I'm so happy my son recommended Airstream to clean my ducts (and excellent duct cleaning service BTW -- very happy!), because while the tech, Dillon, was taking notes on the history of our Goodman systems and looking the systems over to provide the estimate, it became clear our upper-level system potentially had a huge installation flaw. I have had the house for 18 months and have had 3 other HVAC companies service our system -- one was a rockstar who retired, the other two not so good. Number three, during a routine checkup, noted the upper-level system was under-performing and might need a new TXV valve -- call us if you have a problem. When I mentioned this prior evaluaction, Dillon said, "Sir, your Goodman system doesn't even have a TXV, it has a piston for metering refrigerant." He knew right away. And he knew that sometimes the wrong size piston is installed, which could produce the performance deficiency we're seeing. I knew right away that the right guy for the job had just walked in the door. So I approved both estimates and had my ducts cleaned and had the upper-level piston checked. And sure enough it was the wrong size AND it was installed backwards!! Now my upper-level is cool and comfortable, and I can wait until Fall to re-insulate the attic. Thank you Dillon!! Last night my living room lost power and my breaker kept tripping. I looked over everything and tried removing anything that could have been overloading the system. I did a Google search for electricians in my area, as I've only lived here since May, and found Airstream with a 4.9 Google rating with about 1K reviews so I decided to give them a shot. I put the request for service in late last night and got a call first thing this morning. Their technician, Leo, was dispatched to my home and I was very happy with the service he provided. Very polite and all around great guy. He thoroughly trouble shot my issue and fixed it in about 1 to 1.5 hours. With any service like this it can get pricy, but for this I'm content with what I paid. He also waived the service call fee for joining there VIP service program, which was nice. He also educated me on other things they offer, which aligns with some of my future plans for our property. Let me first start by saying that our technician's name was Jerry very knowledgeable polite and sympathetic to our issue with her air conditioner I had self diagnostic my air conditioner unit a little over a month only to finally get fed up with it and I started searching the internet for an air conditioner company airstream services came up for the five star rating and I said I'll give it a chance I called them on a Friday afternoon at 2:00 only to find out they had an appointment available for 5:00 p.m. I immediately took it Jerry arrived at my house at 6:00 p.m. Jerry was able to quickly find out the issue with my air conditioner unit and took care of it. Jerry also was able to give me knowledge of my air conditioner unit so if this ever happened in the future I would know what to do and who to call not many companies will do that these days it's all about the dollar signs I feel that airstream took care of me Jerry was awesome therefore I'm writing this review for them because people like myself will read this and say I'm going to give this company a chance thank you airstream and Jerry for taking care of my problem read more

When I first reached out to Airstream, I got a response right away. Julia was very nice, professional and scheduled a time for a technician to come check out our problem that afternoon. The technician, Steven, arrived at his scheduled time. He did a complete inspection of our electrical concerns and took the time to explain the problems in detail then to answer all of our questions. He was patient and courteous throughout our interaction. The customer service we received from our initial contact, to the inspection, submission of an estimate, then the response after we decided to go with another company was exceptional. We were treated with complete respect and appreciation. Please note.. we did not use Airstream Services but the only reason was that the company we did go with was able to start the work immediately and Airstream wasn't going to be able to for 1-2 days. I really like this company for their transparency, job excellence, and communication. I always know exactly what they are doing and why. Their technicians are very capable and knowledgeable. This is the second time I have used the services of Airstream. They did such a good job last time I am utilizing more of their services this time around. And I'm glad I did! In this case I needed some HVAC servicing on a house I just bought. The HVAC unit is over 10 years old and shows no signs of being serviced. I hired Airstream to check it out and make sure everything was up to codes and current safety measures. And guess what? All ready it is paying off because they found tomfoolery in the wiring of the unit and loose wires. I have kids so loose wires are a no-go. In sum, Airstream is a company I can trust to do it right the first time. They don't just fix the problem they get to the heart of the issue with safety in mind. Great Service!! I called Airstream on a Sunday afternoon and they answered right away....yes, I was able to talk to someone on a Sunday afternoon and i didn't have to leave a message and ump through a ton on hoops. Gus scheduled us for a service call the next day and gave us a tight 1 hour window for the tech to arrive. The tech called (as promised) an hour before arriving early. Adam arrived and walked my wife and I through everything he was going to do to diagnose our issue. Then when he had figured out the issue, he gave us options....actual options!! Part of my problem was the lack of maintenance done on our unit (totally my fault). Adam signed us up for their VIP program and that should not be a problem any more. Overall, I couldn't' be happier with our experience and I look forward to continuing to have Airstream service both our units twice per year. read more

