I went in this weekend after breaking my iPhone screen. A female helped me. She was very quick and friendly. Explained what could go wrong, although nothing did. My phone looks like new. My bottom speaker on my iPhone 11 was not working properly. I took it to the Apple store and they said it would cost $59+tax and there could also be more damage which would cost $300+. I wanted to get a second opinion so I took my phone to shadi and he told me it could just be a cleaning problem. He told me he would clean it for free and it turned out it was a cleaning problem. My bottom speakers work just like new. From now on I will be taking my phone here instead of the Apple store. read more

Great, easy, simple service. Benji helped me out with the screen and case. I went to apple initially to see if i can get it fixed the "official way" for 129 +tax They ended up not changing the screen because they said my phone was bent?? They explained it to me and all i could think of was how horrible a design flaw this was for 6s and possibly 6. Without warranty, apple offered to charge me for a brand spankin new one for 299 +tax. I went into airtech to explain my situation. And they offered to do it with 109 +tax =117 They bent it back just so that the screen was able to stay on. This is day 1 lets see how it goes in weeks hope my phone isn't dropped till then read more
