Abe and his son came and worked on our propane system and fixed the problem yesterday. Luckily it was a simpler fix than we thought although tough to get to. There was no way we could have done it on our own! Thank you so much Abe for getting it fixed for us... we are off camping this weekend because you were able to get it done for us! We will definitely be calling them again if we need something inspected or fixed.

I scheduled an appointment to bring my RV in at 10:00 a.m. When I arrived, there was no one present. I returned at 10:20 a.m., and an employee had just arrived. He had no knowledge of my appointment or the purpose of my visit. I left a parts brochure for the individual responsible for ordering parts, along with my name and phone number, and was told I would receive a call. I never received any follow-up. Two days later, I returned to retrieve my brochure. At that time, nothing had been done and no one was able to provide any information or assistance. The facility itself is extremely unprofessional. The yard was full of mud, and the office and parts department were located in a dirty trailer. During a previous visit, employees tracked mud into my RV and made no effort to clean it. Overall, this location appears disorganized and poorly managed. There was no communication, no accountability, and no respect for my time or property.
