Super friendly and helpful staff. Quick service between the lot and the airport when we dropped the car off. Again, the pick up on the return trip from the airport to the lot was quick. Drivers were helpful with luggage and the shuttle vans were in excellent working order and super clean. Our car was well taken care of during the trip and waiting for us when the shuttle van returned us to the lot. Reasonably priced. We reserved our spot online and the online process was very easy. You do not have to pay until you pick up your car. We will definitely use this facility again. It came highly recommended to us and we highly recommend it to you. read more

I thought i finally had a parking lot which I could rely on. I had parked here twice previously with no problem or issue, in fact the service was pretty good -until last night. Last night cemented the deal for me--time to find a new lot. To begin with the lot is advertised as"only 3 minuets away" from Midway yet it took their extremely rude driver who didn't say a word 45 minuets to pick us up-us meaning 12 people. Unfortunately I didn't have a seat and was forced to stand with my back side against the outside door. Needless to say this tried my patience--however I tried to keep it light until we got to the lot and my car wasn't even waiting for us. That was it --I will never use this service again and I suggest that you look somewhere else -because this place is awful. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! Used them monthly for years despite the nasty attitudes because they were cheap. Landed this past Saturday night with my entire family and was held hostage by their "manager". Beware!!! Parked for four days over the Memorial Day holiday. Drop off was seamless. I figured that this would be a fairly convenient alternative for me seeing that I live straight across 55th Street. Picked up by the shuttle after arrival and was dropped off to a car of some individuals that were dropping off at the exact same time with my claim ticket inside. The employees were insistent that this car belonged to me. Literally having to convince them that this was not my car and providing them with the info to look for it, it ultimately took over 20 minutes for them to find my vehicle and they offered no form of apology before demanding payment which was fine. Before paying I requested to speak with a manager, perhaps they would care to know about the potential mistake that was averted? Maybe a quick reminder to employees later on to double check if the correct vehicle is being given to the proper claimant Well he came out as if he was bothered and as was equally uncaring as his staff. I should have known when he refused to give me his name and called himself the "owner" what I was dealing with. In fact after being called out of my name by him CPD was called the police because he or a member of his staff couldn't be accommodating enough to walk to my vehicle to have my disabled mother sign for her credit card so he held onto her card and ID. Very unprofessional and rude, especially after pointing out their major mistake. Lesson learned for me with this company. I I would give them zero stars if I could and advise anyone parking here to be wary. But, if you don't mind taking the chance that your car could possibly be given away to any person because of clerical error on the part of the people that you are paying to keep it, then by all means go for it. read more

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE!!! I recently purchase a Groupon for this company. I thought what a great deal - door to door service, 3 days parking for $15! AWESOME! Whoa - was I wrong! We landed after a long trip from California on Sunday night. We got our bags and called the parking lot to arrange our pick up. The phone rang and rang and no one picked up. After waiting for 20 minutes, we got a cab (not very "VIP") that cost us an additional $10. Once we arrived at the lot, we realized the power was out to the building. So, we were understanding until we spoke with the workers. Their was one man who spoke "English." He was even thinking about reimbursing people for their cab ride, he just kept picking up his cordless phone, saying no power. I think this business needs to invest in hard wire phones! We got our car and then he told us we owed him a $7.50 "groupon fee." Of course, we did not pay! I felt for the guy because he was overwhelmed with the amount of angry people, but you have got to have better business sense than that! Aside from the power outage and no one speaking English, the lot was in horrible shape - a lot of potholes, so my car was filthy (both inside and the drivers side mat). The economy lot at Midway is a MUCH better deal and I will be parking there from now on. Makes me a tad bit leary of Groupon, too. read more

I meant to write this review in November but time got away from me. My flight landed on 11/26/18. I made the required phone call for the shuttle pick up after I had my bags in hand. The shuttle arrived shortly, less than 10 minutes, and my wife and I were driven to our car. The car was running, warm and removed of the snow when we arrived. This being my first time using this company I assumed, because I have push button start, my key fob was in the car. I had made reservations on line and also assumed the charges would be applied directly to my card. I loaded our bags and drove away. Two hours later I received a phone call from Airways asking if My wife and I were ready to be picked up. I explained we had already been picked up and that we were almost home. The Airways employee, I do not remember his name, informed me that he had my key fob and that I did not pay my bill and that I should return to the lot. Since I was almost home this was not possible and asked if we could take care of this over the phone. He agreed, I gave him my credit card information and volunteered to mail my key fob to me. Two days later I received my fob as he said I would. No problems, no issues, extremely nice service. I could not have asked for more. The problem was all brought on by my own personal assumptions and Airways, in my eyes, did not need to go above and beyond like the did. Thank you very much Airways for your understanding and helpfulness. I will definitely use Airways again. In fact after I finish this review, I plan to book with them my next upcoming vacation. read more

As a road warrior, I have used Airways @ Midway for over 10 years. I have never had a problem worth noting. I saw a note below about a driver not speaking to her...Not something I consider to be an issue. I NEVER touch a bag (I travel with 2-4 50 pound bags of samples every trip). It is closer to the airport than airport parking, and they will get you to your gate very quickly. They also get there to pick you up within minutes. I have referred at least 15 friends use this lot when traveling on vacation or work trips with no hesitation. read more

