He had no knowledge of my appointment or the purpose of my visit. I left a parts brochure for the individual responsible for ordering parts, along with my name and phone number, and was told I would receive a call. I never received any follow-up. Two days later, I returned to retrieve my brochure. At that time, nothing had been done and no one was able to provide any information or assistance. The facility itself is extremely unprofessional. The yard was full of mud, and the office and parts department were located in a dirty trailer. During a previous visit, employees tracked mud into my RV and made no effort to clean it. Overall, this location appears disorganized and poorly managed. There was no communication, no accountability, and no respect for my time or property.
