We are loving the new remodel!! This location is always clean (even the restrooms) and the staff have always been friendly & interactive with those doing the activities. I love this place cause it's a great place to go run off some energy. There is something to do for parents, children or even young adults looking for something indoors & fun. They are a lot of new ninja warrior types of activities, of course the trampoline area and the new zip line stuff. If you have little ones I would encourage checking out the toddler time for children under 6yrs of age. If you have older teens they do have special events for them also. If you are not one for jumping, they have a new area of massage chairs for those needing to relax while others run around jumping. Make sure to check those out! I would not recommend going here. They overcharge you and when caught ignore you. The manager at the time, who refused to give their name, was a short dark haired minority women. When confronted about the overages she retreated to the back after telling other associates to ignore us and refused to refund the over charges. This place is what you would expect. Just like every other trampoline park. It's loud, it's hot, and it smells like sweat. It seems clean and it looks like there are enough staff supervision. On September 27, 2004 at about 5:00 PM we went to sky zone. We are members so we checked in and my daughter started to jump. After about 15 minutes, she came over to me, crying, shaking and looking petrified. Which is not the look you want your child to have when it's sky zone. And when my daughter has this look, I know something bad has happened.she told me that another mother had come up to her and threatened to kill her if she did not leave the woman's kids alone. My daughter had been jumping and playing with two little girls. So I am assuming that was the mom of those two little girls. My daughter was petrified and asking to leave because she didn't want the woman to hurt her or to hurt me and she was very worried that the woman was going to come over to us and hurt us. The woman was sitting about 10 feet from us staring us down and giving us sturdy looks. I went over to get the manager and explain to him what had happened. He told me he was going to check the cameras to see if that woman had approached my daughter. I then saw the managers, two men approach the woman and begin to talk to her. After about five minutes, they came over to me and told me what she said. They told me that she said that she did not tell my daughter that she would kill her or threaten her in anyway. Basically telling me that my daughter was lying. The manager proceeded to tell me that HE COULD NOT BELIEVE A CHILD OVER AN ADULT!! He questioned me and said, how could I believe your daughter, a child over an adult. The woman said that she did not threaten your daughter and so I believe her. These two managers were fine with my daughter staying there and jumping while this evil woman looked on and threatened my daughter. This is disgusting. Children should be protected not pushed to the side and told that they are lying because they are children. These men are a disgrace and are a horrible representation of sky zone.  Two men as managers in a child's play place who do not believe children, and only believe adults is a very dangerous and scary situation. Especially in this day and age. I am shocked and saddened that two adult male managers of this child's place did not believe my daughter and did not want to keep my daughter safe Instead he let the woman stay at sky zone with her kids and continue to give us dirty looks.  After speaking to the manager, I decided to cancel my membership and leave sky zone and never return. This facility should be a safe and safe place for kids and families. We should have not been threatened and when we were , the woman that threatened us should've been escorted out of the facility, but instead they allowed her to stay there because they once again believed an adult over a child who was threatened. This to me is despicable and disgusting and corporate really needs to check in on their managers and see what is actually going on because one thing they are not doing is protecting the children who are there to play and be safe space.  My daughter would not have been shaking and scared if something did not happen. And my daughter surely would not be begging me to leave and go home if something did not happen. And these two managers chose to protect a grown woman over a child. First off when I went to check in I couldn't find any workers then when I did. She was engaged with a co-worker about an even some days ago so I didn't have her undivided attention. Also the floors were dirty and the workers were just sitting instead of cleaning and making sure the main floor was tidy. I mean just sitting and conversations like there not workers here. Instead of managing the obstacles . Children we're running around it says no running two kids ran into each other . Just a mess. I come here A LOT, but today was different the staff were cursing many times.While my kids were playing dodgeball, this mean guy hit one of my kids hard. My older child was watching all of this happen. Then my other child which is 8 years old, he got hit on his arm. He was