I wasn't sure if I booked if he'd actually get a notification and know I was coming so I texted him on the number listed here around 7:30 and he told me come on in. He was also nice enough to accommodate me at 8:30 even though he only offers massage from 8-9 on Monday mornings. When I arrived he asked me what issues I was having and what I was looking for and then got to work. I've never had a deep tissue/sports massage before so I wasn't sure what to expect but it was in many ways like a regular spa massage. You know, get naked (or undress to your comfort level) and lay on the massage table. His was heated which was a nice touch. Like others mentioned he was great about checking in with me during and asking if I was ok or needed more/less pressure etc. I found he was able to immediately hone in on the sore spots in my neck and shoulders and used just the right amount of pressure. I was looking for a strong touch and got it. Very happy with the massage and the pricing was more than reasonable. I would also like to clarify that I had no issue paying the cancellation fee if it was required. My concern was that I asked multiple times about the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, but that option was never offered or discussed.
