We waited all day and we had to finally leave the house for an appointment. So the response in a text at 4:30pm was "I apologize. I just cancel the appointment. We will be back on Tuesday. Our emergency service will be open tomorrow. Thank you." It is Florida, we waited 3 days since we first called. This was not our fault. They should have offered a free service call tomorrow. They made an appointment they did not keep. There was no phone call to alert us that they were not coming. We called every available number, both business and cell, left numerous messages and even went to their place of business. We have never had any unpleasantness between us; yet they are totally ignoring our request to do the biannual maintenance that was part of our contract. We have paying for these services when executed. The units and parts are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for ten years but warranty on the labor was also part of the package, as long as Palms County Air did biannual inspections. They are not standing behind their warranty agreement. BEWARE of this company.

I received a confirmation message from Carlos that they would arrive Tuesday, May 28, 2024 between 9am-11am. I took the day off of work to wait for AirSuperHero to arrive. 9:00am, nobody showed and no message. 10:00am, nobody showed and no message. I sent a couple messages to Carlos and no reply at all. 11:00am, nobody showed and no messages. I called the office at AirSuperHero and spoke with Carlos assistant Jennie. Jennie said she would check with dispatch and call me back. Jennie did not call back but, sent me a text message, "We no longer want to service your A/C. You need to go with a different company. My commute to work is 1.5 hours one way. It didn't make sense to drive to work for a couple hours. I lost an equivalents day pay waiting at home for them. I previously spent $2,700 with AirSuperHero for a new A/C air handler. We did not have an issue with that but, soon after they installed the new A/C handler we had an issue with our outside A/C unit. Carlos returned and took about 5 minutes to replace the capacitor. He charged me $160 for a $16 dollar part. Yes, after we just spent $2,700 with them. We were watching every penny as our daughter is Type 1 insulin dependent and we did not have insurance coverage for her at that time. I did leave a google review about the $160 charge for the $16 dollar part. Carlos did agree to refund half of the money. I sent a message apologizing for the google review and not one reply back to me. If AirSuperHero would have sent me the message the previous night or early in the morning, that they no longer wanted to service our A/C, I would have made the commute to work. I guess as a business they can refuse to work on a customers A/C but, if you are expecting an A/C company to communicate with you, and an A/C company that holds a grudge because you complained about being charged $160 for a $16 part please stay away from AirSuperHero. Of course parts are under warranty but labor is not and their technician did not even find the problem, another company did. They have come and misdiagnosed my unit and another at a property I manage next door. They never own their mistakes. Even with a service contract they claim to have done a service when I was present and they did not do any scheduled service, only replaced a thermostat that cost $72 for $700. I have tried to speak with them and get a run around of rude people. I will admit my mistake, it was sticking with them for as long as I have.
