He double-checked details, coordinated with the other FFL, and even stayed late to finish up so I wouldn't have to come back multiple times. Also while not directly involved in my purchases with processing paperwork's but often giving approval or influencing the deals that make purchases easy, Aubri has also been impactful and always takes the time to say hello!
