After some discussion, it was decided that GSM would sent me a similar model that is still in production, but I was unable to get any kind of information regarding when I could expect to receive it. WHen I approached the sales support dept; they informed me that these lithium batteries are not provided with charging cables. I had to send them their own ads where it staed they come with a charging cable plus I informed them that the documents supplied with the lithium nattery stated to use the charging cable provided with the battery. As of this date, I have not received the cables. My advice, stay far away from this bogus company. I am getting rid of my cell cams and lithium batteries and going to a company with a better support and customer service.
