The prices are to high and rules are too strict, I would not recommend to come here all the time but to come here every so often and not expect too much of it

Overall our 2 kids had a fun time tonight so Airtopia earned 4 stars. Took off one star as one of the main attractions was closed as our kids just were getting on due to "being short handed." Secondly, the management tonight definitely lacked in the customer service department...hopefully just because they are new and trying to figure it out? Tonight it looked like they only had one person of age who could serve alcohol & he appeared to be severely annoyed when his employee called him out from the back to help. It's never good to let your customers see that. Luckily, most of the other staff were friendly. $140+ (including a $60 arcade card plus the required trampoline socks) & food. They also have pizza, nachos, beer (if they want to or are able to serve it), icees, etc. Be prepared to dish out some cash but your kiddos are guaranteed to have fun! They also offer a club pass with some different perks. Hoping they work out the kinks so the Owasso community will help them thrive.

    Waiting, waiting, waiting.

Probably one of the most unorganized establishments I've ever had the displeasure of going to. Not only do zero of the workers know what's going on, but there was zero urgency to help us with what we needed. We ended up waiting cumulatively 20 minutes to spend tickets & had to ask four times for some to help us. Four.

Came for a kid birthday party and loved it. So much for the kids to do. Games on the upstairs tvs. Beer on tap. Got a delicious tropical mimosa.

I love this place cause it's a great place to go run off some energy. There is something to do for parents, children or even young adults looking for something indoors & fun. They are a lot of new ninja warrior types of activities, of course the trampoline area and the new zip line stuff. If you have little ones I would encourage checking out the toddler time for children under 6yrs of age. If you have older teens they do have special events for them also. If you are not one for jumping, they have a new area of massage chairs for those needing to relax while others run around jumping. Make sure to check those out! Great place for everyone and the deals for parties is really a great deal with all that it includes. It's a must stop! **The Coca Cola Icee is great for a cool down**

Review I'm leaving…read morethis review as a mother because what happened during our visit yesterday really upset me--not only as a parent, but because of the way my son was treated by someone who is supposed to be there to help and look out for children. We were there from about 5:30-7:30 PM. Overall, the place was nice, and my kids were having a great time. They enjoyed the zip line and the handlebar swing. Unfortunately, those attractions were closed for most of the time we were there. After we ate and had cake, we noticed that the zip line and handlebar swing had opened, so naturally my kids wanted to participate. This is where our experience completely changed. I personally heard the young female employee tell my oldest son that he was too short to do the handlebar swing. My son is almost as tall as me, so I was confused and immediately questioned why he wasn't allowed to participate. What made the situation even more upsetting was that I then saw her allowing a girl who was noticeably smaller and shorter than my son to jump from the handlebar swing. As a mother, I couldn't understand how my son could be considered "too short" while a child who was clearly smaller than him was allowed to do it. My son was understandably hurt and embarrassed. Imagine being a child and being told you're too small to do something, only to watch another child who is even smaller than you being allowed to do the exact same thing. That is incredibly upsetting for a child. When I questioned what was going on, the employee laughed and said, "He's a liar, haha, he's a liar," while denying that she had told him he was too short. I was standing right there and had heard her say it myself. I eventually told my son to go ahead and swing, and she allowed him to do so. That made the whole situation even more confusing. If he truly wasn't tall enough or didn't meet the safety requirements, then he should not have been allowed to participate. If he was tall enough, then he should never have been singled out and told he was too short in the first place. As a mother, I am extremely protective of my children. I understand that employees have rules to follow, especially when it comes to children's safety. I have absolutely no problem with an employee telling my child "no" if there is a legitimate safety reason. What I do have a problem with is inconsistent treatment, embarrassing a child, and then laughing and calling him a liar when his parent heard exactly what was said. We were told that the employee would be spoken to, but no one would give us her name. She was a young blonde woman who was working around the zip line area at approximately 6:20-6:30 PM. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously. Children should be able to enjoy themselves without being made to feel embarrassed, singled out, or called a liar by an employee. I hope this is addressed so another child and parent don't have to experience the same thing.

The salad bar is good! Just a little pricey if you only make one trip to it. I do wish the trampoline area wasn't $12. It's so small. We could go to a full on trampoline park for just a few bucks more than that and have wayyyy more to jump on. However, my son loves it. The games are great because they are geared toward littles. Often some are broken, it's just part of it at this point. I do wish the games gave more tickets per game because children often don't understand how to win. So you can blow through 50 tokens and easily only have 30-50 tickets from them unless you're helping your child if they're young. I like that the place isn't huge so there's less chance of feeling you will lose your child. The place could be more clean. Even during opening time often the floors look like they're not vacuumed and bathroom not very clean. The workers have all been kind. Despite them having to listen to the annoying chuck e songs all day. The music isn't TOO loud. Thank God.
