Crystal was polite, helpful, attentive and very caring when I called in the day before to restart my membership and was all those things and more when I arrived for my appointment. All the young ladies were very warm and made the experience pleasant. While at this spa, I took only a few photos to avoid infringing on other privacy. I can say that the facility is clean and fresh - the initial lobby is quite small - but the interior relaxation room provides a bit more space for stretching out while listening to calm soft music. In that room they offer three types of refreshing water: normal, cucumber and orange water. They additionally offer to sell and use the entire line of Murad skin care products for facials. A very high-end and effective line in my opinion. (I'll review esthetician services at a later time.) Today I enjoyed an incredible 90 minute deep tissue massage by Fred. He was professional and knowledgeable and quickly understood what my needs were. I felt so much better and very relaxed after my massage and immediately booked others for the next two weeks. Upon checking out, Crystal explained the ME rewards program which allows you to earn points towards future facials or treatments. She contacted the Massage Envy location where she bought it, and they were shocked that this location wouldn't honor it. As a courtesy for the inconvenience and headache caused, they extended the gift another six months.