crying, and the staff did nothing. The person was friends with the staff and they let him go. He ALSO hit another kid in the face and were laughing about it. He didn't even apologize to my 8 year old son. Not so cool. I was never good at gymnastics, but this place totally upped my confidence level! No, I didn't try to do a backflip but I totally nailed some toe touches and sweet Matrix-ee moves. I'm a little bit older but my heart is still very much like a child's (that's a good thing, right?) When my friends asked me what I wanted to do for my birthday this is where I begged to go. Don't worry, we were totally respectful of all the kids and even 'let them' win a game of dodgeball... And, FYI: there were others older than us bouncing around too. At first thought of a trampoline park, you wouldn't think it wasn't entirely safe. Sky Zone will prove you wrong as they take all of the extra measures to ensure safety with screens projecting the rules and a TON of staff on and off the trampoline to ensure mischief levels stay down. We purchased an hour pass which entailed wearing a sticker showing your time stamp. We were to be done at 9:15PM. It was 9:16 when it was our turn to 'slam dunk' and the attendant wouldn't let us. We asked politely if we could do the one last jump after waiting in line and he abruptly responded, "It's people like you who make my job hard." Hurt feelings? Kind of. There were only four of us who, like I said, stayed out of the way of the younger kids. Rules are rules and I am glad they are enforced here, but that comment wasn't necessary. As I mentioned, we purchased an hour pass for $14 for a Saturday. Be sure to bring an extra couple bucks to purchase mandatory Sky Zone socks that have grippers on the bottom. ***Register for your 30 min. or hour session before online and get there at least 15 minutes early to make sure you fill out the liability waiver info. This was an ultimate workout and a ton of fun. We bounced in the main trampoline park with side wall trampolines, jumped into the ball pit and played a roaring game of dodgeball. A friend randomly wanted to go to this place, so out of curiosity I went with her this past Friday. I was slightly skeptical, but when I got to the place and walked around, it started to grow on me. You can purchase passes for 30 minute increments. There's a regular trampoline area, a foam pit, dodgeball courts, and basketball hoops. I'll admit, it was fun. Even though there were literally 2 CHARTER BUSES of high schoolers there, the place still didn't seem crowded, which surprised me. DON'T DO IT!! Shoutout to Halley though because she saved the show! She was the only help we received all day. We booked my sons third birthday there and if I hadn't had 15 people there we would have cancelled. SkyZone failed to send the confirmation email with the correct time and tried to place blame on us for their mistake. To Make matters worst, the young ladies at the front desk were beyond disrespectful and rude. I am a supervisor that works in customer service and I would be embarrassed if those people represented my company like that. I love this place!! We have a Membership and are here once or twice a week. Never dirty, no dust in the corners, everything is clean and wiped down. Some of the staff are super sweet. We had a group of about 15 people all over the age of 30 go in and dominate Sky Zone! Lots of room to jump and even got in on some dodgeball! DON'T GO if your children are under 40 inches! If your child is under 40 inches they basically can only jump in 6 squares designated for 40 inches and under. The worst part is the parents aren't allowed on those 6 squares with their small children. If under 40 inches they aren't allowed in the main court area or dodge ball areas. So I paid an adult jump fee and literally couldn't jump with my almost 2 year old. None of this was explained at time of purchase. Additionally, at one point my little girl fell and I walked on the pads surrounding the squares while only 1 other child was jumping and a teenager working there starting screaming at me that I wasn't allowed on there. A friend of mine turned 24 and after asking him what he wanted to do, he told us that we were going to Sky Zone. None of us have ever been to a trampoline park before so we were not sure what to expect. My expectation included House of Pain - Jump Around being played on a loop. I was ultimately disapointed. After arriving we were a bit reluctant due to the amount of kids running around and all the music that was played was Top 40s current songs. After being let down by my high expectations we decided to fill out the waiver and get an hours worth of jumping time. You are also expected to purchase $2 sky socks which are lovely orange colored with grips on the bottom. I would suggest purchasing several as they are a delightful way to walk around your house without the fear of slipping. Surprised that there is not a dedicated changing area, we were forced to go to the rather small bathroom and change into our "workout" clothes there. Slapped on our stickers on our shirts that contained what time we begin jumping to what time we must stop. There are some lockers there that you are able to rent for $0.50 - $1.00 (I can't recall right now) aside from that there are