They have a huge sale going on right now that takes another 50% off everything they already hade marked down. There were hiking booklets that started at almost $200.00 that were on sale for $35.00. Texomaland's premier and largest supplier of firearms, ammo, accessories, knives, apparel and some miscellaneous food items. Extremely cool T-Shirts, and caps. They have a gun range on site. Which also includes classes for Texas license to carry permits. You need to sign up as the classes fill quickly. The customer service is incredible. The staff is very knowledgeable. This latest excursion was starkly different from the last time I visited. The sales floor was full of merchandise, employees were readily available for assistance, and the check-out process was smooth sailing. I did need to ask an employee where to find athletic wear as I needed shorts for the gym. Not only did they answer my question, they walked me over to the appropriate area of the store. Most places nowdays simply point to where merchandise is located. Not Cabela's! What a great way to go above and beyond in customer service. This was such a pleasant experience, I will definitely come back soon.

Even though parking may seem hard there is a garage across the street from the AA and W hotel you can park at and get your parking validated at if your there for under two hours ( outside of game or event days).
