We've now been three times during opening to early afternoon hours during the weekday. It's never too busy at this time. Food is decent considering it's geared toward kids. The salad bar is good! Just a little pricey if you only make one trip to it. I do wish the trampoline area wasn't $12. It's so small. We could go to a full on trampoline park for just a few bucks more than that and have wayyyy more to jump on. However, my son loves it. The games are great because they are geared toward littles. Often some are broken, it's just part of it at this point. I do wish the games gave more tickets per game because children often don't understand how to win. So you can blow through 50 tokens and easily only have 30-50 tickets from them unless you're helping your child if they're young. I like that the place isn't huge so there's less chance of feeling you will lose your child. The place could be more clean. Even during opening time often the floors look like they're not vacuumed and bathroom not very clean. The workers have all been kind. Save your money and peace and don't book your birthday parties here. This place has gone down hill, there is no management in place! We had our daughter's 3rd birthday here and we had the worst experience and our guests were also disappointed. We had to keep asking when our pizza would arrive and that was after 50 mins of waiting on the pizza. Mind you it was not busy when we were there. At one point my husband asked about the pizza and he was mocked and laughed at for asking. We arrived at 3 pm was told our pizza was being made at 3:10 and would be ready by 3:30 3:45 we didn't get our pizza till 4pm. Our guest were hungry and waited in hour. Our host didn't even tell us we could drinks until we asked 30 mins of sitting around. We really didn't have much of a host during our whole party we had to find him and ask questions and it was a terrible experience. Two other parties that day didn't get the attention they deserve as well. It was a huge mess. This place needs new management all together. There is so much more I can warn you about but all I can say is don't waste your money here for a birthday party. It isn't the fun place we all grew up with. Incredible pizza is a better experience than this. Momma's save your money and peace host it somewhere else. A decent place to play for a couple hours but not for a party. Also bathrooms and building could use more cleaning. The way they "made" it up to us was giving our child more tickets or writing up the all employees. Somewhat cleaner than recent years, updated games, etc. No more clanky, robotic band to entertain the kids, replaced with a video screen full of boy band songs and cartoons you can probably see on any kid's channel. Can't comment on the food, because honestly, who goes here to eat? Staff were fairly polite, if largely disinterested. The soda fountain is a hot mess of sticky bacteria, or so The Wife commented. Yo Chuck! I appreciate the heck outta ya. Free admission + extra security precautions at the door? Sure, I didn't love at the moment having to throw out my fresh cup of coffee upon entrance but it's a rule I'm glad they enforce in a kid place. Hand stamps for me and my family only a black light could make visible to ensure nobody else tried to steal my really cute child (or husband) really made me feel at ease as we ran around. Free admission. That's right. You don't even have to buy their pizza. We can go in and spend one buck on tokens to play some games and that's it! The games are clean and of plenty for all ages. could give this place a negative I would. I ordered the big chicken nuggets meal for my kids to split and this is what they got. McDonald's does a better job. Then the guy at the counter screws up my order twice and when I took him I should get my cheese bread for free he told me with an attitude that it doesn't work that way in front of his manager and she was perfectly fine with it. I am giving Chuck E Cheese five stars because of the customer service. I haven't been at Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid but now that I am an aunt, it is all my nephews and niece talk about. . I wanted my kiddos to have a fantastic time and literally have them exhausted to where they are completely knocked out. And I succeeded thanks to this establishment. I can honestly say that it the customer service had evolved for the better. The person that spear headed excellence in CS was Mr. Ladon. He showed which coupons and deals would serve my kiddos in terms of food, drink and tokens. The kids had a blast. They loved the pizza and also loved the fact that they had a soda cheat day. Mr. Ladon was very generous and gave the kids 1000 extra points (because they were picking prizes that were not in their point range) and that made my day. They we're static with the prizes and wanted to know when they were coming back. Guy, Chuck E Cheese is fun. I had a great time because my kiddos had a blast and the customer service was excellent. Gone is the fecal matter contaminated ball pit and play ground. Gone too is the animatronic band of yesteryear. In their stead lies activities you have to pay for and animated music segments on big screen TVs. Like everything else nowadays I blame the millenials, and their requirements for hygenic eating establishments and their need for entertainment to be as close as possible to the uncanny valley. The pizza itself is the best mediocre pizza I've had the pleasure of eating at a place I found myself because of my kid. Cynical musings aside, the crust was actually decent. Thin and crispy. They cover the crusts in a garlic butter sauce. There are a bunch of combos to order on the menu (pizza drinks and game points). Seems rather on the high side of things, but I try to not do cost assessment when it comes to entertaining an 3 year old on a cold and rainy day. They do have a salad bar, which I considered getting, but I think it costs $6.50, which I feel is a bit too pricey. Very few games take tokens now. Instead money is placed on a card. You still receive tickets, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense, especially when other places like Main Event and Dave & Busters put everything on the same card. Perhaps it helps stimulate the little reward centers in their patrons. They've got various games for all ages. My kid loved the fun house. Prizes are still a bit of junk, but now they let you make up the difference by spending additional money. Just pay a penny for every extra ticket needed. Thankfully the staff working the prize booth weren't too concerned about sticking to exact ticket costs. It's either very good customer service or she just didn't want to have to get me 4 cents in change. I'm optimistic that it's the former. Place was surprisingly not very busy on a Sunday at lunch time. However, they had part of the restaurant blocked off for incoming parties. Which is understandable, but then the kids don't get to watch any of the Chuck E Cheese musical numbers. read more

