At 4:50 (since they close at 5) I called and had to threaten to cancel the credit card payment. Vanity Showed up at 5:15. Later that night I emailed them back that the vanity was installed and when can they come to template the top. It's two days later and two emails later (another one this morning) and a phone call and they'll get back to me. Bill Shea's just gave me a quote for the same price for the same counter top, they'll come next week to template and should have the countertop ready for install in 10 days from that. I think I'm going to dispute the credit card charges if I don't hear back by the end of today and go with Bill Shea's. AVOID VANITY WORLD unless you want a never ending project. 2nd Update: Went to VW to ask for refund for the countertop part of my bill. They refused and told me to "Get the F*&k out". Contesting with credit card company. Looks like this will end up in small claims.
