - inventory is hit and miss a bit because they have multiple warehouses so sometimes you need to order will call for pick up later if its not on hand. This place is a joke. It's been 2 months since I dropped of my Airsoft Gun for repair and upgrade. When I dropped it off they said 2 weeks tops. I called after a month and they couldn't find it anywhere. After an hour on the phone they figure it out and say sorry we haven't started it yet. Now again I call at the 2 month mark and a now I can't even get through. I called between 12 and 5:30 yesterday about 30 times and again today about 20 times and no one answers the phone. I went in just to "look". Well, not really! I wanted to go for a single shot long rifle at first, but then Isaiah came over. He introduced me to a whole different way on how to look at the game itself. He suggested that I go with something a bit more versatile, like an M4. He took the time to explain key components within the gun. He explained concepts, components, and common misconceptions I had about airsoft guns. If it wasn't for him, I'd probably would have gotten tired of the single shot rifle I intended to buy in the first place. The store was very clean and presentable! I've been to Airsoft GI 3 times total. The first time I went to airsoft GI I went in looking for a very specific mil spec rifle for training purposes and weapons handling. The Airsoft rifle I wanted is a very similar to the one I have at home. The employee who was there at that day seemed uninterested and seemed to not want to be there. I told him the exact rifle I wanted and we even looked at it together and the entire time he looked judgmental and wanted me to buy a specific brand of a crappy looking rifle I had no interest in buying. The one i wanted was full metal and a similar weight to my real rifle at home, but the employee I was with wanted me to buy some cheaper unrelatic SMG AR from a brand I never heard of. I assume he wanted me to buy it because I assume there was possibly commission involved or a sales contest for employees to gain free stuff from companies. In other words he was selling me something I didn't wanted. He didn't care what I wanted. I didn't end up buying anything and bought it online instead of the store when he could have made a $400 dollar sale! The second time I went I met Cisco and he was awesome. He cared and actually gave me the best insight. The third time I went today and I ordered a bunch of stuff for a order pick up, they didn't have the AR mags I wanted and the employee did not double check or ask me my address, instead he just guessed and I never received my mags because they sent the mags to a random address! overall I've had 2/3 bad experience with employees who aren't knowledgeable about the product giving me false information like "yes those mags will fit" when they were just slightly off and didn't fit because they were to big. Airsoft GI employee's do not help you, they are bored and uninterested of they're own job. They are there for a quick sale and assume a lot of incorrect things, they are not thorough. If you don't ask them to double check your orders. They will not bother to help you out! This is my first yelp review ever. Overall bad experience and deserves 1 star. read more

Inaccurate website, description, an untrustworthy company. I just bought a pro line high FPS airsoft gun that advertise shooting .2 BBs at 390 FPS this gun came with an indoor low FPS spring shooting .2 BBs at 315 FPS. Having to spend another $20 on the correct spring at my local airsoft store it's not that big of a deal however now I am worried what else they swapped in my pro line gun. read more

WARNING - AIRSOFT GI ARE UNETHICAL CROOKS! It pains me to check even one star for this company, but I didn't want it to look like I forgot to rate them. A BIG FAT ZERO IS NOT LOW ENOUGH. We bought our son a $700 airsoft gun for Christmas. The gun arrived and did not work - at all. We are very mechanical people, familiar with items of this nature and realized it was defective. Tried reaching out by phone and also email. Thought maybe they were on vacation for the holidays, gave them benefit of the doubt, kept trying as the days then weeks passed. They don't accept messages on voicemail, just an outgoing message that hangs up on you! Finally one day someone finally answered a call only to send us a video to watch and try a test. The email they sent was totally cookie cutter and did not even address that we called about a defective item. Upon doing what the video said, my husband determined that the gun was a dud, did not work, would never work, etc. To this day, months later we've tried everything including finally resorting to disputing the credit card charge just for that portion of our purchase. This was our last resort but should have been our first course of action. We waited too long to dispute it because we were trying so diligently to get these people to stand behind their product and send us a replacement. Never worked with a worse company! They should be ashamed taking money like that and not standing behind their product. In addition to all of that, our son never got the Christmas gift he was looking forward to. Let me start off by saying that the employee I've been talking and asking for help from, Justin, has been really helpful whenever I visit. I don't live close to Airsoft GI so before I visit the store, I always list the items I wanna checkout and he's always patient enough to check if they have the items in stock. The 2/5 rating is NOT because of the customer service. With that said, one of my problems is that there's no way of knowing whether the items they have on their website is in stock at their store. Evike for example has an accurate tab to know if you can find it in their store, and I think it would be pretty neat to have this feature on Airsoft GI's website, especially for people that don't have the luxury to travel to the store every now and then. When I came to the store with 8+ items I planned on taking a look at, I was told that they only sold 1 item in their store and the rest were in a warehouse that was purchase-able online, which would beat the purpose of me traveling to there. Also, it's awkwardly quiet in the store. I think adding a sound system around with music playing would really help make the environment a bit more uplifting. Airsoft GI does not fail to give back to customers. Just my visit a while ago, I received a free entry to Tac City Fullerton for making a purchase in their store. They also had an advertisement that if you checked-in, you'll receive one of their free patches, only for me to find out that it was a promo they haven't taken down and that they no longer did that.