some shelves that everyone can place their items on. You are not allowed to have anything in your pockets while jumping. I brought a camera along and was not allowed to use it while jumping. There are several different areas of the trampoline park. They have a jump area where only one person is allowed in a "square" at a time. The square I am referring to is a trampoline. They separated us off from the younger kids...this was a great idea because we were worried we would hurt them. They also offer a dunk area with a tall goal and a short goal. They will not allowed older people to dunk on the short goal... I never really received an explanation but followed them as they wished. There is an area with a large foam pit that you can jump into which is pretty neat. I've personally had some bad experiences in foam pits in my past and decided to skip this part. The other members of my party did enjoy this quite a bit. The have a kids jump area and a kids dodgeball trampoline court as well. We ended up going to the "older kids' dodgeball court were quickly reminded that these kids weren't playing around. Lost several games before finally domination had taken them over. They opened a separate dodgeball court next to it and we ended up having our own court to play against each other. This court is a bit tucked away so I don't think anyone else knew it was open. My concern with Sky Zone is the fraudulent charge on my debit card that was made exactly the same time I was paying for trampoline time. This charge was traced back to Sky Zone and I've tried to make contact with "Thomas", the manager to make him aware. Ive left messages for a call back with no results. Customers- BEWARE!! Dodge Ball is the most fun thing here by far and the best part is they have 3 courts which allows them to separate the age difference in the players and keep all the kids safe!!! WORST PARTY PLACE EVER! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! RUINED my daughter's birthday!! To start with, my daughter's birthday party was unexpectedly pushed back THIRTY MINUTES past the originally agreed upon party time, without my consent. I had written down the time that I had reserved and paid for while I was actually on the phone and reserving the party, so there was no misunderstanding on my part. This meant sitting an ENTIRE party of children down on metal bleachers and expecting them to watch the other children in the building jump while they sat. You can imagine what thirty minutes of metal bleachers feels like to a birthday girl with all her guests and their parents sitting and waiting, confused and a bit irritated. Considering I had reserved a special time far in advance, and spent ton of money to do so, it was as frustrating as it was embarrassing. Then comes the party room experience. AWFUL! After only thirty minutes of jump time, the guests enter the party room. We had ordered extra pizzas for a fee. They were not done eating them before the '20 minute warning' (only 10minutes into the party). I had to tell the birthday girl to 'move it'. We started lighting candles, singing, and cutting cake and serving it. Party time was running out quickly, and after cake was cut (and before the kids could actually get through eating it) we had to open gifts quickly. Before the gifts were halfway through opening,our hostess said that 'our time was up and they needed to start on the next party'. My daughter was lifting up her birthday gifts as they took the table cloth from underneath them and started throwing things away. Birthday girl asked where her piece of cake was then, and it had already been thrown away! She didn't even get a piece of her own cake on her birthday (which we had paid big money for, and she had spent days finding the exact design and bakery tgat could create it)!! The trash was being emptied and new table cloths were being placed on the table for the next party WHILE MY GUESTS AND THEIR PARENTS WERE STILL SEATED AND FINISHING CAKE!! It was so incredibly embarrassing!! I was told later, that a few of our guests had even gone back for drinks to-go at the end, and the drinks had already been cleared and were gone without warning. We had paid for those drinks with our birthday package. If nothing else, at least they could have set them outside the room on a table for us to wash down the cake we shoved quickly into our mouths. The birthday girl's drink had been thrown out without warning, also, and when she went to the drink station to grab a glass of lemonade to-go, they already had the drinks set out for the next party. Our party was still gathering up purses and shoes from the room!! Ridiculous!! Come to find out, the party I had paid for, which was supposed to be from 4-6pm, actually began at 4:30 and we were pushed out of the room (quite literally), by 5:30pm. In actuality, the party ended up being 4:30-5:30pm, and I and my daughter left flustered, confused, and incredibly embarrassed in front of all of our guests. My daughter wasn't able to have time to finish eating the pizza we paid for, her piece of cake was thrown away before she could even taste it, and she wasn't even able to even get a 'to-go' glass of drink (that we paid for) before we were kicked out. But they DID remember to call and settle up our bill within a few minutes of us all leaving absolutely fuming, since we left without remembering or being reminded to close put our account' and pay the other half of it, in all the confusion and rudeness we had experience, as we were kicked out the door. They were certainly on top of that. The guests' parents said they had never seen anything like this. It was INCREDIBLY embarrassing. Everyone (especially the birthday girl) was upset. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT have a birthday party here!! We and our guests will never be back! read more

