Since we had a few days before occupying the coach Kevin (Lunsford) checked his schedule (which was well full) and was able to come to our aid on the day we planned on using the unit. He was prompt in arriving and took ownership of our problems as if they were his own. Tamara, and Daniel were excellent with there help and service on my boat trailer and my truck that tows it. The brakes would work on the trailer and after going through the trailer and having everything check out. They discovered a fuse blown in the truck for the brakes. Tamara didn't have it in stock and so got in her car on a Saturday and went to Napa Auto, they didn't have it then to the Ford dealership were she was able to get one. Everything turned out great. I'm very thankful to them and their excellent customer service. Funny thing is the same Ford dealership looked at the truck on Wednesday before taking it to roadrunner for the same thing and came up with nothing wrong!!!!. I have walked in this place twice to get a quote on a satellite install. Both times I was warned "we are very busy, when do you need it done?" And both times I said there is no timeline, I just want to get a quote and if the price is right, I'll schedule it when they have availability. Extremely disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) from Roadrunner. After several calls with no call back, we personally went in to request an estimate for repairs for my elderly parents' RV after refrigerator fire damage (this is for class action lawsuit against the manufacturer). All photos were provided and we were told of a backlog and it could be up to 4 weeks--okay, fine. After 4 weeks passed, we called to followup SEVERAL TIMES and each time the receptionist said she'd give a message to owner. We've received NO call backs in OVER 4 MONTHS!! The best experience the owner and his staff were very knowledgeable and did a very thorough repair of our Rv, considering we had purchased it brand new from Best RV the worst RV sales experience ever, they actually sold us an RV without doing an inspection. I was treated very rude by the lady working behind the counter. I was warned not to go here by a friend but I went anyway. I just needed some roof tape and caulking. She wanted to charge me $4.50 a foot for the roof tape, mind you I can buy the whole roll (2" x 50') of this externabond roof tape for $40. What a rip off, I walked out mainly because this woman treated me like shit!! I was very impressed with Scott, Tamara and their team who took me in without an appointment and they were booked for months. Road Runner RV has always treated me great!!! They remodeled our bathroom changing out an old '96 Bounder tub shower combination to a beautiful walk-in shower. Not only does it look amazing they took their time to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and kept us informed during the project. A year later they installed Road Master system to our car, and when the Road Master design caused an issue they came up with a solution and took care it on their dime (dollars!!!). I've been doing a DIY project re-coating my roof the last week plus. They have walked me through the process, assisted me with replacing some of the skylights. They put as much pride in the job I was doing as in the projects they did for me. If you want someone to treat you right on your DIY or have them do their magic, I TOTALLY recommend Road Runner RV. read more

Good luck getting an appointment. Called them back in May 2020 and was told due to COVID and being over booked with work they would call us back in November to schedule our work. So back in May somebody hit my RV and I brought my RV down to Road Runner RV Repair to get an estimate they said they had a number of estimates ahead of me and would take a little while to get one, but they went ahead and booked my repair for the day after Labor Day. I called three or more times over the next three months to find out what the estimate cost would be so it could be turned into an insurance company, the lady on the phone said she would have the estimator call me back not once did they call me back! I recently had my first experience with Roadrunner RV Repair and I could not be more impressed with their service. I took my list of repairs and my warranty info and they fixed everything with Scott using some very clever solutions to some of my issues. He really knows RVs! Tamara was diligent at getting warranty coverage on items I didn't even expect to be covered. People have complained about difficulty getting through to them, long waits for service and high prices. Let me just say that these issues are real, but, personally I don't mind putting up with any of these things when the outcome is personalized, reliable work. I was called twice during the repairs to let me know what was going on and how Scott was approaching issues. They were upfront about labor costs and the parts were about the same price as items on Amazon. Owning and maintaining an RV is not cheap so go to Roadrunner and get it fixed/maintained right the first time! read more

I have called three times to get a fifth wheel hitch installed. Each time i go through all of the info to get an instal done and never get a call back. Each time they tell me the install can be done in May and how much it will cost. Each time they say they need to ask their boss a question. Each time they have never called back. I dont know what kind of shop this owner/manager is running but that is terrible business. I am very disappointed with the business ethics of Road Runner Repair, I have brought my trailer here for the last two years and every time something is a warranty repair they have told me that warranty will not cover it and I'm better off purchasing a newer part. I was a sucker to their scam for two years until I spoke to the warranty company and they advised me that road runner RV was not performing a proper procedure with their warranty claim. Scott has a small place with not enough storage for the rigs so they do not want to wait on warranty claims. So they convince you to pay for a new part and being rude and uptight the entire time, my heater module went out in November 2016, Scott replaced it and said warranty would not cover it, when I got home it did not work and he said he could not get me back in until February, I waited three months to bring it in and he told me that the heater module went out again and I need to pay for it? I told him I would not pay twice for the same heater and problem, he insisted it was from something in the air conditioning that caused it to fail this time, I called the warranty and they told me that Road Runner should send him the module so they can inspect and Scott did not want to do that, it is too inconvenient for him he would prefer me to just pay so he can get the trailer out of there. At the end of the day they do not conduct an honest business, please do not get scammed like I did buyer beware! And good luck with Tamra, She would not smile it was her best day. read more

I have gone to Road Runner RV for small repairs and upgrades for several years. I recently had a tire blowout on my 5th wheel trailer that did quite a bit of damage to the trailer and found that all repair shops for miles around were booked up for months. We had a extensive trip planned and I was in a bind. Scott was able to fit me into his busy schedule and worked well with my insurance company. While my trailer was in the shop he called me in to show me several other safety issues that would soon cause me trouble on the road. Such things as failing brakes and cracked springs. He personally shows me the problems and I agreed to proceed with the repairs. It was expensive but worth the piece of mind on a long trip. read more

I was on the road last summer in my motorhome and was experiencing serious problems with my water heater leaking. I kept running into dead ends when trying to find a repair shop. Finally, I called Road Runner who came to the rescue. Scott and his wife generously came in on a Saturday when they're normally closed. The cost was reasonable and all seemed to work perfectly after that. However, I intentionally waited to submit this review to see if the repairs held up. Called Roadrunner needed a repair and mentioned I was leaving on a trip in two weeks. At first the lady I talked to seemed eager to help so I supplied information concerning the needed repair and she said that Fridays are always very busy and she would return my call on Monday. On Monday nearing closing time I had not received a call so I called them. Same story, busy, would call me on Tuesday. Tuesday same story, will call me Wednesday. Wednesday same deal. She said she was very busy and the informed me they were booked until the end of March. I reminded her that I was leaving in two weeks and she said I'm sorry and that she was pretty sure she told me about their schedule. My reply was if she informed me of the March date that I would have been looking elsewhere for my repair. I told her that her customer skills were very poor and I didn't appreciate the fact that she wasted 4 days of my time. She hung up on me!
