I've been going here for years and must say that they have great prices, great customer service, and most repairs are done same day within an hour. My sons phone had water damage and Apple told us that it was not able to be fixed and that we had to buy a new phone, we took it here for a second opinion and they fixed it for $35 over 6 months ago and we've had no problems since. This is a great specialty store. They unlock phones, fix cracked screens, customize iPhone glass, sell and activate prepaid sim cards! They also sell used and refurbished phones for the major carriers.These are all services that you can't get at a big retail store like Best Buy or Radioshack! Something happened to my iPhone and the LCD was messed up. I went to my phone carrier and they said it would cost $175 to replace the phone. I went to the Apple Store and they gave me a quote but told me it would be a 2hr wait to have someone look at the phone. I was in a hurry and found Airtech at the mall. Miguel was very helpful and understood my needs. He gave me a good deal and the fix took less than an hour. When I returned to pick up my iPhone Miguel made sure to check all specs to make sure all functions were working. While I was in store I found out that I couldn't swipe up and down, only left and right, and the keyboard wasn't working. Miguel kindly took this to the back room to get it fixed. It took a while but I waited patiently. When the phone was finally fixed I was offered a free temper glass (worth $25) for having to wait longer. It was all good just a month ago. Since initially getting my phone fixed on 6/15/2016 I've been back to Airtech for the same problem 5 times. 4 of them being within the 30 day warranty. It's very frustrating to keep having the same issue occur, I kept thinking I was doing something wrong. Shadi was nice every time I returned and didn't charge me for adjusting the wires behind the screen. The same issue has happened again for the 6th time. I haven't dropped my phone...I've taken every precaution to make sure I do not. I went to another phone repair shop and was told that the previous fixes weren't done correctly and glue was used.