Airways is the best parking and transport service in all of Chicagoland. I travel frequently for both work and pleasure and for the last 10 years Airways has made the travel experience much easier! I pull up and one of the extremely friendly employees addresses me by name, quickly takes my luggage and wisks me away to the airport in record time all with a smile and in less than 5 minutes! The return has similar perks, they pick me up in 5 minutes, my car is ready and running, warm or cool depending on the season and the check out is quick! They are very observant and will advise if they feel a tire is low, if they feel you left something in the car...like a cellphone....they truly care. These guys have it down. We arrived and dropped off our car. We had all the services ordered in advance and the email conformation printed out to give to them. The shuttle was waiting for us. They crammed as many of us as they could in the van and no one was left behind. We were lucky on the return trip as the shuttle just happened to be out in front after we got our bags. We had ordered a car wash and to our surprise the also wiped down the inside. Our car was very dirty (it was February) but they did a very nice job. We will be using them again. read more

This company is awful!! I left my car there for 2 days, and when I picked it up, I noticed that the driver had a battery charger in the back seat. I also noticed that my radio stations had been changed. As I drove, I noticed that the interior lights were flickering. I was tired and feeling sick, so it didn't click that they had drained my battery, somehow. It was 2 days later when I got in my car again, and it wouldn't start (no surprise, huh?). No one removed snow as promised, waited for 20 min for shuttle after callig them 4 times and then they took us to a parking 5 miles away to drop other passengers and then came to drop us. I usually never post reviews for anything, but after the service I received from Airways, I had to share my experience. I usually fly out of O'hare Airport, but since I bought a Southwest flight I had to fly out of Midway. I found out about Airways through a friend who parked her car here before and suggested them to me. My driver was extremely friendly. I spoke to him about it being my first time at Midway and he made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He even made sure I knew how to get to my boarding gate by describing the layout to me. I had the same driver upon my return and was shocked that he remembered me! He asked how my trip had went and joked with me that Midway wasn't so scary after all. The process was simple and I love that they make drop-offs/pick-ups so fast and personable. I will definitely fly out of Midway more often now that I know I can leave my car with a company and people I trust. read more

So I had a phone stolen out of the car. When I initially arrived I couldn't find my phone and didn't have time to wait around. I pinged it and it was there (Airways Parking) when I left town. When I returned it was gone. Initially it was shown off line. For the next twenty four hours I tracked my phone at various areas in Chicago. Note... I had to leave the keys to my car with them. Additionally, when I returned I couldn't find my ticket but I had taken a picture of it. The picture was clear and had the number they needed to match up with their records. They still charged me $10 for not having the physical ticket. (I was too tired to argue with them at this point) And finally I had a hard time understanding the person on the phone when I called for pickup at the airport. SCAMMING, SHADY, SHYSTERS!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!! They took the groupon valued at $15.00 for 3 days. I got back in the morning on the 4th day. I called for pick-up and I asked the scammer to please repeat his instructions as his English was really bad and has a heavy accent. He gets very upset over the phone and starts yelling his instructions again. The driver finally shows up and doesn't get out of the van to open door or help with bags. I stand there and stare at him. I know he will want a tip. So he moves to the middle while I open the door and pick up my bags and hand them to him. Customer service would be exit your vehicle, smile, acknowledge your paying customer, open the door, take bags in van, close door after customers. Pretty simple...neither of this was done. We get in the van and I see a couple 5 dollar bills he folded and left in plain view with a note "tips" as suggesting what he wants as a tip. We get to the lot and I get out, open the door to my car and just give him the other look as to put my 3 bags into my car. I could do this all on my own, but if I'm going to tip, you should do it. He gets a tip from me for his suggested $5.00 and another Middle Eastern guy with a heavy accent tells me to go inside and sign some papers. Yeah right. I go inside and I get charged $8.00 for "taxes" for the groupon days and $14.00 for the 4th day which came out to $22.00 with a grand total, with tip, $42.00. My car was filthy from their dusty lot, horrible customer service, horrible communication and place is ran by shady scammers that only know how to run a scam and have no idea what honest customer service is. I was going to use another company which I found out I would have been cheaper but went with this one because of groupon. I will contact groupon and let them know if this is the type of business they promote, I will never purchase anything from them again. I will never, EVER use these shady scammers again. This was a poor choice to park at. Drop off was fine at 6 a.m. But pick up at 9:00 p.m. Was awful. We called the number on the card given to us after we got luggage. Gave them our # and told to go to door 4. Asked how long was yelled at in a while. Ok go to door 4 outside to area and about 10 minutes the van pulls up. We had 6 adults and 2 small children in our group and a long came two more families. Total of 15 people plus luggage. I asked driver if another van was he said no. I asked him how we were all going to fit. He shrugged his shoulders and kept putting luggage in back. My husband and son in law decided to ride the bus to get cars and the rest of us would wait at airport with luggage. They would then return for us in our own cars. For 15 minutes they couldn't find my son in laws car or keys. No one seemed to care or were very nice about it. Would not use them again. On 2/22 we returned home from Phoenix. We used Airways Parking because of a Groupon. BAD EXPERIENCE! The car was running and waiting when we pulled up -- great, we thought. Got the bags loaded - it was late (about 11:15 pm) and we were anxious to get home. When we got home, we realized the key fob from our car was missing, although the key was in the ignition (without the fob). To add insult to injury, our heat was out when we got home. Tried calling the parking company and couldn't get anyone who spoke decent English. Called against the next day, and the person who answered the phone said it was probably in the middle compartment. It was not there. Called again - no knowledge of our key fob. Finally, the owner returned our call. He claimed he would look around and get back to us. He never did. Cost of a new key fob for our 3 month old car - $185.00. Do not use this place -- it's the worst. read more