I went in with my kids to jump for 90mins I had to wait at the front desk for 30 minutes before getting checked in because there was no one at the front. When we finally get in I wanted a drink so I go to concessions to get a drink I had to wait yet again with no one in front of me for 10 minutes before getting my drink. In that 10 minutes I saw cockroaches on the floor and when I asked they told me "yeah we know". That is very gross and unsanitary. And a major health code violation, when my kids were playing and jumping around I was down in the lobby listening to have the managers talk to their employees. They are very disrespectful in favor some of their employees. As my kids were playing in the foam pit their head started to itch when I checked them I saw that they got headlights from the foam pit. And over at sky slam there is a mat that has a hole in it that my kids fell through because it's not done correctly. Then my kids decided to go to dodgeball and they said both dodgeball's are open one is for a little kids and the other is for big kids well my kids went to the little one and when I went out there I thought they were just teenagers and the little one throwing hard at the little kids my kid got hit in the face. When we arrived, upon typing in our information, the rude teens at the front interrupted us and informed us that we couldn't. We offered to pay for a whole hour of jump time and they refused. Not impressed. $71.57 for two adults and a toddler to "jump" for 90 min. Should have walked out the moment she told me the total but we were already there, it was raining, I'm a good GiGi and a sucker apparently. Wouldn't even go back during the "toddler time" and spend $10. Used the facilities while we were "enjoying" our $70+excursion, walked into women's restroom to a tampon laying in the floor. Didn't appear to be used but it was just laying there. Still gross. My husband and I went to Sky Zone as a weeknight date on a Thursday. We thought we were in pretty good shape but it soon became clear why most of the parents weren't jumping. We were both puffing and sweaty within 10 minutes. More of a review on being 30 than the park... It was really fun. Not too busy. We didn't have any trouble finding side by side squares of the main trampoline area to bounce. We were able to get several minutes with the slam dunk trampoline without a line. The foam pit part was different than I expected, I seriously thought I would have to be rescued. The foam feels like you are in quicksand. The kids seem to float on top but I was sucked in and took and embarrassingly long time to pull myself out. Definitely not for the faint of heart (or weak of arm). We really did enjoy ourselves as adults without kids. However, the deduction of star comes from the bored teenage staff. Many reviews have mentioned poor staff and I thought it was just overprotective parents. No. They have posted rules about flipping and having more than one person on a square but to nothing to enforce them, despite having a lifeguard whistle in their mouth. As an adult, not a big deal. If you are bringing children, beware that it is YOUR responsibility to enforce the rules and keep your kid away from the kids that are flipping in the non-flipping area. The staff is not going to enforce the rules - you will have to. As long as you know that and are willing to do it, I wouldn't call it unsafe. read more

Dangerous place with disrespectful teenagers managing it! We payed $80 for an 8, 6, 4, and twin 2 year olds to jump on 4/1/18. While in the adult area trying to stay away from a group of teenagers, one of them was being thoughtless and doing back flips and almost landed on my 4 year old daughter. The manager who looked 16 and appeared to be their friend didn't say anything. I confronted "the manager" about majoring on minors such as one person per square but not confronting dangerous situations. He and his coworker said "some people don't have good home training." Those teenagers were making sarcastic remarks to my kids and family and we felt we were jumping in a hostile environment and confined to 4 squares in the corner in order to be safe. We are very unhappy and will jump at Incredible Pizza from now on. If you calculate it, it is about the same price with food provided! My daughter and I came to this location for a few hours hoping for a fun time, but that was not what we got. 2 female employees were extremely rude to my daughter and weren't very helpful at all. Even when they were working they couldn't stay off their phones to help anyone. I couldn't really read their name tags but I believe one of their names were Ava or Eva. Had a great time! I liked how there were different rooms you could jump in. My favorite was the foam pit!
