Came in today expecting to pay hundreds of dollars to fix my broken I Phone X Screen. I was having problems with my LG cell phone. The problem was I couldnt hear the caller unless I had them on speaker phone. Cricket wireless told me I needed a new phone. I love this place! Excellent customer service with the most reasonable prices in town! As soon as you walk in, you are acknowledged. We are regulars since my kids tend to crack their screens often. This time around, my son's screen was damaged so badly that it wouldn't even charge, but all we needed was the screen repaired. They are knowledgeable and very honest. I highly recommend this place. I will be back with my husband's phone. He went to a place in the Valencia mall and got ripped off with a fake screen that doesn't even respond properly when he taps on it. Shadi was very helpful. Replaced the screen on my iphone 7plus in about 45 minutes. Advised me to buy cheaper aftermarket screen rather than more expensive OEM screen since I am planning on returning the phone anyway (I was having touch screen problems before I cracked the screen). After inspecting my phone, he let me know that the existing screen was aftermarket anyway so no need to spend more on OEM screen. Saved me some money. Appreciate it! read more