Found Airstream via Yelp. Or I should say they found me. Originally submitted a request for estimate to another company. When I went to submit it asked if I wanted the message to be sent to other organizations. I responded yes and Airstream was one of several who replied back. They were very professional and I was able to schedule the work in a timely manner. So hard to find folks to do small jobs right now. When the initial guy left I had a small item that didn't meet my satisfaction. They sent Tyler back the following day and everything is great now! I always say it's not the problem, it's how you recover that matters. They responded quickly and I'm 100% satisfied. Had 2 services today 1st Jose came out to give me an estimate on a multi unit split system for the house and explained it better then google ever could. Then gave me an estimate on a new heat pump ac system very helpful filled in a lot of questions I had about both, 5 stars. Matthew came out to service my existing ac unit explained a lot and did checks and service that no other company has ever done. Was very impressed with his commitment and willingness to explain what he was doing 5 stars. The only issue is the cost of the service that was not covered by the seasonal check up, understand they have costs as in insurance, pay for technician and for office staff vehicle cost and all but still hurts when you expect a lower cost but it's higher then you anticipate. But that is everything nowadays. 5 stars service and employees, 4 stars for higher repair cost. read more

I can't say enough GREATNESS about this company!! They have always been very friendly & it's obvious that customer satisfaction is their #1 goal!!! They are honest and upfront about the cost. I feel like they have never tried to get me to "fix" something that wasn't broken or in need of repair! Prior to any necessary repair (if needed), they would go over in detail what they felt would improve the operation of my HVAC unit, giving me the option to move forward with the repair or to let them know (if I was undecided at that time) when I would like to have them come back. We have a newer heat pump but wanted to make sure everything is properly functioning after three years. The pricing special made this service request a good value, otherwise we could not have considered regular pricing for a tune-up on our newer system. Austin was very thorough, conscientious, and professional. People like him are a great complement to the business. The inspection and tune-up provided extra piece of mind knowing that the equipment was operating correctly and within specifications. He pointed out a couple of things that might need correcting. We appreciated him pointing this out. We would have accepted the repair estimate if Airstream would be willing to consider the overall cost and could schedule the repair when Austin was available to perform the work. Airstream knock it out of the park! They installed an EV charger for me and it looks fantastic! I deal with vendors on a weekly bases for both my home and businesses. Customer service, professionalism or just a call back no longer exist. From the time they came out to do an estimate, all the technical phone calls in between and then the final install, Airstream was definitely top-notch. The gentleman that showed up got to work immediately. You can tell the pride in their work and also we're well experienced. They even put up with me because I am that "techie guy". Cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the service today (ceiling fan installation). I got an automated reminder of the appointment the day before, then 15 minutes before the appointment, I got a text notifying me that the technician (Lee, with picture verification) was on the way and was able to track his route and arrival. I SO APPRECIATE that he was on time (actually a couple minutes early!). Once he was inside, he was courteous, very respectful of my home and completed the job for less than the initial estimate. The installation was quick, clean and thorough. He even offered to mount the remote on the wall and brought his own broom to clean up after himself! Their team was in and out flawlessly. Completely swapped my entire panel and put in a new level two charger in one day. Their coordination was top-notch and even gave a little blurb on the service technician so that I would know a little bit about the person as well as know what he looked like prior to his arrival. The entire process was explained and what it would look like from start to finish. They left no room for interpretation and completely communicated everything that I could've possibly asked for. I called this company called Busy Bee and the lady that answered the phone named Toni wasn't friendly at all, so she took my name and number and said she'll have someone call me in 15min. I waited no response. So i googled 5 star air repair and Airstream popped up so I called them. There was a very nice friendly voice on the opposite line. Ms. Sidnei, She took my information and we talked and even laughed on the phone during our conversation. I was able to track my technician as he arrived. My A/C went out in the middle of extreme summer temps on a Saturday. With 2 little ones I was eager to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called Airstream Heating & Cooling and they sent Adam out that SAME DAY to take a look at our unit. Not only was he able to diagnose what was wrong, but he also came with a well stocked van that he was able to fully repair our unit and have it run more efficiently than it was before (saving on our electric bill!!!). I was so thankful for that emergency after hours visit and extremely pleased with his customer service. We haven't had any issues since, but I know that if I do given the age of our unit I know exactly who I will be calling again for future repairs. He did an outstanding job in caring for my two systems, even identified a capacitor in the larger package unit that had degraded to the point of developing tolerance creep and had fallen out of spec. Last thing you want to deal with during this time of year in TN is not having adequate heating for your family, so I'm very grateful. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss a variety of options with me around some other services I'm considering. My family and I are so thankful for Gus and his professional office and field staff. Our HVAC system went out on a weekend and Gus and his office staff worked with me and my family with putting a plan in place to have our new system installed as soon as possible. And during the installation the staff were very detailed explaining to me what happened to my system and what they were doing. And when one of the units were damaged during shipment, they notified me and explained what they were doing and why they weren't going to use that unit.
