Straight up solid guys that do great work. My bike is a 74 Suzuki T250 and there are not a lot of guys around that want to deal with an older bike. I called Justin and, without hesitation, he said no problem. He was a couple of weeks out but that was a good sign to me. He was honest about every step and called to give updates when he said he would. There were NO surprise charges at the end which is rare and very cool. He had Angel rebuild my carbs as well as repair some wiring issues. I can honestly say the bike has never run more crisp and clean than it is now. It is a 2 stroke and barely even smokes now. I haven't even had one Prius flip me off for my smoking bike yet....that is pretty rare lol. After I got the bike home I really noticed, and was impressed, by all the little details they took care of. The way wires are sorted, fuel lines clamped and filters placed are the little tell-tale things that show these guys take pride in what they do. I was looking for a replacement windshield for my Indian scout. I had reached out to a few shops and midtown was the last one I contacted. I didn't leave a voicemail, but Justin, the owner, contacted me. I was surprised he reached out, but I explained to him what I was looking for. He took down my information, and within a couple hours I had an email with a link to the windshield I was looking for. Recommend this place highly. Bought a used gsxr, so it needed alot of services. Midtown performed most of the services (oil,fork seals,fuel pump,brakes..) bike runs great...Had a guy run a red light in front of me, my recently serviced brakes were able to stop the bike in time and prevented me from being struck, if i didn't get the brakes serviced,might have been a different story. These guys are amazing! not only were they able to source parts for my bike that had been discontinued (Tao Tao 150cc street cruiser made to look like modified Honda ruckus) in an incredibly short time, but they also performed the repairs at a reasonable price. I had been quoted much higher prices elsewhere at places that sometimes couldn't even find the right parts or often took weeks to respond, if ever. My 2012 Triumph Street Triple was deemed unfixable by my usual dealership. Corroded nuts made removing the exhaust too difficult and too costly, so they advised me to buy a new bike, and refused to work on it. I absolutely love my bike. Not owning a car, I go between my bicycle and my Triumph. The thought of having to buy another bike just did not compute. I had contacted Midtown Moto to check to see if they would buy it for parts. I found Midtown Moto Garage via Yelp and I'm always down to help a small, locally own business as they take the best care of you. I called Justin and was answered the first time. I needed aftermarket "Vikingbags" saddlebags installed on my 2000 Harley XL1200C and they assured me they could do it the next day. I dropped the bike and equipment off by close of business Wednesday, and had it back Thursday. They did not ask any questions, simply gave me a modest estimate and did an excellent job! The mounting of the saddlebags required electrical work and repositioning of my turn signals. Angel seems like a superior mechanic, and fashioned me a positive terminal wire when mine was corroded at absolutely no extra charge to me. I will add that the work on my saddlebags took longer than expected due to factors with my bike not fault of the shop, yet they did not increase my estimate a penny. Justin told me they'll work on anything from old Triumphs to modern street bikes. They know how to work on bikes that dealers refuse due to their age. On two separate occasions, I've had minor issues after a repair and they've fixed the issue no questions asked. They can fix anything. I had an issue with my bike after they had done some service on it to get it ready for a 4500+ mile trip. Instead of letting me miss out on the trip, they drove 3+ hours on a Sunday morning to bring me a loner bike for the trip and trailered my bike back to the shop.
