That turned out to be the right decision. When I arrived, I handed them the phone and explained the entire situation. They inspected the device and said they would try to repair it. Several other repair shops had already told me that the motherboard was damaged and that the only solution would be to replace the entire board, which would have meant losing all the data. Instead, these technicians were able to reconnect the damaged components and repair the board itself. They fixed parts that other technicians had said were impossible to repair. This was extremely important because losing the data would have been a huge problem. I was simply looking for someone who actually had the skills to do the job properly. They took on the repair and completed it the same day. The repair wasn't cheap, of course, but I received the phone back that very day. Since Tarzana is quite far from Santa Monica, I asked them to send the phone to me with Uber, and they arranged it without any problem. I'm truly grateful and confident that they are real professionals who can handle complex repairs that many other shops in Los Angeles refuse to even attempt. Technicians like this are rare, even in a city as large as Los Angeles.

My Samsung Galaxy 21+G($1399 retail price) was stolen and sold to the Cell Phone Repair Studio for $40. i found this out while following the bread crumbs left by the thief which led me to a roommate of the thief that explained everything to me about the phone and that I should speak to the owner Tameem. I was told that all the cell phones stolen from the area are sold to him. And that he buy locked iphones, as well. I went to this store and asked to speak to Tameem. I asked for my phone back and he told me that the phones he buys are sold within a week and that I was out of luck. Its too bad dirt bags like this exist. My phone was pin locked and reported stolen. And this guy somehow was able tounlock it and sell it.Iwho knows how many stolen phones this guy buys off t local thieves . My phone was only charging if I held it at just the right angle so I decided to call, before recommending I come into the store on the phone they tried to troubleshoot for me to avoid having to come over. We couldn't figure it out over the phone so I went in and explained my problem. The person over the counter took my phone for 5 minutes and showed me a massive piece of lint in my charger he took out, handed me my phone and sent me on my way for free.
