I wrote the review on Google review in store for 5 dollars off the service. The charging port had issues it didn't have before and the phone wouldn't charge until I brought it back 10 minutes later as I was going home. Then 2 hours my phone had the same over heating issue it did before and the glue they used to close the back of the phone case comes off every day. So nothing was fixed, they never called me about ordering a front and back camera to replace on my phone. I don't recommend this place for phone repairs and service, either they switched the battery with an off market brand or kept the original one in there and never did a repair. 25 minutes to fix the phone seemed legit and exceptional but now I think they just didn't care and gave me my phone back with the same issues I was having. The battery drains completely to 0% within an hour and a half. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do because I don't want to go back to this place and my phone has to he under a fan when it charges or I power down, especially when I have to be somewhere without a charger. All they did was make more problems and take my money with no customer satisfaction. I wouldn't give them 1 star but I have to in order to post this They responded to this on Google saying they tried to call me and that the camera parts were ordered and ready to install but i never got a voice mail or missed call from them about it, why would I go back and bring my phone in if they did not fix the first issue i has with the battery? Before I agreed to the $450 repair, the technician explicitly stated they needed to open the device first to verify the main boards were functional. They specifically told me they didn't want to charge me for a screen if the phone wouldn't work. Only after they confirmed "everything works fine" did I pay and proceed with the repair. ​To now claim the SIM issue is an "unrelated board problem" is a direct contradiction of their own initial diagnostic. The phone worked for a very short period before the SIM card failed--a common result of a loose connection or a damaged ribbon cable during a screen swap on an S24 Ultra. ​By their own admission, the board was healthy when they took my money. If it is non-functional now, it is a result of their workmanship. I also stand by my original statement regarding the $200 offer and the attempt to bribe me for a positive review, both of which remain unaddressed. I am seeking a full resolution for the damage caused to my device. UPDATE [Date]: THE PLOT THICKENS ​After further investigation, I discovered the "no service" issue was actually due to a T-Mobile billing/blacklist status--not a hardware failure. While the owner was correct that the phone was blocked, their "professional diagnostic" was a blatant attempt to scam me. They told me to my face that the motherboard was fried and that the phone was "no longer fixable," yet they offered to buy it for $250 for parts. ​Think about that: they were prepared to take a $1,300 Galaxy S24 Ultra with a brand-new screen and perfectly healthy internal hardware by lying about the "main board" being broken. They were clearly hoping I'd hand over the device so they could flip it or use the pristine parts, knowing full well the board was fine. ​Between the bribe for a good review and this "fake" hardware diagnostic, this business has proven they prioritize predatory profit over honesty. Do not let them "diagnose" your devices--they will tell you it's junk just to buy it from you for cheap. read more

What a gem! My daughter had a message on her iPhone saying her battery was damaged and needed replacing. FastFix had great reviews, and now I know why! The gentleman working the showroom counter (lots of nice phones/game gear/electronics for sale for good prices) was very cordial and honest. There was a crack in my daughter's screen, and he warned us that they have to remove the front to change the battery and it may increase the size of the crack. I looked online and everything he explained to me was legit. The battery replacement was $101, but could have been more if the screen needed replacing. Cut to 30 mins later, the phone was fixed and the screen was in tact! No further damage! Magic hands, these guys are great! I paid the $101 and went on my way! Phone died. Don't know what happened. Phone was in case since I bought it. Never dropped, no water damage and always in Otter Box case with screen protector. I agreed to pay for replace battery replacement. After diagnosis, they said it was not the battery or screen but something internal, possibly software or hardware related. Data recovery was not guaranteed but also very expensive. They were honest with me and did not charge me for their diagnosis. I would recommend this place and use it for my future cell phone needs. read more

When I came to pick up the phone the next day, he wasn't able to fix it and when I asked for a receipt. He rudely responded," I gave you one yesterday." I didn't know as customers you're only allowed to receive a receipt once. That's the first time I ever heard that.
