I asked for some duct repair and they bid $5100 to replace all of the duct work in my house, and then failed to replace all of the ducts. I didn't figure out that they had left one of my fresh air return ducts completely unconnected until I was able to go to the far side of my attic. I mistakenly paid for the incomplete job and they have been non-responsive when asked to come back out to finish the job.
