If you buy from here, make sure you know everything you need before you agree to buy!

Eddie managed to find me a high quality Hanstone quartz at his shop. I also went to the shop to pick a pick that I wanted, and people there were extremely helpful and had a lot of patience allowing me try from different angle. I settled Tranquility color as grey matches well with my vanity color. Delivery and installation were also very fast. Carrie also adjusted with my schedule several times and picked up the phone when needed. I highly recommend this place. Both owners are very friendly and helpful.

I am a homeowner I purchased custom cabinets through my Contractor Kendrick home improvement. I paid for delivery upon delivering the cabinets. The delivery people drop the Cabinet. Then they banged the face of it up, chipping it upon refusing to sign for it and requesting the call the main office they told me my builder, I could fix it and still pay full price. They also ordered the wrong. Base Cabinet and told me that not every kitchen needs a silverware drawer again I called and spoke to the manager who had zero customer skills. Call me a liar and said I was trying to rip them off for a lousy $300 Cabinet the poor Contractor did his very best to argue with this company on my behalf heard this conversation and asked him why are we doing business with such a ridiculous outfit and instead of making it right they took the cabinet that they damaged back to their warehouse on Friday night took some paint and touched up the chips put glue all over the dovetail because the face of it was coming off and shipped it back and said that's the best they could do. Remind you now these are custom cabinets again. I had the poor Contractor call the so-called manager back today and he called the Contractor a liar after I sent them pictures of the damage to the cabinets and that they will not help me any further so the builder, said I am gonna do whatever it takes to make it right for my client and I'm totally fine with it because it's not about the money but I would not recommend this company to build me a birdhouse so if you're in need of kitchen cabinets or flooring stay away from GF kitchen and bath in Quincy mass because they are ripoffs and they have crappy service and all I can say if you're a contractor and you run into this issue, please take care of the customer like my Contractor did there is just so many people trying to rip off the consumer. I'm so glad Kendrick home improvement did the right thing and took care of us I'd like to give a shout out to the owner, Simon Kendrick of Kendrick home improvement in Harwich, Massachusetts for looking out for the homeowner and not his own pocket. Really appreciate both Kelard and Yola for their hard work and detail! They would call me all the time with updates on different part/product, delays, which we really needed to hear through the remodeling process. Also, Kelard helped give me advice for a friend of mine in Los Angeles that burnt his marble counter with a hot cooking pan. He gave me what a normal buffing job estimate would be in a big city after looking at my friend's photos. Really kind of him. I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! That second shipping was supposed to come on a specific day and time so hired contractor to come that day and they cancelled it saying "the truck never left". They refused refund that extra shipping fee. 2) they just flat out ordered the wrong size sink. They match the sink to the vanity you chose and they just ordered the wrong which delayed the project by over a week. Basically this place doesn't care about the customer but the vanities are nice.

That was largely due to Kelly Bara, who graciously led us through the choices & decisions. It helps that Kelly has a great sense of style but also that she knows how to not just deal with people, but she seems to enjoy working with customers, and she made the process very enjoyable. The amazing thing that Kelly did was that she was able to give us both a little of what we wanted, melded our style preferences into one design, which is not easy to do. We might not have been able to do it on our own. My wife & I have different & definite style preferences that can be hard to overcome. Of course it also greatly helped that Porcelanosa has some very nice product choices, too. We are not demanding but Kelly answered every email query with patiences and kindness . . . Kelly is an asset to Porcelanosa. Though we do not have any future projects, I will be recommending her and Porcelanosa to my friends and acquaintances.

They were always prompt and professional and their work was impeccable! We are going to have them refinish floors in our new property next! We picked out a few slabs for quotes and emailed them to Nauhana along with our kitchen plans. I got an email back saying "we'll be in touch soon!" A week goes by and I don't hear anything, so I call. I speak to someone else on the phone who says "not sure why she didn't get back to you but I'll take a look at this and email you tonight." Things happen, I understand that. But then I don't hear anything. That was on June 7th, almost two weeks ago. I've received nothing. No follow up, nothing. Two different employees ghosted me. Even if they didn't want to take on my project, they could have at least told me. They delayed us. Serves us right for not shopping around more. And then I just received a generic follow up email, obviously from some bot or something. It irked me but made me laugh more than anything. "Perfect!" WTF? It also reminded me to write this review, so thanks.
