I spoke with Rob, the owner of the company, when I was having a series back up issues within the piping in my RV's kitchen sink. He came out within 24 hours at a VERY fair and reasonable flat rate and was able to fix my issue within about 30 minutes. He was kind, friendly, and very informative. I realized within the next few days that I also had a leak under one of my dual kitchen sinks and he came back out to replace my seal at no additional charge and also snaked my sink one last time just make sure we had really gotten the clog fully out. As long as I have my RV I will ONLY use Mobile Rv Pro's for my RV repairs. I had called 3 other RV repair companies prior to calling Mobile RV pro's asking them what their rate was to come out same day or next day and all 3, I kid you not, quoted me over $700.00 to come out as an "emergency" and that was only to assess the situation, not even repair it. I was told it cannot be repaired and James quoted me $2,400 for a new one. Charge was $280. There were greasy foot prints left on the carpeting inside the 5th wheel. I was suspicious as to the diagnose so I pulled the cover off the AC and found a disconnect wire in the control box. I plugged it in and AC worked fine. I asked 3x for a refund with no response. I will never go back.

I scheduled an appointment to bring my RV in at 10:00 a.m. When I arrived, there was no one present. I returned at 10:20 a.m., and an employee had just arrived. He had no knowledge of my appointment or the purpose of my visit. I left a parts brochure for the individual responsible for ordering parts, along with my name and phone number, and was told I would receive a call. I never received any follow-up. Two days later, I returned to retrieve my brochure. At that time, nothing had been done and no one was able to provide any information or assistance. The facility itself is extremely unprofessional. The yard was full of mud, and the office and parts department were located in a dirty trailer. During a previous visit, employees tracked mud into my RV and made no effort to clean it. Overall, this location appears disorganized and poorly managed. There was no communication, no accountability, and no respect for my time or property. If they'll lie about something as basic as their shop location, already wasting my time in the research phase, God knows what else they'll do. They don't belong anywhere near my RV. I'm generously adding a star since I didn't actually employ their service. Their other Yelp profile has 3.4 stars at the time of this writing.

He inspected my roof AC from inside the coach. He had a bad foot and did not go on the roof. Ran the unit to show controls work, it blows but no cold air. He said the entire unit needed to be replaced because it's a sealed unit, not reparable. I knew better than that. He quoted me $1800 to replace the unit. I declined. I later took the RV to San Leandro RV and Trailer. They found a wiring problem with it and fixed it for under $150.
