The pros: *GREAT for kids 5+ *Lots of things to do (but rarely is every attraction open and that's ok, I get that it's probably based on capacity) The cons: *Not ideal for kids under 5 as they will probably get bulldozed by older kids *Staff does not enforce guidelines and even jumped on the same hexagon as my 2 year old once (ummm ????) * "Toddler time" is for discounted pricing only... they allow all ages at all times Might consider rejoining once all my kids are older! read more

My family and I went here when I saw an ad from FB about the Verse Immersive Owasso and without too much reading into it I booked us for that experience. Little did I know that it's only for people 7 and above so my 4 year old really can't wear the headset. They also can't do refunds so what they did was they gave both my kids these armbands so they could jump around for a bit and non-slip socks. I was totally at fault for not reading the entire information but my son had a blast with the Verse and both my kids enjoyed the trampoline area and the soft playground. We ordered pizza for lunch. Since most employees are teenagers, there should be a manager onsite at all times. If your equipment doesn't work, tell us. Don't keep telling us you're preparing the headsets. The manager totally abdicated his responsibility & left these teenagers to face a group of 8 angry senior customers who drove from OKC for this experience. read more

Overall our 2 kids had a fun time tonight so Airtopia earned 4 stars. Took off one star as one of the main attractions was closed as our kids just were getting on due to "being short handed." Secondly, the management tonight definitely lacked in the customer service department...hopefully just because they are new and trying to figure it out? Tonight it looked like they only had one person of age who could serve alcohol & he appeared to be severely annoyed when his employee called him out from the back to help. It's never good to let your customers see that. Luckily, most of the other staff were friendly. $140+ (including a $60 arcade card plus the required trampoline socks) & food. They also have pizza, nachos, beer (if they want to or are able to serve it), icees, etc. Be prepared to dish out some cash but your kiddos are guaranteed to have fun! They also offer a club pass with some different perks. Hoping they work out the kinks so the Owasso community will help them thrive. read more

Front desk staff was extremely rude. One girl was very nice. Other staff at the drink area, also rude. They clearly do not enjoy their jobs. The jump area and arcade is worth the entry price. The VR, over priced, very small room, really hot (no air movement) too many people allowed in the small VR area. Save your money, many other family options in Tulsa. read more

Rates were crazy expensive, you pay per hour, they put a arcade right in the middle of the park and made it a primary focus especially for younger more distracted children. The staff were extremely rude and gave off the "I don't want to be here" attitude, not informative either about the membership pricing. The activities are limited to just three or four play areas. We tried this one out to not have to drive all the way into Tulsa and did not enjoy it, we will not be going here again. read more

they are very unprofessional and they like to discriminate. i've been messed with while being here and they didn't get anyone in trouble, but when i stand up for myself they'll kick me out or ban me! i used to work here, until i quit (for good reasons). it's weird how they're so expensive but they pay their workers minimum wage and treat them like garbage. i could go to skyzone and have way more fun for way cheaper, and at least they actually treat their customers good. plus their manager got fired before because she was drunk on the job and apparently did or wanted to do inappropriate things to an underage employee.. and they've even kicked me out just because they "don't like me".. they're just very rude. it's not a good place. i do NOT recommend this place. go to skyzone instead. you'll save your money and you'll get treated better. read more

Went here with family and it was horrible. The park is right next to a middle school and kids come over when school is out. A family friend's kid got hit extremely hard in the dodgeball area by a teen without a care in the world. Worst part was employees and management did nothing too. Very pissed at management here. It's a good place to play for toddlers. They wouldn't even let my 5 year old do a cartwheel when there was no one else around. What do we even sign waivers for if a 5 year old can't do a cartwheel on a trampoline with 15 feet of space in between her and the nearest kid? Not much fun. Also seems like more games are out of order every time we visit. Just not worth the price. Especially when we have so much fun at SkyZone. Much more room to jump there when it gets busy too. read more

brought my two year old to jump around, been here a couple of times! been to lots of Airtopias and Skyzones. One of the workers got super rude about my kid getting to close to the middle schoolers stuff, he wasn't even close to it; just running around the tables. Clearly i wouldn't let him touch another persons things. His dad and I were right next to him. They must have been having a bad day or something, but the bullying has got to stop, clearly no one has learned even after a students life was taken. RIP. do better. read more

We already loved this place but after our experience with the general manager we are sold! She was so kind and encouraging to my toddler. My toddler wanted to do the rock wall and the GM heard me tell her I think she's too young and she walked over and said if the harness fits safely she could do it. She took it an extra step my walking my daughter through the climb and encouraging her when she fell down. You can tell she has a passion for little ones and it warms my heart seeing someone not just collecting a pay check and actually caring about the children in her facility! The young man pictured is also incredibly helpful and there's another young man that looks similar to him and is also AMAZING with the toddlers I just don't have a picture of him because he was helpful the last time we were here making sure no one hit my daughter in the dodge ball area. Highly recommend airtopia and all of the staff! After tying all of this the other manager (a man) walked up and gave. My daughter a stuffed animal he won testing the claw machine. I love having Airtopia in Owasso. It's been amazing to have close to home. Very fun place for the kids and they're seeing other kids plus getting exercise.. I would love to have more security on who's coming in and going out. I have a 4 year old that I lose sight of sometimes. Worry that someone might take him. Also, I do not like that they are serving beer/alcohol. Men carrying their beer bottles around and someone left a beer bottle on top of the shoe container. This is not appropriate for this atmosphere. read more
