The leak was the Schrader valve. As common as that is, I would've thought he would've checked that first. But that's OK. My real complaint is that they didn't fix it until late Monday afternoon. All day Friday I called several times to get a quote on the repair. I could not get one. She was still waiting for an email back from the supplier on a part. Really?? You can't call them again. Apparently they sent me a bill for the first day that he was there and wanted that paid before they would come out and do the repair.. OK I get that. But at least send it to me. I don't know where they sent it, but I never got anything from them. She had an incorrect email down for me. I know when you send out an email and it doesn't go through it notifies you so she could've called. But didn't. I paid the bill immediately and it still took them till Monday late afternoon to get there to fix it. Thank goodness it was not in the middle of summer. I would never use them again.

For the air handler the damaged my door frame, left out drain plugs wired the thermostats incorrectly. I had to call them out 3 times to fix their errors and they still didn't fix all the wiring I ended up doing it myself.