There was vomit at the entrance. It was partially covered with a dish towel. We've been here for about 20 minutes and customers have been walking through it. The lady handling the entry way isn't even attempting to deter people away from the exposed vomit. There is trash everywhere and all of the empty tables are filthy. I asked for someone to remove a pile of what appeared to be pizza under a table and no one ever came. It took me 5 minutes to find a table clean enough to sit at. This place is disgusting. Well, not my usual kind of hang out, but hey, my nephews aren't old enough to get in anywhere else (they're 6 and 7 yrs old). Hmmm, well the beer was expensive, watered down and served in cups slightly larger than dixie cups. The pizza would sustain life but only just (I think I liked it better when I was a young'n). The games lacked violence and nudity (there weren't even any scantly clad Japanese warrior girls). I will commend the place on their security measures (so people don't wander off with your kids). I seriously lost a ton of money coming here. It is worse than a casino or strip joint. You just keep trying to get those damned little tickets so you can trade em' for a whirly-gig or plastic cockroach... The pizza was well cooked, and I have to admit it's one of the best veggie pizzas I've had in a long while. There are a lot of games aimed at adults for a kids play place however. I only wish there were more games for the children. Though I went with my 5 and 2 year old, so perhaps I'm just thinking on a much smaller scale than larger children. The only real complaint I have is that the area around the fountain machines was a tad messy, however there were a lot of people there so I can understand the inability to shut down the area for a good cleaning. Pros: good customer service, food properly prepared, security measurements that kept people from just wandering in. Cons: the games are placed haphazardly about the floor of the facility, making traversing through the building a possible fire hazard (and with many people coming and going it was very difficult to push through crowds of others), there isn't many physical play areas. A fun house and a mouse wheel seen to be the only things for kids to be active in. Perhaps that's because of the way people today sue anytime there child gets nicked. Overall it was a pleasant time, but it wasn't anything spectacular. I will probably go again in the future should the little ones want to return. I do wish they layout of the games was more tidy however. read more

For a good time with the kids... We love it. It's pretty clean and the staff are friendly. We've had multiple bday parties here and been very satisfied. Only downsides are: There are machines that go out of order pretty often (but they try to fix them quickly), the show that they do for bday parties goes on for an eternity and my toddlers are very restless during it and the place is oober packed on the weekends and evenings. My oldest son loves to go here and play all the fun games and win lots of tickets. However, this last time we went, it was filthy. We arrived shortly after opening and there was trash every where. Clearly they did not clean up from the day before. The trash was full, trash all over the floors. The air felt nasty and thick inside. I have a 6 month old. I hesitated to take my oldest because of fear of getting sick. Well, my fear was right. My 6 month old has hand foot and mouth disease. Running a constant fever of 99-100. He also has little red bumps all over his body. Not only is he sick, I have the adult version of it. I am a clean person, constantly putting on hand sanitizer and washing. Maybe if the place was under better management or the people weren't so lazy to clean up the place, it would be a more enjoyable place to leave from. 2 stars because my son has fun. I have chosen Chuck E Cheese for a few birthday parties because they are great for younger kids. However, this Party, l was the worst. We had our party at the Chuck E Cheese in Tulsa April 6th 2019... we did not have adequate table space for our group, so 1/2 the adults were standing around. Our host was new so she didn't know anything but was nice, and the other hosts rolled their eyes whenever we were trying to get answers. It was disorganized, we were missing stuff, they made the wrong food. Our last pizza that came 2 hours after we got there, sat in the window for 25 min before anyone brought it to us. Groups of host standing around playing with their hair and talking instead of being with their parties. Not to mention when my mother in law went to get a salad from the salad bar, she heard the group talking bad about our party! Anytime we needed something we had to go hunt someone down from the place they were all standing around. We would try to get it ourselves. We asked 4 times for our daughter to get the ticket blaster experience but were ignored, or someone would say yeah we will get to it!! Finally before we left we got someone to get her in the ticket blaster. I have had a party in this specific location before, but never have I ever had such a horrible experience. Had a great time with the grandkids. Pizza was not good but, I expected it to be substandard. That's ok though. The kids had a great time and the atmosphere was fun. Very clean and safe. We googled for coupons and got one for $39.00 for a large one topping pizza and 4 drinks with 100 tokens. Great deal. If you don't like crowds best time to enjoy is during the work week. This was probably the "WORST" establishment my family and I have been to. 1-We showed up, no one greeted us. 2-We asked someone at the front counter if we could get somebody to clean our table, (NOBODY) showed up after the lady said yes she would make It happen. 3-The pizza we got was half baked and barely no cheese... Just now · My granddaughter had her 5th birthday party there on Saturday, July 16, 2016. I accidentally left an envolope with the name Toby wrote on it. I called Monday, July 18, 2016 and was told they had seen it in the party room. When they checked it wasn't there so they checked in the lost and found and it wasn't there either. When I ask where it might have been put and I was told it was thrown away. Less than 48 hours since we had been there, they throw away our envolope. I realize I should have taken better care of my things, but Chucky Cheese could have kept things that are left at least a week before tossing it in the trash. read more

We live in Enid, and make the 2 hour drive every year to celebrate my grandson's birthday at this location! This year will make #6. It does have the tendency to get quite loud at times,,,,but so do the car races and the music concerts. They are always polite and accomodating with requests at this location, and send me lots of coupons for savings on the food and fun! We think it is great for the kids and the big kids have lots of fun with the games also! LOL! So if you want family fun, for kids of all ages, this is the place to be. read more
