Had an ac issue on July 4th. Waited until the 6th and called them at 7am. Answering service took my call and passed it on to the receptionist who called me back around 8am. She gave me a time and the tech showed up as scheduled. He quickly found the problem, got it solved and gave me some tips on how to avoid future issues so my wife and I didn't cook over a long weekend again. Great service and friendly! I had these guys come out to repair one of my heat pumps and replace an air handler. They charged me more than double what it should have cost to replace a York compressor that was under warranty $2,400 and they did a bad job because it failed again 2years later. For the air handler the damaged my door frame, left out drain plugs wired the thermostats incorrectly. I had to call them out 3 times to fix their errors and they still didn't fix all the wiring I ended up doing it myself. read more

I have a very old system and they have had to come help with several different things. Once to get the heater fixed. JR personally drove to San Antonio to pick up a part right before an extreme cold front. He had it handled before we froze!! And so fast on getting our Ac fixed and serviced. We had a Ac emergency over the weekend. I got ahold of Jr and Chris right away. They are always so nice and schedule us first thing in morning. Chris showed up at 9am the next morning. He looked over the AC unit and diagnosed the problem right away. By the time I came home for lunch the AC was fixed and our house was nice and cool again. Thanks to the fast response time. We live in an apartment that has older units. So when the summer of 2021 came around and nothing but warm air began to blow, we figured it was because the unit needed to be replaced. Apt sent an ac person (not sure what company they used) but they seemed to just patch the issue because a few days later it was not working again. Another guy was sent out but could only get the unit to work best at night when the sun was down. We dealt with it and just bought fans. The following year once again had someone come out. They replaced some things and this time we had some daytime cool air. But the unit ran all day just to keep the living room cool and the bedroom was always hot. So we broke down and got a portable ac unit to help. So now this year once again this issue comes up, so we call and let the Apt know the same situation has come up and can we please get this fixed?? Well Kerr county ac called to confirm an appointment, the young lady was so pleasant and accommodating. Then day of appointment, right on time Kyle called and left a message about his arrival. Once he got there he went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and why. He then did what 3 techs in two years could not do!! He fixed our unit!!!
